Regarding my booking reference NN[redacted][redacted], the booking includes two airlines, Go Air, and Indigo. I have received credit from Go Air, but not received a refund for the credit note issued by Indigo on 3rd December '20 for Rs [redacted]. Indigo incorrectly deducted a cancellation fee of Rs 5,[redacted] for a non-operational flight. I contacted MMT for cancellation only after being informed by the airline of the flight cancellation. Unfortunately, MMT support could not be reached, so I contacted Indigo directly for the credit note. They mentioned that only MMT can process the refund as they issued the credit note to MMT. I have tried various options without success, and Indigo declined to assist me after issuing the credit note to MMT. As I am residing abroad, it is difficult for me to contact your support line. I would like to make changes to my Etihad flight booking from New Delhi to Abu Dhabi and then to London Heathrow on September 6, [redacted], booked through Make My Trip. I want to reschedule my flight to September 11, [redacted], with the same airline and routes. I have attempted to modify the dates on the Make My Trip website, but it currently does not support online modifications. Despite contacting MMT customer service via phone, I have been directed back to the online page which does not allow modifications. I am seeking information on the feasibility of changing the date and the associated costs. Your assistance is appreciated.

I purchased a ticket through MakeMyTrip for a trip to Bangalore and back. Due to airline cancellations and rescheduling, I had to cancel both legs of the journey. Despite providing emails and SMS evidence to MakeMyTrip, they did not cancel the trips on my behalf. I had to cancel them myself and received two refund notifications via email. However, MakeMyTrip deducted various charges and only refunded around 2.5k instead of the expected 13k. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency in their calculations and the failure to refund the full amount from the airlines. It has been frustrating not being able to communicate these issues to MakeMyTrip directly. I would like MakeMyTrip to explain their refund calculations and why I have not received the full amount owed from the airlines.

I booked a ticket with Makemytrip for a Delhi to Kannur flight on 20th April, which I later cancelled due to Covid-19 reasons. Despite 6 months passing, I am yet to receive my refund. The E-ticket number is [redacted][redacted], under the name Sulochana KN. My booking ID is NF[redacted][redacted], with the PNR number HQF6R. I have tried contacting MMT regarding the delay, but they directed me to Air India. Air India, on the other hand, stated that MMT needs to send an application to their sales team before processing the refund. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach MMT's customer service have been unsuccessful as they disconnect the call. I urge MMT to take the necessary steps for my refund promptly as the ticket was booked through their app. If not resolved soon, I may have to seek legal assistance. Thank you, Reshma

I am currently in Oman, and my flight from Chennai to Muscat on WY [redacted] with Oman Air scheduled for November 1st at 7:20 am was cancelled. I received confirmation from the airlines on September 24th, but despite this, Make my Trip is stating that I will not receive my refund until January 16th. I have tried to contact the provided numbers on the website, with no success due to my location. My father reached out to customer service from Chennai but did not receive a satisfactory response. I am seeking clarity on the timeline for my refund and the reason for the delay. Waiting until January is not acceptable as I should not be penalized for the airline's cancellation. If I do not receive a suitable response from Make my Trip, I will escalate the issue to the Civil Aviation authorities in India.

I am a customer with a return ticket from Toronto to Vadodara, India, scheduled for 26/07/[redacted]. The e-tickets were booked on 08 Dec [redacted] with ticket numbers [redacted][redacted] (PANDYA, YOGESHKUAR HARISHANKAR) and [redacted][redacted] (PANDYA, USHAYOGESHKUAR). Due to COVID-19, we were unable to travel. Air India agreed to allow us to defer the return tickets until 31st December [redacted], as per the attached email. Now that the situation in India has improved, we want to use our tickets. When contacting AI customer service, we were redirected to the third-party booking representative from MakeMyTrip. Despite being informed of a 3-4 minute wait, we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes on the call without receiving assistance. Our family in India faced a similar situation when trying to help us rebook the tickets.

(1) I received a refund in my wallet and submitted my correct bank account details on the portal for a transfer. However, after 3 days, I was informed via email that the bank account information was incorrect and to update it using a link that isn't functional. Unfortunately, there isn't an option on the app or website to make this correction even though I have a screenshot of the correct details. (2) Additionally, my MakeMyTrip wallet balance shows a deduction when I submitted my bank account information. If the refund fails, the deducted amount is not credited back to my wallet, which is concerning. I have captured a screenshot of the wallet balance before the deduction, and now it doesn't show any transactions. (3) I am unable to make phone calls for assistance, and it's frustrating that there is no option on the app or website to address this issue.

I recently booked a flight with Air India for December 27th, but there was a mix-up with the date. I originally selected November 27th, but it changed to December during the payment process. I contacted customer service to cancel the booking, and I was assured a refund would be processed. However, I have not received any confirmation email yet for the refund or cancellation. Despite my efforts to check the refund status through the app, it only shows the booking as canceled. I have been struggling to reach a customer service representative as I keep getting automated responses. This situation has been frustrating and costly for me. I really need assistance with getting my money back.

