I made a reservation for a holiday package through MakeMyTrip, with flights, accommodation, activities, and transfers all included. The trip is scheduled for December 30, [redacted]. Recently, one of my flights connecting to another leg of the journey got canceled by the airline. Separately, I was contacted by Ms. Monika Sharma from MakeMyTrip, introducing herself as my Relationship Manager for the trip. I informed her about the canceled flight and requested assistance or information on how MakeMyTrip will handle the situation, but I have not received any response to my emails or phone calls. I am unsure about the next steps and how to address this situation with MakeMyTrip regarding the flight cancellation and getting an alternate flight for my trip.

I am concerned because my complaint was resolved and my ticket was canceled without my approval. I have a phone recording from the airline to prove this. Satyajit Nandan Chowdhury from MakeMyTrip was supposed to contact me, and I gave them the airline recording as well. The customer service agent canceled my return flight to Goa, claiming it was on the same booking reference. However, the airline confirmed that this should not automatically cancel the entire ticket, as my family members had 9 tickets on the same reference with Cleartrip and faced no issues when one leg of their trip was canceled. I ended up having to spend an extra 30,[redacted] rupees to purchase new return tickets. I have a long history of using MakeMyTrip without any complaints. If I don't receive a refund, I am prepared to take legal action. I prefer a phone call over email communication. It seems impossible to reach a live person when calling the customer service number.

Dear Sir/Madam, I booked a ticket on your website on 28.11.21 for a flight from Udaipur to Varanasi on 29.11.21 with PNR number EM1IVJ for Indigo Airlines 6E-[redacted] and 6E-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the Udaipur to Delhi flight was delayed by 30 minutes, causing me to miss the connecting flight to Varanasi. My travel plans in Varanasi were disrupted as I needed to reach there the same night. I had a return flight booked for 1st December from Varanasi to Delhi with PNR number E8PV5G for Go First G8-[redacted], and then from Delhi to Udaipur with Indigo Airlines 6E-[redacted], all booked on your site on 28.11.21. After discussing with Indigo Airlines staff at Delhi airport, they offered a full refund for my trip except for the Go First ticket. They arranged a flight back to Udaipur the next morning, covered my hotel stay, and transport expenses. They assured me that the total refund would be processed through MakeMyTrip in the next 4 or 5 working days. I have canceled my Go First ticket and am awaiting that refund as well. Please refund the total amount or provide an update on the refund status as confirmed by Indigo Airlines.

I am unsure about my boarding location. I made a reservation for 2 tickets from Bangalore to Iritty on December 23, [redacted]. Initially, the boarding point displayed was Christ University at the time of booking. However, the ticket now indicates Ikon College, which is distant from my location. After contacting customer service, they provided me with a link to a boarding point closer to me. Upon calling the number provided, they directed me to a place far from my location. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Please respond promptly.

I made a reservation at Hotel King's Corner on your app for 2 rooms from December 24th to 25th with booking number NH[redacted][redacted]. Upon arrival, we were denied check-in because the hotel claimed they didn't receive confirmation of our booking and had no available rooms. We paid for this reservation using an ICICI card and now require a refund due to this issue. We lodged a Check-In Denied Issues request with the ID [redacted][redacted] on December 24th seeking a refund; however, all we receive in response are messages stating "work in progress." Hello, I booked a train ticket from Bangalore to Karwar on December 24th. Unfortunately, my ticket was automatically canceled due to it being on the waitlist. I received a message stating that the refund would be credited to my account between December 24th and 28th, but as of December 30th, I have not received the refund. Despite numerous attempts to reach MakeMyTrip's customer care for assistance and a refund, I was unable to connect with a representative. When I finally decided to cancel the booking, I received only a partial refund. Later, I discovered that the airline itself had canceled the flight, resulting in a full refund for all passengers. I believe that under these exceptional circumstances, a full refund should be provided instead of the partial amount I received. Indigo Airlines has advised me to contact MakeMyTrip directly for a full refund due to the flight cancellation. I had booked flight tickets to Dubai for 3rd November but was asked to cancel them by Srilankan Airlines staff when I arrived at the airport for boarding. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach Srilankan Airlines customer care for assistance. I kindly request MakeMyTrip to email Srilankan Airlines to expedite my refund process. Hello, I recently moved to Dubai from India. When I was in India, I booked tickets for myself (initials JD), my wife (initials PK), and my daughter (initials TK) to travel from Mumbai to Delhi on January 29th and returning from Delhi to Mumbai on February 6th. I made a flight booking from Delhi to Mumbai with the following details: PNR No - YBJZ1. I need to reschedule my travel date, however, the Makemytrip app does not have an option to modify the flight date. I have attempted to contact their customer support multiple times, but the automated system keeps redirecting me to the app via text message. Regarding the COVID-19 situation, Air India announced a "one free change" policy on 09-Jan-[redacted], allowing modifications to the date, flight number, or sector for all domestic flights until March 31, [redacted], due to uncertainties related to the rising Covid-19 cases in India. Despite contacting AirIndia, they have been unable to assist me in changing my booking. Kindly assist me in changing my departure date.

I recently made a booking from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad through Make My Trip on 26th January [redacted]. After payment was deducted from my account, the booking status remained pending. Following a call to customer care, they advised rebooking, which I did through another app with IndiGo. The new booking was made, and I was informed that a refund would be processed within 2 days, completing in a week. However, 8 days have passed without the refund. When contacting customer service, they deny any bookings made in the last 10 hours. We reserved a room yesterday for today with booking ID AH[redacted][redacted]. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that they do not accept bookings from MMT. Last night at 8 o'clock, we contacted MMT's customer care, who promised to resolve the issue within an hour but have not responded since this morning. At 11 o'clock this morning, Mr. Jagat from MMT assured us they would refund our original booking and advised us to find another hotel. After making a new booking with ID AH[redacted][redacted], we encountered a similar issue at the second hotel, as they had no rooms available despite confirming this with MMT. We are currently stranded and have been searching for accommodations since the expected check-in time of 1 o'clock. It's been a frustrating experience that we hope to resolve promptly.
