I had a disappointing experience at three different McDonald's locations in the past few months. The French fries were consistently soggy, greasy, and lukewarm, almost as if they had a wax coating. Despite my attempts to ask for fresh fries, I faced language barriers and unhelpful responses from some staff members. However, during my visit to the McDonald's in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, a courteous employee named Milo (or possibly Miguel) made a positive impression. He greeted me warmly, promised to make fresh fries himself, and even added extra ketchup with a smile. His excellent customer service turned my experience around, and I felt compelled to share about his exceptional service. Despite the challenges I faced at other locations, the kindness and dedication of employees like him make a big difference. I am grateful for his outstanding service. I had an issue with the McDonald’s app that led to a mix-up with my order. I visited McDonald’s and ordered a double fillet-o-fish through the app, but when I arrived, they gave me two quarter pounders with cheese and a mango drink from a previous order. The manager explained they couldn't cancel old app orders, showing me the order details from a previous visit. Even though I hadn't finalized my current order due to being asked to pull forward, I was charged for the incorrect items. I have records of all my transactions and am disappointed with this experience. I would like an apology from the Asian female manager at the Pahoa, Hawaii McDonald’s and a reasonable refund for the mistaken purchase. I will be deleting the app as it cannot be trusted. Each time my family orders takeaway from the drive-thru, we've discovered that our order is missing a burger upon reaching home. While I understand the importance of checking orders right away, I also believe in the responsibility of the staff to ensure accuracy. Having to go back for a missing item becomes inconvenient and costly, especially when it happens frequently. I kindly request that you address this matter at the site and ensure better attention to detail. I placed an online order yesterday, but it wasn't delivered. Today, when I went to pick it up, the manager was very rude. She claimed the order was never placed nor paid for, despite me showing the order number. She insisted that they don't take walk-up orders but only through the drive-thru. I waited at curbside number four, but she refused to check the system for my order. This has happened twice this week, and I'm frustrated that my money was taken without receiving my food. I requested two double cheeseburgers, french fries, and a shake yesterday, and tonight's order was two double cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink. I hope to get a resolution soon. The service has been disappointing, and the manager was extremely rude.

As a crew trainer at this franchise, I have noticed significant issues that need attention. For over a year, I've been dedicated to my role, showing up consistently and working diligently. Sadly, recently some coworkers, including myself, have encountered problems with certain members. One individual, in particular, has been behaving like a manager, targeting and undermining fellow crew members and even customers. They refuse to remake orders when needed, causing dissatisfaction.
Moreover, when teamed up with a specific manager, this crew member oversteps their role, disrupting operations and mistreating colleagues. The manager tolerates inappropriate behavior like using phones, being impolite, and giving orders beyond their position. This toxic dynamic has created a hostile work environment, leading to staffing shortages on their shifts due to discomfort among the team.

Last night, on September 4th, I visited your McDonald's location in Onley, Virginia for a quick dinner. When I arrived, I noticed several cars backed up around the building, some even leaving and cursing. After placing and paying for our order, a young Hispanic girl at the window gave us our food bag, which was missing a double cheeseburger. When I asked for the missing item, she became upset and walked away, leaving us waiting. The employee at the window seemed uninterested when I honked my horn for attention. After waiting about 25 minutes and watching many cars leave, we decided to return the cold fries that came with our incomplete order. The employee commented that we should have mentioned this sooner. Disappointed in the service, I opted to ask for a refund instead of having the order redone.

Last night, I stopped by the McDonald's in Onley, VA. Upon arrival, there were many people leaving the line, but we decided to place our order anyway. After paying at the window, I received my bag and noticed the fries were cold, and a burger was missing. When I informed the staff, the response was somewhat rude, mentioning I should have mentioned it sooner. They closed the window, leaving us waiting for over 25 minutes. There was a person taking orders but seemingly ignoring us. After honking my horn, the staff member returned, and we requested a refund for the cold food. A few more employees appeared, and despite the lack of apology or explanation, they eventually returned our money. The staff seemed indifferent, with everyone sitting around, which was quite frustrating and a waste of our time.

To whom it may concern, I have experienced rude treatment at three different McDonald's locations across various states. The service I received in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and Northport, Alabama was unacceptable. As a result, I have decided to delete the McDonald's app and forfeit all my points. Hello, I placed an order for a 3-pack of cookies, a strawberry pie, and a large iced coffee with chocolate drizzle. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I only got one cookie, one strawberry pie, and the coffee lacked the chocolate drizzle. Also, I requested 6 packets of sugar for the large coffee but only received 3. My order number was 16DB4 placed at 7:04. Could you please send me a corrected iced coffee with chocolate drizzle, 6 packets of sugar, and the missing cookies? I would appreciate it if this could be delivered tonight. When I spend $11 on coffee and cookies, I expect my order to be accurate.

