After seeing two cars behind me get their orders taken first, I noticed a sign saying hearing-impaired customers could order at the window. I mentioned this to the employee, but she asked me to circle back around. When I pointed out the sign, she got upset and refused to serve me. I contacted the company's toll-free number, and they arranged for the local branch to offer me a complimentary dinner. Despite trying to avoid causing any trouble, the employee abruptly ended the call after I mentioned my race. The situation left me feeling unheard and disrespected.

I visited the Charlotte NC, [redacted] location on a Sunday as a loyal customer. The customer service was lacking in courtesy, manners, integrity, and respect. It's important to treat others as you would want to be treated. I observed a manager on duty around 7:42am who was rude with a nasty attitude, and even scratched her butt before serving a customer at the drive-thru. This behavior is unacceptable in any establishment. My culinary training emphasizes proper sanitation practices, and I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. It's clear why my mother chose to stop patronizing this location. The manager's attempt to be "cute" and ban my mother was unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope for better management and service improvements in the future.

I went to the McDonald's outlet in Velachery on November 27th. I paid for my order using Gpay. Unfortunately, there was a connection issue, and my order was not processed. I was informed that I needed to reorder and would receive a refund. However, I have not received any updates or my refund yet. The outlet's manager has not been very responsive. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and getting my refund back.

I visited McDonald's on Saturday night and ordered two Big Macs, a basket of fries, and a Fanta drink. Unfortunately, the wait was about an hour, our food was cold, and we didn't receive our drink. I attempted to go back through the drive-thru, but the line was too long and I was running low on gas. When I tried calling to inform them, the person who answered hung up on me. They didn't give us a receipt either. Today when I called, they accused me of lying, which I found frustrating. I believe the customer is always right. I just want the correct order I paid for - my Big Macs, fries, and drink. The service there has been disappointing lately, and I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years. I've had a frustrating experience with McDonald's regarding getting breakfast at 12 o'clock. I had to drive to a different town to satisfy my breakfast craving. It's disappointing that I couldn't get breakfast at 11:36 at the Rockville Center, New York, Sunrise Highway location. I am feeling very let down and angry about the policy. I wish I could enjoy their breakfast menu whenever I want without any restrictions. These limitations are exasperating, and the whole situation has left me feeling upset. It looks like I will have to find somewhere else to enjoy breakfast in the future.

On December 15, [redacted], I visited the McDonald's in West Jordan near the Jacksons gas station on Airport Road in Utah. After placing my order, I waited in the Drive-Thru for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, I observed workers drinking sodas, sitting on the floor, chatting, walking around, and using their phones. Their lack of communication about the delay made me feel disrespected. When I expressed my concerns, I received attitude from a supervisor on duty. I am unsure of how to address this issue, but I believe actions should be taken to improve customer satisfaction at this location.

During my recent visit to McDonald's on Bremen Highway in Mishawaka, Indiana, I had a negative experience. The employee at the Drive-Thru was impolite and refused to accept the drive-through code I had for over 9,[redacted] points. Despite my efforts to provide a new code, he claimed the system was down. When I reached the window, I encountered further rudeness as the individual, whose gender I couldn't discern due to long hair, called me a derogatory term and mishandled my change. This behavior was unacceptable, especially with my teenage sons in the car. Upon reaching home, I discovered our order was incorrect, adding to the disappointing experience. I have recorded details of the incident and will not return to this McDonald's location.

Good morning, I wanted to sadly report an incident that happened last night which hurt me a lot, if you can help me. I am a Glovo courier. I value this job tremendously because I have a disability and can't do any other work by law except these simple and not very tiring ones. Yesterday, I delivered order RIQPP1WHY with you. Unfortunately, the McDonald's staff gave me fewer items due to the chaos with many couriers. I only took one package and asked if that was all because I noticed the mistake, and the staff member distractedly said yes. When I delivered the order, the customer started getting angry and yelling at me, forcing me to return to McDonald's and bring back the complete order. I was scared because they threatened to report Glovo and McDonald's. Meanwhile, I had to reject several incoming orders. When I arrived at McDonald's, the customer repeatedly called me and wanted to speak to the manager and staff, yelling and threatening them too. Despite Glovo reimbursing all the expenses for the order, the McDonald's staff pleaded with me to bring back the order, and they remade it for me because the customer was furious and we were all scared. This way, I lost a whole hour of work, had to make the trip from the customer's house to McDonald's and then back to the customer's house, all at my expense, and had to reject three orders that came in during that hour. The customer, without thanking me, continued relentlessly yelling and complaining about the mishap that evening. No one reimbursed me for the expenses of the second order delivery and the lost hour of work. Additionally, my feedback score dropped because the customer gave me a negative review. I am desperate, could you please contact Glovo to report that I have always worked honestly with you, I'm afraid they will fire me đŸ˜Ș. I ordered the breakfast special, 2 for $4.50 each of sausage and egg. Upon arrival at the window to pay, I handed over a $20 bill and was surprised to be charged $5.63 for one sandwich. I voiced my concern and was told that one sandwich was what I paid for, not two. Feeling that this was too expensive, I asked to cancel my order, but the window was shut on me. I am 83 years old and I suspect I am being taken advantage of in this situation.

