I booked a flight from MMT for a trip from Chennai to Shirdi with Booking ID NF[redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I missed the flight due to an issue. I contacted the airline, Spice Jet, who assured me the refund for taxes would be processed in 10-14 days. However, I have not received the refund in my account yet. I have tried contacting MMT several times over the past 3 months without any resolution. The latest communication from MMT mentioned that the cancellation request is being verified with the airline due to the reason "No Show" and that the refund, if applicable, would be processed in 7-12 working days. I am still waiting for the refund and would appreciate a confirmation once it has been processed. Thank you, Satish Singh.

I made a hotel reservation in Guwahati for November 16th with prepayment. The hotel confirmed was Oyo [redacted] Hotel Aashiyana with booking ID NH[redacted][redacted] and PNR [redacted]. Upon arrival, the hotel denied me a room due to overbooking by Oyo. After contacting Oyo, I was directed to another hotel, Nexotica, where they also refused to provide a room. Despite late-night distress, Nexotica eventually offered a subpar room with a dirty, unclean bathroom post-payment. Oyo has been unresponsive regarding my refund. I originally booked through Make My Trip, not Oyo. The situation has been distressing, and I seek clarity on who is accountable for the inconveniences, when I will receive my refund, and how I will be compensated for the ordeal.

I recently booked a Vistara flight ticket under the name Ansh Deep Ralh as a guest. After making the payment of Rs. [redacted].0, I received a confirmation message with ref. no.: NF[redacted]3526A1. However, I did not receive any flight details for my journey from Delhi to Jodhpur, scheduled for departure at 1:40 pm on December 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I had to book another flight due to this issue. I am still awaiting a refund for the original booking and would appreciate a prompt resolution.

Hello, I recently made two hotel bookings on your website, but accidentally booked them for the same day. When I tried to change the date on my MMT account, it prompted me to pay an additional Rs.[redacted], which seems unfair. I promptly realized my error and contacted the hotel, who advised me to reach out to you. I have attached my booking confirmation for your reference. I simply need the booking at Hotel Arjunaa Rameswaram to be adjusted from a check-in on 28/01/20 - check-out on 29/01/20, to a check-in on 27/01/20 - check-out on 28/01/20. I have been a loyal MMT customer, as evident in your records. I have more bookings coming up and will continue to use MMT for them. Hello, I, Sharmila Badekar, had booked International flight tickets through MakeMyTrip for a trip from Mumbai to Hyderabad to Doha on 1/12/[redacted], with a return ticket from Doha to Mumbai on 6/12/[redacted]. My PNR number is GMNV6H. Unfortunately, I couldn't make the trip due to personal reasons. I contacted Indigo airlines on 2/12/[redacted] to cancel the return flight from Doha to Mumbai. The Indigo team acknowledged my cancellation and processed a refund for the taxes and ticket amount totaling Rs [redacted]. I am now awaiting the refund from MakeMyTrip's end. I am interested in booking a tour package from Delhi to Bhutan for four people on March 1st at a rate of 32,[redacted] rupees per person. In the itinerary, it mentions that on certain days we will be picked up from the hotel in an exclusive vehicle. Could you clarify if this means an exclusive car for our group of four, or if it could be another mode of transportation like a small bus? Additionally, on some days it states that we will travel in a private car. Can you please explain the difference between these two types of transport arrangements? Thank you for your clarification.

We had booked two rail tickets, which were confirmed, but upon arriving at the station, they were unexpectedly cancelled by the staff. We were assured a refund within 2-3 days, but now we are receiving conflicting information. We have attempted to contact your toll-free numbers, which only offer two options without any way to reach a representative for assistance. Please reach out to me at [redacted] to promptly resolve this matter, as we are disappointed by the lack of communication and service provided. If this matter is not resolved soon, we will be compelled to share our negative experience on social media platforms after waiting several months for a resolution to an issue involving less than Rs.[redacted].

Hello, my name is Gautam Y. Yesterday, on December 16, [redacted], at 10:18 p.m., I attempted to book a ticket from Bangalore to Imphal. I made the payment via GPay, and the amount has been deducted from my account, but the payment is still processing. I am unsure if the booking will go through successfully or not. Due to government regulations, my flight to Assam had to be canceled, and Indigo has initiated a refund for the booking made by my sister, using email: [redacted] The PNR is: SDEW7Y. I, Sonam Gill, am the passenger affected by the cancellation. I have attempted to reach out for assistance, but the automated system just keeps repeating, which is quite frustrating. Hello, I've entered my card details for TripMoney EMI and provided all the requested information. However, it keeps prompting me to complete the last setup by choosing between a debit or credit card. When I select debit card, it indicates that the eMandate has already been authorized and advises me to contact the merchant site. I'm uncertain why this is happening and would appreciate assistance. Once the eMandate is successfully authorized, there is a message saying "[redacted] Service temporarily unavailable."

