Unfortunately, I had to cancel on March 28th, and my friend mentioned there was no refund for the cancellation. Hello, I have a booking for a one-stop flight from Johannesburg, South Africa, to New Delhi, India, with a stopover in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, scheduled for May 17, [redacted], with Ethiopian Airlines. I need to change the booking date to May 27, [redacted]. On the website, there are red statements regarding the change. It mentions that there is no ticket available on the selected date and warns about potential penalties for changing fare category or class, reduced baggage allowance, or other consequences. Despite this message, the site does show available flights for the date and allows me to proceed with the date change, including additional charges. I am confused about the discrepancy between the site saying there are no tickets available for the date and still letting me book with modifications. I booked a ticket in February [redacted] for a round trip from Shj to Trv on the 10th of February. Unfortunately, my ticket confirmation was unsuccessful and [redacted] AED was deducted from my Dubai First bank account. Despite following up with the bank daily, the amount has not been returned to my account. According to the bank, the payment was made to Make My Trip, resulting in my ticket being canceled and the amount deducted due to an error. I urgently need the refund processed promptly.

I attempted to book a round trip from SHJ to TRV on February 10th, but my ticket confirmation was unsuccessful. An amount of [redacted] AED was deducted from my Dubai First bank account, which has not been refunded yet. Despite sending numerous emails and filing a return request through the trip app, the issue remains unresolved. Although the status now shows as "solved," the problem persists. I urgently require the refund of the amount. I have attached relevant documents for your review.

I arranged for a cab to take me from Kullu to Chandigarh Airport on 6th May [redacted]. However, my flight has been delayed, and I need to adjust the pick-up time. Originally, the cab was supposed to pick me up on 6th May [redacted] at 01:00 AM. Because of the flight delay, I won't be able to make it to the pick-up spot at that time. I kindly request to reschedule the pick-up time for 6th May [redacted] at 07:00 AM. I appreciate your understanding and prompt attention to this modification. I made a reservation for 7 Family Premium Rooms in Delhi through Make My Trip. However, upon arrival, the hotel assigned me 7 Basic Rooms instead of the Premium ones I paid for. Even though I showed the discrepancy to the hotel staff and requested a refund, they initially denied it. After communicating with both the hotel and Make My Trip, there was confusion regarding the refund process. Despite sending pictures of the rooms and various discussions, the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Eventually, Make My Trip offered a cashback and a voucher, but I believe I am entitled to a refund of Rs. 10,[redacted] for the overcharge and additional compensation for the inconvenience caused to 7 families. Notably, there was a discrepancy in the hotel's name listed on Make My Trip compared to the actual one, which raised concerns about possible fraud.

I would like to report an issue with a recent booking I made on May 4th from Mumbai to Mangalore through your app. The booking was unexpectedly canceled by Make My Trip on the day of my journey. I have not received my refund yet, and I am unable to reach your customer service for assistance. This experience has been disappointing, and I had to make an additional bus reservation at my own expense. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the stressful situation that occurred during our Goa trip booking process. We were in touch with Tisha, a sales officer from MMT, after we requested assistance in planning a trip to Goa. She proposed a 3-night, 4-day package in North Goa from the 24th to the 27th of May. Our Booking ID is NL[redacted][redacted], made on the 6th of May, which included direct flights from Delhi to Goa and Goa to Delhi, along with pickup and hotel accommodations. Unfortunately, we received a notification on the 10th of May that our SpiceJet flight from Delhi to Goa was cancelled. We reached out to Tisha, who suggested booking a connecting flight from Delhi to Mumbai to Goa temporarily, with the option to switch to a direct flight later if available before the 24th of May. Despite our efforts to change to a direct flight, we were informed by Spice Jet that it was no longer possible once we booked the connecting flight. This lack of clarity and miscommunication has left us in a challenging situation, now having to stay overnight in Mumbai when we paid for direct flights for a seamless 3-night, 4-day trip. We are disappointed by the experience with MMT and would like a full refund for the Delhi to Goa flights to rebook as planned or have direct flights arranged for us. Hello, I'm Pradeep. I cancelled my train tickets on the 15th of May and received MMT cash (Rs [redacted]) in my wallet. When I attempted to transfer the money to my bank account via UPI, the transfer failed, and the money was deducted from my MMT wallet since UPI and IMPS are not compatible with transferring to CITI Bank accounts. My bank advised me to coordinate with you to process the payment via NEFT. My RRN number is [redacted]5, and my Booking ID is NR[redacted][redacted]. Kindly facilitate the payment via NEFT as my bank requires it.

Hello, I would like to share our recent experience with our trip to Goa which unfortunately became quite stressful. We had contacted Tisha, a sales officer, after reaching out to plan a trip to Goa through MMT. She proposed a 3-night, 4-day plan in North Goa from May 24th to May 27th. After contacting Tisha, we were advised by her boss to book a connecting flight from Delhi to Mumbai to Goa for now and change it later to a direct one if the option became available prior to May 24th. We opted for the connecting flight hoping to switch to a direct flight and kept checking for available options. Despite contacting SpiceJet customer care, we were informed that changing flights was not possible once we had chosen the connecting flight, which was disappointing as we could have received a full refund or chosen another flight if informed earlier by MMT. The lack of clear communication has led to us being stuck with the connecting flight and an overnight stay in Mumbai, disrupting our planned trip. We are requesting a full refund for the Delhi to Goa flights so we can rebook according to our original schedule or have MMT arrange a direct flight for us. This unexpected situation has been very frustrating and disappointing, as we had been looking forward to a relaxing anniversary trip. During my recent trip, I encountered issues with the driver and was left stranded. Despite my attempts to address this with MMT customer service, they were unhelpful. I need help with a trip issue. During my recent travel, there was an incident with the driver which resulted in us being left in a place with no transport back to Delhi. Despite raising concerns, the trip was wrongly marked as completed. Contacting MMT customer service did not resolve the problem. The customer representative mentioned they couldn't reach the vendor and promised a follow-up by EOD, which did not happen. When trying to contact support again, I was informed that trip-related queries would not be addressed over the phone. I am seeking a refund for the disrupted trip.

I am writing to address an issue regarding the refund for my booking of the hotel tower view made on the 19th of May [redacted] through MakeMyTrip for cancellation. The cancellation was prompted by the property owner's unresponsiveness on the day of my arrival, the 27th of May. Despite efforts to locate the premises, I was unable to reach the hotel, eventually having to check in at a nearby place due to lack of assistance in the area as a first-time tourist. I promptly notified MakeMyTrip about the situation on the same day, and an associate named Ashima attempted to contact the property owner without success. This information was also relayed to Saswat. However, my refund is still pending, causing me great concern about losing my hard-earned money unjustly. I have confidence in MakeMyTrip's ability to address this matter and alleviate my current distress.