My daughter went to collect an order placed through the app, but the restaurant claimed they couldn't make the food she ordered anymore after taking the code. She wasn't refunded upon returning home. After contacting the restaurant regarding being charged twice and receiving no food, they initially said to return in the morning for a refund. However, they later said she had to seek a refund from the app, alleging that the app was responsible for the charge. I find this situation frustrating and unacceptable. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this restaurant; a previous incident involved us ordering a cactus meal and only receiving a Big Mac, for which we were denied a refund for the price difference.

Good afternoon, I visited the McDonald's on Longwood Avenue in Boston's Galleria. I placed my order through their app. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I inquired about my order number, [redacted], to one of the staff members. Her response was loud and disrespectful, telling me to pay attention when my number is called. I expressed my concerns to another staff member, who agreed to inform the management. Despite being a loyal customer for over 20 years, this was the first time I encountered such blatant rudeness at this location. The others around me also noticed her behavior and found it unacceptable. Her response to me was uncalled for and very unpleasant.

I visited the drive-thru at 86 and Scott Road around 5 pm today. I ordered a McChicken combo with a coke to drink. Instead of fries, I asked for a poutine. I also ordered an extra cheeseburger with extra pickles and mustard. When I got home and checked my order, I didn't receive the McChicken sandwich, and there was no ketchup and mayo as I had requested. The total cost was over $14, and I am disappointed. I would appreciate some form of compensation for this error, like another McChicken or a complimentary item. Thank you.

This morning, I placed a mobile order at a restaurant, opting to pick it up inside due to long drive-through lines. However, upon arrival, I found the inside closed and had to join the drive-through, which was also backed up. Frustrated, I left and went to another McDonald’s for lunch. I was charged for the order I never received at the first McDonald’s on Pocahontas Trail in Williamsburg, Virginia. I am seeking a refund for this incorrect charge.

I wanted to share my experience with the McDonald's located at [redacted] N. Division St in Stevens Point, WI. The ongoing issue I've encountered is that the lobby is consistently closed. Despite online information saying they are open for dine-in, today again had the "lobby closed" sign on the door. I decided to visit the McDonald's at [redacted] Hwy 10 East, where they were welcoming customers for dine-in, carryout, and more. Despite being busy, the service was efficient and friendly. It's disappointing that the Division St location seems to restrict customers from dining in or carrying out, even when it seems they have ample staff. It's unclear why they selectively choose when to accommodate customers. Moving forward, I will be returning to the Hwy 10 location, as the Division St spot has lost my patronage.

I am a frequent customer at the McDonald's located on Maple Dale Road in Dale City, Virginia. My family and I visited tonight and had a very disappointing experience. We spent $47 on our meals, and unfortunately, the quarter pounders were burnt, there was a hair in my granddaughter's cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich was undercooked. Additionally, the fries had no flavor at all. This was by far the worst meal we have ever had at this location. I am kindly requesting a refund of $47.45 for the poor quality of the food. I just visited your location in Bishop, CA [redacted]. My online order number is #ZX65. I paid online, so I don't have a store number to submit a complaint online. I am missing an egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit that I ordered along with extra sausage for the deluxe breakfast. Also, the sugar packets I requested were not provided. I spent nearly $30, hoping to enjoy the meal with a friend who didn't receive their sandwich. I am thoroughly disappointed with this experience. Due to the snowstorm and the distance across town, returning to the store is not feasible right now. Offering another free sundae or ice cream cone may not resolve this issue. Hello, I'm Mr. Michael Ortiz. Recently, I visited your store number 27 in Fort Lauderdale on Broward Boulevard and Andrews Avenue. When I tried to use the bathroom, the staff insisted I make a purchase before being allowed access. This practice goes against public restaurant regulations as well as federal and state laws. As a public facility, denying restroom use without a purchase is unlawful. I encountered resistance from the manager and security guard when I requested to use the restroom without making a purchase. It is essential to educate the staff on the laws governing public facilities to avoid potential discrimination lawsuits. Access to essential facilities like restrooms should not be conditional upon buying items from the establishment. Thank you for addressing this issue to prevent further incidents in the future.

I recently visited the McDonald's in Houston, MS, and encountered a discrepancy with my order. The total was $12.19, for which I gave $22.00. However, I only received $7.00 in change instead of the correct $9.81. Though the employee at the next window was helpful, the manager was uncooperative, citing the inconvenience of adjusting the drawer. I'm reaching out regarding an experience at the McDonald's on Hwy [redacted] in Ocala, Florida. I work nearby at the Waffle House, and my colleagues and I were eager for Frappés.
