Unfortunately, the booking was unsuccessful via the app, leading me to arrange alternative transportation and not utilize your service. Despite not utilizing the taxi service, my friend has been consistently receiving messages and calls requesting payment of [redacted] Rupees. As we did not complete a successful booking, I kindly request that you cease sending further messages and calls to the Indian number associated with the failed transaction. I have reserved an outstation sedan cab (4 seats) from Chennai to Pondicherry on June 3, [redacted], for my sister. Despite no option to add extra luggage during booking, it was stated that additional luggage could be accommodated with the driver's approval, based on the number of passengers. My sister, traveling solo, had extra baggage that the driver initially accepted but later canceled the trip due to excess luggage. Customer service promised to provide a solution within 24-48 hours, but later refused a refund via email. I paid Rs. [redacted] in full, and the driver canceled the trip in which my sister faced inconvenience. The issue remains unresolved with no callback option for customer support. The complete payment should be refunded by Makemytrip for the canceled Chennai to Pondicherry outstation cab booking.

I booked a car trip from Agra to Gurgaon through MMT. The driver arrived without fuel in the tank, causing the car to stop on the road. He left to get petrol in bottles after asking us for [redacted] INR, leaving us stranded for approximately 45 minutes. Upon his return, he was unsure if the car would start. Consequently, we had to cancel the trip. Since the ride did not occur, I am requesting a refund. I would appreciate a callback regarding this matter.

My property, Ithonsi Guesthouse, has been listed with MMT for months, but I haven't received any bookings because the status still shows "BANK DETAILS TO BE VERIFIED BY GO MMT TEAM." I am requesting the Go MMT Team to reach out to me and verify my bank details to kickstart the business. Additionally, I'm facing issues receiving OTPs on my mobile number, +27 83 [redacted], when I log in. I require my mobile number to be verified. The only place I receive OTPs is on my email, [redacted], when logging into the Finance section. I am eager to be in touch with the Team responsible for business listings to finalize the process by verifying my bank details and activating my business for bookings.

I reserved two business class multi-city international flights: Pune-Delhi-Amsterdam-Oslo and return flights Bergen-Paris-Delhi-Pune. I faced issues booking online, so I had to call the customer service center where Md. Chand Ansari assisted me. The flight cost was initially Rs 3,06,[redacted] per person, but due to a name error made by Ansari, the price increased to Rs 3,14,[redacted] each. I raised my concerns with Nayan, Ansari's supervisor, who admitted the mistake but claimed the tickets were taken by others at the same moment. I find this situation suspicious. Chand Ansari missed asking for our passport scans promptly, causing further delays. This level of unprofessionalism from MakeMyTrip, a company I frequently use, is disappointing. Given my significant spending with MakeMyTrip, totaling Rs 6,29,[redacted] that day, I request reimbursement of the Rs 16,[redacted] unnecessary charge.

As a concerned senior citizen, I wish to highlight the difficulties faced by the public when seeking refunds from Indian airlines like Go Air and Indigo. I booked return tickets for my family's travel from Bangalore to Leh through the MakeMyTrip travel portal on March 1, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the uncertain flight schedules and cancellations by Go Air, which had declared bankruptcy, I had to cancel our return tickets on May 18, [redacted]. This forced me to swiftly purchase new tickets from Leh to Bangalore at a significantly higher cost. Despite my efforts to cancel the tickets through MakeMyTrip's website and numerous follow-ups over the past two months, neither the airlines nor MakeMyTrip have refunded the remaining amount of approximately 29,[redacted].

I received a quote for a round trip from Tampa to Ahmedabad from December 05 to Jan 07, [redacted]. However, the e-ticket I got seems fraudulent as it only covers a one-way trip on Jan 07. This practice is deceptive and needs to stop immediately. I request the ticket to be canceled. The email I received addressed to MEHTA YOLANDA confirming a booking on UK [redacted] from Mumbai to Ahmedabad for Jan 09 with PNR 47WMDD is not accurate. I don't want to be reported, so please address this issue promptly.