I am an employee at a McDonald's on Whitmore Lake Road in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Recently, a fellow employee experienced a seizure at work. Unfortunately, instead of showing support, a manager made hurtful comments to the staff and abruptly quit. This manager, along with the employee involved in the incident, has been causing strife and drama among coworkers without facing any consequences. Despite voicing our concerns to the store manager, no actions were taken against the manager in question. The toxic environment created has led to some employees quitting. I strongly believe that the manager who made inappropriate comments should have been terminated, especially considering the ongoing issues in the store. Additionally, there are reports of inappropriate relationships and allegations of sexual harassment being used for retaliation, which is unacceptable. I am open to discussing my concerns but request to remain anonymous due to fear of retaliation in the workplace. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I visited the drive-thru in West Valley City, Utah this morning at 10:40 a.m. I ordered the three bundle meal deal without pickles and a large diet Dr. Pepper. Despite correcting the order when the clerk read it back to me, the diet Dr. Pepper was still missing. I repeated the correction at the window, but they didn't fix it. The manager, who I later found out was also the general manager, was extremely rude. She refused to acknowledge their mistake by giving me the drink for free. When I finally received my order at the pick-up window, they purposely took their time. This level of mistreatment at a McDonald's is unacceptable. The manager's behavior was unprofessional, and she showed no willingness to help or be courteous to customers. Her attitude towards me was disrespectful, and I believe she should not be working in a customer-facing role.

I visited the McDonald's on Hwy 18 in Jackson, MS, a location I've had issues with before, but due to its proximity to my home and work, I still go there. Wanting to order 5 apple pies, I saw a notice about a staffing shortage and tried to confirm pie availability with a worker before using the kiosk. Unfortunately, the worker ignored me and turned away, leading to a frustrating experience. Despite calling out, I received no response from the staff except for one worker in the back. The service experience was disappointing and I left without placing an order. This incident has deterred me from returning to this location, as good service is essential in distinguishing one store from another. Having worked at McDonald's in the past, I know the expected standards, and I don't want to continue facing such frustrations when I'm simply trying to make a purchase.

My family and I visited the McDonald's at [redacted] Canal St Salem Ma [redacted] and had a disappointing experience. The employee at the counter had difficulty understanding our order, resulting in mistakes. The food was poorly cooked and not prepared as requested. Additionally, we were not provided with straws or drink covers, and the dining tables were dirty. When we asked for them to be cleaned, the staff didn't attend promptly and only wiped debris onto the floor. The bathrooms were in an unsanitary condition with urine, toilet paper, and rolls scattered around. Despite informing the staff, no action was taken. It would be helpful to receive a call to address these numerous issues.

As a food delivery driver, I want to address the lack of cooperation from nighttime employees regarding the newly installed windows for food pickup. It's frustrating when we have to wait in long drive-through lines after receiving orders, which cuts into our earning potential. Two nights ago, I was not only ignored but also laughed at when I tried to use the window for my order. Some stores, like the one on Genesee St and Mohawk St in Utica, NY, refuse to use the window, unlike the Yorkville store and the store on Black River Blvd in Rome, NY. This inconsistency wastes our time and money. I urge management to step in and ensure that this system, meant to assist food drivers, is utilized properly to avoid humiliating encounters like the one I experienced.

This morning, my partner and I visited McDonald's for breakfast and used the mobile app to order. The app advertised a special offer - buy one breakfast sandwich, get another free. We selected 2 Sausage McGriddles and a hashbrown but received just the pancake part without sausage. We realized we needed to specify Sausage McGriddle instead of McGriddle as we thought a McGriddle included sausage. The app lists McGriddle first, which we assumed was the default choice. Despite our mistake, we returned to the drive-thru to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted us had a rude and sarcastic attitude, offering no help or solution. We left disappointed with two plain pancakes instead of the sausage sandwiches we desired. We understand our error, but the employee's behavior was unwarranted. Yesterday, on the 11th, I visited McDonald’s restaurant number [redacted] at [redacted] S. Wooster Ave. in Strasburg, Ohio. Upon entering, I noticed the store was unclean, with french fries on the floor in the reception area. There was minimal staff, with only three people working behind the counter. The parking lot had overflowing trash cans and debris scattered around, including papers and empty cans. When we received our food, the four double cheeseburgers we ordered were burnt and dried out, with hardened buns. This store not being a franchise explains some of the unsanitary conditions observed. As a part of McDonald’s corporation, this location's state is disappointing and could harm patron loyalty. I strongly recommend addressing these issues to prevent further customer loss due to the store's condition. I personally will not return there. Thank you for considering these concerns.

My points expired without any notification. I realized all my points were gone when the balance hit 0. I estimate over 3,[redacted] points were deducted over time. Had I known they expire regularly, I would have used them. It's unfair they vanish without warning. Customer service confirmed the points cannot be reinstated, which is disappointing.
Furthermore, I encounter issues with my McDonald’s App disappearing. Each time I access it, I need to go through the App Store to use it, even though there's nothing to download. The customer service representative couldn't identify the problem after a half-hour call, leaving me without a solution. It's frustrating to lose my points without notice and not being able to locate the McDonald's App.

After placing a mobile order, I experienced a frustrating situation where the manager claimed they didn't receive it and refused to fulfill my order.
