I attempted to book my flight ticket on June 6 from Kolkata to Aizawl for [redacted]. When I clicked the payment button, it showed a failure message. However, I later received a text confirming that my flight was booked, but the amount was deducted twice from my account. The ticket only shows one payment of [redacted], but another half was also deducted. I am confused by this situation. Can you please refund the amount that was mistakenly deducted from my account?

I made a booking for three passengers from Hyderabad to Pune on April 17th with Spice Jet. My account was charged [redacted], but I haven't received any confirmation or updates on the ticket status. I contacted customer service, but the representative was not very helpful. She mentioned that if the ticket is not confirmed within 45 minutes, a refund will be processed in 72 hours. It's been a while, and I still haven't received any messages or emails regarding the ticket status. I am unable to book another ticket without clarity on this one. This lack of communication is disappointing. Please inform me promptly if the ticket is confirmed or if a refund is being issued. Kindly send official communication to my phone or email. Thank you. Dear Customer Call Center, I have been trying to contact you for the past few days without success. The chat responses were not helpful. Please consider this email urgent. My daughter, Pragya Bakhshi, will be traveling from Delhi to Indore on April 30th. She is returning from Milan, Italy, at 5:30 am. I booked her Jet Airways ticket (Booking ID - NF[redacted][redacted]) for T3. Due to many Jet flights being canceled, I need to change her 10:30 am flight to an 11:00 am Indigo flight without any extra charges. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and a proactive approach. I kindly request your urgent assistance in processing the refund for my Mumbai to Toronto flight promptly. Following a delay notification of 8 hours and 45 minutes for the Mumbai to London Heathrow flight, I sought assistance from MakeMyTrip at the Andheri West office. Unfortunately, they directed me to the Gurgaon office for flight-related concerns, which resulted in vague responses. Subsequently, I visited the Jet Airways ticketing office at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai and successfully changed my flight to have a layover in Amsterdam for 3 hours and 55 minutes on the same travel date of May 8th. However, I later received a cancellation notification for the Amsterdam to Toronto flight (9W [redacted]) due to operational reasons. Following which, I visited the Jet Airways ticketing office, received confirmation of the refund process, and was instructed to contact MakeMyTrip for the refund amount. Despite my efforts to reach MakeMyTrip customer support, I have not received any update on the refund process or flight status on the app or website. I have always been a loyal customer of MakeMyTrip and expected better service in this situation. I urgently need assistance. I am currently residing in Russia, making phone communication impossible. I booked a connecting flight from MRV to DEL through makemytrip. Unfortunately, the flight departing from Moscow has been rescheduled to depart 55 minutes before my arriving flight from MRV, rendering the connection unfeasible. Aeroflot instructed me to reach out to the booking agency, which I am now doing. I am requesting makemytrip to change my flight to SU-[redacted] for a Moscow arrival at 9:30. Booking ID: NL[redacted][redacted] Dear Concerned Team, I wanted to address the lack of information regarding baggage allowance on the MakeMyTrip website at the time of booking. It was only after booking that I discovered no check-in baggage is allowed. Despite reaching out to customer care multiple times since yesterday, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The replies received have all been promises to look into the issue with no follow-up. Today marks the deadline for my final payment. If this matter remains unresolved, I will not proceed with the payment. It was made clear that no charges would apply in case of cancellation due to MakeMyTrip's oversight. Had this baggage policy been clearly stated on your website, I would have reconsidered booking. The lack of transparency gives the impression of dishonesty. This needs urgent attention. Hello, I recently booked a flight through Make My Trip, but unfortunately, the flight was canceled by the airline. I am wondering if I will receive a refund for this. Due to the cancellation, I had to book a new flight which ended up being more expensive. Can I get a refund for the price difference, which amounts to about 6,[redacted] INR? I made a reservation at Hotel Sharda Inn in Mahipalpur, Delhi for July 31, [redacted]. Following the full payment online, the hotel refused to provide us with rooms, mentioning that the charges were too low. Moreover, they threatened us with violence if we didn't leave. The service was disrespectful, leading us to book a more expensive hotel, Udman Resorts, for the same day. Both bookings can be viewed on your website. I urge you to address these issues seriously as they tarnish your reputation. I am a frequent user of your platform for hotel, flight, and train bookings. Please take decisive action to prevent such fraudulent practices in online bookings. I also request a refund of the booking amount deducted from my account.