Hello, I have a booking scheduled for November 6th from Mumbai to Indore with 2 adults and 1 child. I was planning to travel from Mauritius, but unfortunately, my flight to Mumbai was canceled due to new travel guidelines by Indian Authorities. I cannot use the ticket for the Mumbai to Indore flight. I kindly request a refund for 2 passengers (1 adult, 1 child). Dear Sir/Madam, I am R. Gopinath, a practicing lawyer in Chennai. I had booked a flight from Port Blair to Chennai for myself, my wife, and daughter on 20/10/[redacted] at 8:25 AM. The total charges paid were Rs. 33,[redacted], which included rescheduling fees due to Covid-19. I was surprised to receive an email on 18/10/[redacted] stating our flight, G8 [redacted], was canceled for reasons beyond control. Despite the short notice, we managed to book tickets for the next available flight, G8 [redacted] on 21/10/[redacted], for Rs. 14,[redacted]. After requesting a refund for the price difference, I received another email on 18/10/[redacted] at 6:37 PM, stating the new flight was also canceled without reason. This action caused inconvenience and additional expenses for my family and clients awaiting my return in Chennai. I seek a full refund of Rs. 33,[redacted] to my savings account with State Bank of India, Gopalapuram Branch, Chennai. Failure to do so may lead me to pursue legal actions. I purchased a ticket for three passengers from Durgapur to New Delhi on a Spice Jet flight initially scheduled for 22/10/21. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed first to 23/10/21 and then again to 24/10/21 due to operational issues. My booking ID is NF[redacted][redacted]. After contacting customer service, I was given two options: reschedule the flight or cancel the tickets for a full refund. Since rescheduling wasn't suitable, I opted for the refund, which displayed as canceled. The ticket cost me Rs [redacted], and I am still awaiting the refund. I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund sent to my email.

Dear MMT Team, I am writing regarding a pre-booked cab from M.G Road to Kempegowda International Airport Bangalore scheduled for 3:00AM on November 18, [redacted], under Booking ID NC[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the cab did not arrive at the pick-up point until 3:15AM. Upon contacting the driver, I was informed that they were still at the airport and it would take over an hour to reach the pick-up location. In fear of missing our flight, we had to make a last-minute Uber booking around 3:30AM because the cab's live location still showed it at the airport. I subsequently canceled the MMT cab booking, but the booking amount was not refunded. Despite the unresponsive driver and the delay in reaching the pick-up point, my attempts to contact customer service were unsuccessful. I kindly ask for your assistance in addressing this matter, acknowledging the inconvenience caused by the situation that could have potentially resulted in missing our flight. I also request the refund process to be initiated promptly. Thank you.

I booked a flight from Ahmadabad to Gwalior for 27th November at 8:30 AM, and the payment of [redacted] rupees was deducted. I booked a ticket from New Delhi to New York for my studies, departing on 6th September [redacted]. Despite holding an F-1 Visa, I was denied entry with this ticket. The airline did not assist with the admission issue. After a lengthy call with MakeMyTrip customer support, hoping for a resolution or a refund, my query was closed without any resolution. I had to purchase another expensive ticket at the airport. The lack of support and information provided by the customer service team was frustrating, as I had to spend hours in queues trying to make alternative arrangements due to flight schedule changes. I expected to be informed of my admission rights considering the circumstances, but even after numerous calls, I received no guidance.

Yesterday evening I attempted to book a train ticket from Delhi to Ludhiana, but I encountered errors multiple times. Despite this, an amount of [redacted].72 was debited from my bank account. The ticket was not successfully booked, and it does not appear in the app's failed bookings section. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach customer service for assistance. I was charged a cancellation fee of Rs. 2,[redacted] by MMT, even though I canceled my flight directly with the airline. The airline promised me a refund of INR 12,[redacted], but MMT only credited INR 10,[redacted] to my wallet. I have confirmation from the airline that they initiated a refund of INR 12,[redacted]. I've tried calling MMT, but their IVR system doesn't connect me to a representative. When I spoke to an executive about a different issue, they said they couldn't help with cancellation queries and ended the call. I'm unsure how to contact them to resolve this.

I recently reserved a trip package through Make My Trip Holidays with the Trip Booking ID NL[redacted][redacted]. I am disappointed as the package was misrepresented on the phone. I was assured that sightseeing would include entry tickets, but Make My Trip sales now claim sightseeing is only provided by the driver and cab, with no entry tickets to main tourist spots included. Furthermore, the hotel I stayed at was inaccessible by cab, forcing me to pay a hefty amount for an auto. Make My Trip sales dismiss this, stating it was my decision to stay at that hotel, refusing to take responsibility. The lack of customer service and the misrepresentation of the package is frustrating. It is concerning that there is no customer service number available to speak with a representative.
