While I received a refund for the HDFC transaction, I have yet to receive one for the gPay ICICI transaction. Kindly investigate this matter and process the refund for my gPay ICICI account promptly.

I purchased a bus ticket from Kozhikode to Bangalore for 04-09-[redacted] through MakeMyTrip departing at 9:45. Unfortunately, the bus stopped before Mysore due to a breakdown, and no alternative was provided, leading to a disrupted journey. I am now seeking a refund. MakeMyTrip declined my cancellation request, indicating the bus was canceled, and advised me to contact them. Following up, I reached out to DLT office, but they primarily operate through RedBus and have no insight into MakeMyTrip's customer service. I have booked my international trip from Bangalore to Amman and back with MakeMyTrip. The name on my ticket, Ashritha Shetty, doesn't match my passport which says Ashritha Chandrashekar. I contacted MakeMyTrip customer support and was informed by Etihad Airways that it will cost $[redacted] to update each ticket due to them being under different PNRs. I believe this issue arose from MakeMyTrip’s process rather than the airline. I am willing to pay the fee, but I would like both tickets updated under one fee instead of paying twice. My travel date is September 23rd. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I had a booking for the 3rd of October from Raipur to Barh on the South Bihar Express. The train has been cancelled from the 1st of October until now. However, the MMT app is showing it as a restored train. How is this possible? According to the rules, they should have automatically cancelled my ticket and issued a refund, but I have not received the refund yet. Unfortunately, I am struggling to find a proper solution or contact customer service.

I made a hotel reservation, but it failed and the payment was deducted. I was informed that the amount would be refunded within 2-3 days. After contacting customer service, they assured me the refund would be processed. However, I have not received the refund or any follow-up calls. This experience with MMT is concerning as a customer. The lack of transparency and support in addressing the failed booking is disappointing. There are no options to address my unsuccessful booking or follow up on my query on the website. It seems the support system is not eager to resolve the issue. I urge prompt action to refund the amount with interest; otherwise, I may have to seek legal recourse.

I booked a bus from Ratlam to Udaipur for the 24th of October at 02:30 AM. The booking was made around 2 AM. Later, I received a message with the contact details of the driver. Upon contacting the driver, I was informed that the bus had already departed at 01:30 AM instead of the scheduled time of 02:30 AM. Due to this, we missed the bus we had booked. I kindly request a refund of Rs. [redacted], which was the amount paid for that booking.

I canceled my train reservation for October 30th and chose a refund to MMT wallet. However, I have not received my refund yet. When I try to log in using my email, the OTP is sent to a number I do not recognize, not the one in my profile. I have tried opening a ticket, but they cannot reach me through phone. I provided my correct cell number, but still no luck. I am unsure when or how I will receive my refund as there seems to be no way to contact live support.

I am trying to reach out to customer service for clarification regarding my payments for two trips, Explore UK midlands and Explore West-Midlands. I initially attempted to pay for the 'Explore UK midlands trip' on Nov 8 with my dollar card but the transaction failed. Subsequently, I used a friend's Indian credit card to complete the payment for the 'Explore West-Midlands' trip. My booking ID NU[redacted][redacted]. I did not travel on the 9th of November from Jaipur to Varanasi because the bus did not arrive. I waited for 3 to 4 hours and contacted the bus operator. They mentioned that the driver's phone was switched off and promised to accommodate me on another bus. However, later I was informed that there were no available seats. I tried to cancel my trip, but the operator instructed me to email for cancellation without offering assistance. Consequently, I had to cancel my upcoming trip from Varanasi to Ranchi as I couldn't reach Varanasi on the 10th of November. I seek your help in processing a refund for the amount. Thank you.

I want to report an issue with my booking ID NU[redacted][redacted]. On the 9th of November, I was supposed to travel from Jaipur to Varanasi by bus. Unfortunately, after waiting for 3 to 4 hours and contacting the bus operator, I was informed that the bus was not available and I was left waiting. The operator mentioned that the driver's phone was switched off and despite promising to accommodate me on another bus, later informed me that there were no vacant seats. I was told to cancel my trip and when I tried to do so, the operator was unhelpful. Consequently, I decided to cancel my upcoming trip from Varanasi to Ranchi as well since I wouldn't reach Varanasi on the 10th of November. I am seeking assistance with getting a refund for the amount paid.

Recently, my Amazon.in account was accessed without authorization, and two bookings were made on makemytrip.com using my Amazon Pay Later account. Despite providing the booking details to Makemytrip and requesting a cancellation, there was no response from them. I suffered a loss of Rs 20,[redacted] due to the delay in action on their part. It's alarming to discover the absence of a proper fraud complaint mechanism in Makemytrip's customer care. Neither Amazon.in nor the Pay Later agency, Axio, have offered any assistance in resolving this issue. I have been informed that I am liable to pay Rs 20,[redacted] by December 5th. An IVR call claiming to be from Amazon prompted me to disclose an OTP, which led to the breach. Although Amazon blocked further transactions, the damage was done. I have lodged a complaint with NCRP, and an investigation is underway. Makemytrip could have prevented this incident by canceling the tickets and refunding the money promptly. It's disappointing to see the lack of fraud detection and prevention protocols in place at Makemytrip.

I made a booking for two rooms at Hotel Southern Star Mysore for November 18th. As one person is unable to make it, I reached out to customer care yesterday to cancel one room. They mentioned they would follow up with the hotel regarding the cancellation, but I have not received any updates yet. Today, I contacted the hotel directly, and they informed me that they had requested an email confirmation from customer care regarding the cancellation, but no email has been sent as of now (11:44 AM). I made a hotel reservation via MMT and received a confirmation, but upon arrival, the hotel refused to honor the booking. Unfortunately, I encountered difficulty trying to reach MMT's customer service due to a confusing booking ID. I also found there was no email address provided on their website. I advise other customers not to solely rely on MMT as I did; always consider the possibility of standing in front of the hotel you've booked and facing a situation where your payment is accepted, but the room is not available, with no assistance available.