I recently booked Indigo flight tickets on the MakeMyTrip website from Hyderabad to Tirupathi for a journey on 09-01-20 and the return on 12-01-20 for M. R. Nagi Reddy, contact number: [redacted]. I paid Rs. 6,[redacted] through Kotak Mahindra bank net banking, and though the amount was deducted from my account, the transaction was unsuccessful, and I did not receive an e-ticket or booking confirmation. I am unsure if my ticket is booked or cancelled. Please confirm the status and either refund the amount if it's cancelled or send the booking confirmation. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

I reserved a cab in Bangalore through Make my Trip for my airport transfer. I paid an advance amount of Rs. [redacted]. According to MMT, I should have received details about the cab and driver before my scheduled departure at 6:00 AM today, Monday. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive at the agreed time. I only received an SMS confirming the cab around 6:25 AM while I was already en route with Uber. I kindly request a review of this issue and a refund of the advance payment. - B.D.

Hello, I recently received an email from Indigo regarding my cancelled booking under the reference number GPDHGB. They mentioned that the refund process should take 5 to 7 working days. However, I have yet to receive the refund. The email provided details on how the refund will be processed, indicating that if booked directly through IndiGo, the amount would be credited back to the source within the specified time frame. I would like to inform the forum that my air travel experience with Make My Trip didn't go as planned. I had booked tickets from Ranchi to Pune via Bangalore for December 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on the travel date, my flight was canceled by the airline. Make My Trip promptly refunded the amount for the Ranchi to Bangalore tickets. The second leg of the journey, from Bangalore to Pune, was with Air Asia. Air Asia recently emailed me about the refund, providing details as follows: Booking No: N7LN2R Case Number: [redacted]3 Refund Amount: INR [redacted].0 Processed Date: 10/01/[redacted] They confirmed that the refund process has been completed. Due to the current outbreak of coronavirus in Thailand following China, with 30 reported cases and high alert security and screenings at airports, I am concerned about my upcoming stay at Sleep With Me hotel in Patong Phuket on February 9-10, [redacted]. I kindly request for my booking to be canceled and the full refund to be processed due to the risk involved. If the refund is not possible, I would appreciate a voucher equivalent to the booking amount with a validity of one year for future use at the hotel. Since the virus is spreading before symptoms show and with no vaccine available, I urge caution and seek a refund or alternative arrangement for my booking.

I recently booked a hotel through Goibibo, but I have been unable to reach them multiple times as they did not provide a phone number. After some research, I discovered that MakeMyTrip is the owner, leading me to reach out to you. When searching on Goibibo for hotels in Hampi, Karnataka, I selected one, booked, and paid for it. However, I later realized the hotel is located in New Hampi, Bengaluru, not Hampi, Karnataka. The website's "show location" button always prompted an error, preventing me from seeing this information before booking. The email confirmation revealed the actual address to be in New Hampi, Bengaluru. I am currently en route to Hampi, Karnataka, and this misinformation from Goibibo or the hotel is causing me inconvenience. I request a cancellation and a prompt refund, as I am unable to contact Goibibo directly. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter efficiently. Thank you. - K. I recently completed my journey with MMT. However, I encountered issues with my candlelight dinner booking at Sthala, Ubud, Bali on 15th Feb. Despite it being in my itinerary and transfer not being included, upon arrival, the dinner was not booked in my name. Even after discussing the matter with both the staff at Sthala and the travel agent in Bali, they claimed there was no reservation. After numerous failed attempts in India, they finally acknowledged the oversight after an hour. Disappointed with the service, I ended up paying for the dinner myself without the expected setup. As I had already made the payment to MMT, I am seeking a refund for the dinner. Additionally, when booking with your company, the information about luggage charges on AirAsia flights was not clearly communicated by Subarta until a day before my trip. Her response to my concerns was dismissive, leaving me frustrated. I now also request a refund for the luggage charge. Despite my multiple requests for assistance, the follow-up on my complaints has been lacking, and I expect better customer service. Kindly contact me promptly regarding these matters.

Dear Sir, I booked a return journey ticket from Abu Dhabi to Bhubaneswar via Mumbai for the wrong date of 18th November instead of 2nd December using Makemytrip.com. Following Indigo customer care's advice, I rebooked the correct flight within 24 hours. The Indigo website confirms the cancellation with a refund of 10,[redacted].00 INR, but I have not received it yet. Makemytrip.com mentions no refund due to a cancellation fee of INR 10,[redacted] and other charges. Despite Indigo's email confirmation of processing the refund, I have not received it.
