I reserved a two-night stay at Gandhinagar Prominence for Rs [redacted]/-, and the payment was debited from my wife's SBI account. Despite this, a notification stated the booking was pending confirmation and to wait for 30 minutes. Subsequently, I was informed that my booking was unsuccessful due to payment non-receipt. I want to highlight that I made the reservation with the existing funds in my account and need the refund to proceed with booking another room. If not resolved promptly, I may escalate this to the Consumer Court since I have no alternative for a reservation until the refund is processed. The hotel confirmed they are not involved in this issue. Kindly initiate the refund of the deducted amount by Makemytrip.com as soon as possible. My Booking ID is NH[redacted][redacted].

I booked a flight from New Delhi to Dubai departing on March 25th and the return flight from Dubai to New Delhi on March 28th. Unfortunately, SpiceJet changed the return flight to March 29th, so I requested a refund through their website. I then booked another flight directly with Emirates from Dubai to New Delhi. However, MakeMyTrip mistakenly canceled and refunded both of my flights without my consent. I have been trying to reach them for assistance but have not been able to connect with a customer service representative through their helpline numbers or app.

I booked tickets from Delhi to San Francisco and back through your service with ticket reference "HTLCX2." Due to rescheduling by the airline, our flight from SFO to Amsterdam on 24th April has been affected. You have requested us to confirm the revised itinerary with Delta Airlines, but before doing so, we need the following information as stated in my email dated 19/03/[redacted]: "Thank you for your email. Before confirming, I need to know the following: 1. The refund amount for canceling our return tickets. 2. The cost for new direct flight tickets from San Francisco to Delhi for two people, for travel around 20th to 24th April [redacted], if booked through your service. I am Srinivasa Sastri. I booked a return trip from Bangalore to Male with booking ID NN7KWBJ2RU5K00YF3680 for Akshaya Priya Saravanakumar. I requested a cancellation on 21.03.[redacted]. Despite assurances from the executive that the refund would be processed in 14 working days, I have not received it yet. Dear Team, I wanted to inform you that I booked a ride with MakeMyTrip from Bengaluru City to Bengaluru International Airport on 7th April [redacted] for a total of Rs. [redacted] /- I made an initial payment of Rs. [redacted] /- on the MakeMyTrip website and was supposed to pay the remaining Rs. [redacted] /- to the driver after the ride. After completing the ride, I paid the driver Rs. [redacted]/- through Phonepe UPI. However, the payment got stuck in processing, and the amount was deducted from my account. The driver assured me he would refund it once the payment goes through. To resolve the issue, I withdrew Rs. [redacted]/- from an ATM at the airport and gave it to the driver. Days later, I received confirmation from Phonepe that the payment was successful. Despite showing the driver evidence of the successful transaction, he denies receiving the money. I have attached images, screenshots, and the UPI transaction ID for reference. I request urgent assistance in refunding the amount to the same UPI ID. I am inquiring why an email address for customer service is not provided. Additionally, why doesn't the company have a Grievance officer to address public concerns? On April 1, [redacted], I purchased two round-trip tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai. Both flights were direct with less than a 2-hour flight duration. On April 12, I received an email from SpiceJet informing me of the flight cancellation. They booked us on different flights with over 6 hours of travel time. Shouldn't you seek my approval before canceling confirmed tickets and rebooking them? While passengers face penalties for cancellations, why aren't penalties imposed on passengers when their flights are canceled? This seems one-sided and unfair treatment from Makemytrip and the airlines towards passengers. I anticipate a written response and request an email ID for passenger grievances.

Refund Issue: It has been nearly a month since my ticket (DEL BOM DEL) on Vistara flight with PNR numbers W57OKE & W5FAE3, booked through MakeMyTrip on March 21, [redacted], was canceled. Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been processed by Vistara, as confirmed by MakeMyTrip. Vistara's customer care keeps stating that the refund is still under process, even after more than 25 days since the cancellation. After a recent email from MakeMyTrip on April 12, indicating that Vistara was processing the refund, we were expecting the funds to reflect in our account within two days, but unfortunately, the refund has not been credited yet. This delay in refund from both Vistara and MakeMyTrip is disappointing and questions the reliability of both companies. I urge you to take this matter seriously, promptly refund the money, or we may have to escalate this issue on social media platforms. Hello, I recently booked a round-trip ticket from Toronto to Chennai departing on April 30th and returning on May 12th. Unfortunately, due to a sudden tragedy - the passing of my mother, I had to make an unexpected booking for April 27th since the original ticket couldn't be modified. Dear Sir, I am a loyal customer of MMT and recently booked a flight to Mauritius with booking ID NN7N8Z7SD275XAQH1857. After inquiring with AIR Mauritius about cancellation, they assured me of a full refund due to the Flexi Booking option I selected. This option guarantees a [redacted]% refund from 1/10/21 to 31/10/22 according to AIR Mauritius's website. However, MMT listed airline cancellation charges of Rs [redacted] per person and MMT charges of Rs [redacted]. I am willing to pay MMT charges, but if AIR Mauritius does not impose any cancellation fees, I am puzzled by why MMT would charge me airline fees. I have attached a screenshot of the website for reference. I kindly request clarification on this matter from the airline to proceed with the cancellation of my booking. I have been following up with Make My Trip for over a year for the refund of my cancelled flight from San Francisco to Delhi on 17th May [redacted] (Booking ID: NN[redacted][redacted]). The flight was cancelled by United Airlines due to the U.S. Presidential proclamation regarding travel bans related to the Covid-19 spread. I am disappointed by the treatment I have received from the customer representatives of both Make My Trip and United Airlines. Despite being assured multiple times that the refund would be processed within 15 days, I have yet to receive it. When I inquire about the delay, Make My Trip representatives claim it is pending clearance from United Airlines and advise me to contact them instead. The delay in refund by Make My Trip, a renowned company, has led me to doubt the competence of their representatives. This experience has been unprofessional and I will not be booking flights through them in the future. I intend to share this negative experience with others to caution them against potential harassment when dealing with Make My Trip. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I demand my refund promptly. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to higher authorities.