Dear Sir/Madam, I booked an Airticket for my mom (TRZ-MCT-TRZ) on your website yesterday. After receiving the booking confirmation, I got the E-ticket which showed the name as Sabiabegumms Abdulhameed. When I checked the passenger details on the SriLankan Airlines website, the name did not match with the E-ticket provided by the booking agent. The correct name should be Sabia Begum Abdul Hameed as per the passport details. I have contacted SriLankan Airlines for the name correction, and they advised me to reach out to the booking agent, which is your platform. As my mom is traveling alone, I am concerned about any issues she may face during boarding. Please correct the passenger name on the E-ticket to Sabia Begum Abdul Hameed and send me a copy as soon as possible. I hope you understand the urgency of this matter and can assist promptly. My name is Debajyoti Bhowmik, residing in Kolkata. On the evening of September 6, [redacted], I attempted to book a bus from Kolkata to Mandarmoni using the MakeMyTrip app. Unfortunately, during the online payment process, my booking failed, but Rs. [redacted]/- was deducted from my bank account. I did not receive any confirmation from MakeMyTrip. After checking with my bank, they confirmed that the money was deducted and settled with MakeMyTrip. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to seek assistance from MakeMyTrip, including sending multiple emails to their support team, but to no avail. I am still waiting for a resolution and would appreciate your help in refunding my money.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a refund for my flight from Beijing to Jinan on 3.10 - 4.10 due to visa-related circumstances in Beijing. To comply with visa requirements, I was advised by airport staff to purchase a direct ticket from Beijing to Seoul, with flights "SC1152" and "SC4095," in order to be eligible for a visa-free stay of [redacted] hours as a Latvian (EU) citizen. Unfortunately, my original booking included a transfer, which would have prevented me from leaving the airport in Beijing. I recently made a reservation from Hyderabad to Nirmal with reservation ID B42VSD6B. However, upon checking with the bus operator today, I was informed that the travel service (Sravan Tours and Travels) had closed two months ago. Shockingly, the transaction went through and money was deducted from my account. I am appalled at how such a significant error could occur. It is unacceptable that tickets are still being sold for a service that has been closed for months. The cancellation process has also proved to be extremely challenging. My attempts to contact customer support were met with discourteous behavior as they hung up on me multiple times. I urge for immediate attention to this matter and request the removal of Sravan Tours and Travels from the listings. I demand a full refund for the online transaction that was mistakenly processed. Please address this issue promptly and provide a swift response.

I encountered an issue while booking flights for two passengers from Delhi to Dehradun with Indigo on 5.11.19 and from Dehradun to Delhi on 9.11.19 with Spicejet. Today, I booked a flight on the Make My Trip app, and although the payment went through, the app didn't display any details of the transaction. I got a confirmation message, but the money was deducted from my account. To resolve this issue, I booked the flight a second time successfully. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to request the cancellation of my ticket with booking number NF[redacted][redacted] and PNR JTKY6, which I had booked just 30 minutes ago for my parents and other family members in India using my credit card in New York, USA. Upon booking, I discovered that it was mistakenly reserved from Delhi to Srinagar instead of the correct route from Srinagar to Delhi. I promptly reached out to a Make My Trip representative in New York to explain the situation and also sent an email detailing the issue. The representative assured me that they would escalate the matter to the appropriate personnel in Make My Trip India. I have been unsuccessful in reaching any customer service representative at Makemytrip. We are awaiting a refund from a hotel we did not stay at because it was not the location advertised by Makemytrip. Despite being presented as a Holiday Inn with the corresponding address, upon arrival, it was a different place where our reservation was not valid. The hotel informed us that such discrepancies are common due to false advertising from Makemytrip, redirecting us to a Ramada location that was not initially selected. Allegedly, the front desk personnel processed the refund to Makemytrip, ensuring a full reimbursement, but I am struggling to get in touch with the company.

Booking reference NN[redacted][redacted] was used for a round trip from Oslo to Mumbai for two passengers. Despite facing issues with the booking confirmation from MakeMyTrip, it was resolved with the help of Anandita from the International Ticket department, who provided excellent service. Anandita ensured that the following problems were fixed: confirmed seats for all flight legs, confirmed luggage allowance of 1 piece each, and all payments settled. Despite these corrections, a "payment due" message persisted due to MakeMyTrip's system format constraints. Anandita reassured us that this issue won't impact our check-in experience in Oslo and confirmed the conversation was recorded. As senior citizens, we seek a revised confirmation stating clearly that no payment is outstanding to avoid any complications during check-in. Thank you.