Hello, I wanted to reach out regarding a booking I made through Makemytrip. My PNR number is W4H4VL, and there seems to be an issue with the health insurance coverage I purchased. Despite receiving an email from Trip Money confirming the activation of the health insurance policy, I have not received the insurance certificate. This is problematic as I now need to provide the insurance start date for my Thai pass application, which I cannot find in any of the emails I received. Furthermore, the insurance terms and conditions state that the policy is valid until the age of 65. However, both my parents, L.K. and S.S.S., are over 65 years old. I am concerned about how the health insurance was booked through the app for individuals over 65 years old, especially considering their passport details were provided during the flight booking process. Dear Sir, I recently booked flight tickets for Venkatasubramanian, Ramamaheswari & Srikanth for a journey from Coimbatore to Goa on 20.05.[redacted]. Unfortunately, the payment of Rs [redacted] failed, but the amount was debited from my account. I contacted the Customer Care support and a complaint was registered under Request ID: [redacted][redacted]. After reaching out to HDFC Bank help desk, they confirmed that the transaction was processed successfully on their end. I kindly request you to either confirm the ticket booking before the end of the day as the journey date is nearing (28/05/[redacted]) or refund the full amount promptly. Please find attached a screenshot of the failed transaction, bank account statement, and the email response from HDFC Bank for your reference. I recently booked an international round trip and paid the total amount. However, after the payment was processed, MakeMyTrip displayed a message saying "order is awaited." Unfortunately, I have not received any email, SMS, or updates regarding the tickets. This lack of communication and transparency is concerning. MakeMyTrip does not offer live chat or a functional email contact option. Their "raise a request" page is not working properly. The phone support is automated and limited in handling different issues effectively. It's frustrating that they do not provide human support and fail to offer a clear and accountable experience after taking payment.

Regarding the Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Noida bus trip, I'd like to share my experience with Booking ID #NU[redacted][redacted] and Reference PNR #77TBBNX4, which I booked on Friday, June 10, [redacted]. Upon arriving at Narayan Singh Circle, the boarding point, an hour early for the scheduled 11:50 pm pick-up, I encountered delays. Despite initially being informed of a 10-minute delay via the MakeMyTrip app, subsequent updates continually pushed the pick-up time further back. Efforts to contact the bus company, zingbus, using the provided number, (+91 [redacted]), were unsuccessful as my calls went unanswered. Meanwhile, I tracked the bus's location online, noticing it had veered away from my location. An hour past the original pick-up time, the app suddenly indicated the bus was on time, while the tracking link showed it heading towards Noida. Stranded and anxious at 1 am, I persisted with calling the contact number to no avail. Eventually, I secured a partial solution by boarding a bus destined for Noida, albeit without a proper seat. Hello Team, Our group of 12 people made a connecting flight booking from Leh to Mumbai, which involves the following two flights: 1. Leh (IXL) to Srinagar (SXR) - Flight: Go First (G8 [redacted]) - Time: 07:40 AM - 08:25 AM 2. Srinagar (SXR) to Mumbai (BOM) - Flight: Srinagar (SXR) to Mumbai (BOM) - Initially: 10:35 AM - 13:35 PM - Rescheduled: 09:10 AM - 12:15 PM We booked these flights in May, with ample time between them. However, the second flight got rescheduled and now departs 1 hour and 25 minutes earlier. Considering luggage transfer, security checks, and boarding, it seems impossible to catch the second flight to Leh. We're concerned about making it to Mumbai/Pune. I made a booking through Make My Trip at Collection O [redacted] Hotel Shirdi Park Inn for Saturday, June 11, [redacted]. I traveled with my pet because the hotel rules allowed pets. However, upon arrival, the manager denied us check-in, stating that pets were not allowed on weekends. He suggested canceling the booking through MMT and paying a higher price in cash at the front desk to stay. I contacted customer care immediately, and they mentioned that if the manager did not allow pets, we could not stay. I requested a refund for the hotel, and they assured me it would be processed soon. It has been over 10 days since I filed the complaint, and I have not received any response from Make My Trip. I am eager for a prompt resolution.
