My stay at the hotel was disappointing. Despite booking 2 Mini Suites confirmed by you, upon arrival on 12th November [redacted] with my family and a friend's family, the receptionist claimed no rooms were available. He shifted the blame, stating the booking site had been informed. This disrespectful treatment was unacceptable, especially after a long journey. They substituted 1 four-bed and 1 two-bed room at the Mini Suite price, but the value was less. Who is accountable for this error? Such conduct should not recur with others. Regards, Manoj Kumar P

I had a negative experience at PANCHARATNA HOTEL MOODBIDRI KARNATAKA. Despite booking 2 Mini Suites for my family and a friend's family, on 12th November [redacted], the hotel informed us that no rooms were available as they were already reserved online. The receptionist stated the issue was not theirs but yours. We expected a hassle-free stay after booking online. It was disrespectful to be told there were no rooms upon arrival after a long journey. We were given different rooms at the same rate, which were cheaper. Who should be held accountable for this situation? Please refrain from treating other customers this way in the future. I used a MakeMyTrip e-gift card worth Rs [redacted] to buy air tickets for my mother. The tickets were Rs [redacted] in total. I paid Rs [redacted] with my Standard Chartered Bank credit card and the rest with the gift card. The flight was cancelled, and I received a refund of Rs [redacted]. Yet, I have not received the replacement e-gift card worth Rs [redacted]. I've contacted customer service, but I only encountered automated responses and couldn't resolve the issue. I originally booked flights for my family on December 12, [redacted], from Darwin to Bali, then Bali to Singapore, with a subsequent flight from Singapore to Dubai on December 13, [redacted]. Due to Jetstar canceling or delaying the Darwin flight for 24 hours, they rescheduled us for December 13. This rescheduling created an overlap with the Singapore-Dubai flight. We requested a rebooking for December 11, [redacted], which was confirmed by MakemyTrip via email. The new booking reference is LN4QNA for the departure on December 11, [redacted], from Darwin to Bali (JQ83) and Bali to Singapore (3K246). Upon reviewing the Jetstar website, the Bali to Singapore flight is missing, and there is a request for an additional payment of $[redacted]. I am confused about the missing flights and the need for extra payment. I urgently require this issue to be resolved.

Hello, I made a bus reservation on October 31st from Goa to Bangalore with Orange Tours and Travels through MakeMyTrip. Unfortunately, the bus was canceled by the operator, and they assured us a refund. It has been two months, and we have yet to receive the refund. MakeMyTrip indicates that the refund has been processed, but my wallet balance remains at zero. I attempted to reach out to Orange Bus, who redirected me to RedBus for the refund. I have been trying to contact MakeMyTrip's customer care, but the call gets disconnected with the promise of a callback, which has not happened. I am eagerly awaiting my refund. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to inform you that I, Mohammedfaiz, have encountered an issue with a booked bus ticket from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad through Make My Trip with Bisnoi Travelles for the 2nd of December. Upon contacting the bus operator for schedule details, I was informed that the bus had been canceled. Despite making the payment through Make My Trip and receiving confirmation via email and WhatsApp, I have yet to receive a refund after seven days. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful as I have only reached an answering machine. I have attached the journey ticket and an invoice for your reference. I applied for a Sri Lanka visa through MakeMyTrip on November 25, and it's been over 20 days with the status still showing as "In progress." I attempted to contact customer service but was unable to get through despite trying at least 10 times today. Frustrated by the lack of response, I decided to cancel my application. However, when I tried to reapply on etagovlk.com, it's showing that I already have a visa issued. I urgently need assistance as my travel dates are approaching. I am an Army officer with urgent duty in Nagpur. I had initially booked a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore but now need to change my destination to Nagpur. Kindly cancel my previous booking to Bangalore and rebook the flight to Nagpur or issue a refund for the same. I appreciate your assistance in making this change due to my military responsibilities. During my business trip to Dubai, I had pre-paid a hotel booking through Make My Trip. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that the hotel had canceled my reservation without my knowledge. Despite not receiving any notification from Make My Trip, the manager informed me about the cancellation. After contacting customer support, they arranged an alternative hotel reservation starting the next day. Unfortunately, I encountered the same problem at the new hotel, where the manager denied any booking made on my behalf. I reached out to customer support, filed a formal complaint, and sent emails, but received only an automated reply promising a refund. It has been 15 days since then, and I am still awaiting my refund. This experience caused a lot of inconvenience during my business trip, and I had to find accommodation on my own twice as a result.

I am writing regarding booking IDs NF[redacted][redacted] and NF[redacted][redacted]. We encountered issues with MakeMyTrip and Vistara staff not being informed about the airport maintenance shutdown leading to a price increase of Rs. 9,[redacted]. We repeatedly contacted them, but they were slow to respond and verify the situation with the airport authorities. We are seeking a refund for the ticket price difference promptly. Additionally, due to a mistake by MakeMyTrip, we had to pay Rs 30,[redacted] for hotel cancellation charges. It has been frustrating trying to get these issues resolved over the past few days. I urge for a speedy resolution by refunding Rs [redacted] and reimbursing the Rs 30,[redacted]. If not resolved, we will escalate this matter to the consumer court and social media. I have already discussed this with various heads in my organization, and if not addressed promptly, we will have to officially stop using MakeMyTrip services. Eagerly awaiting your swift response.

I have encountered issues with multiple email addresses while trying to contact the support center for Makemytrip. I have received failure notices even with the emails listed on Google. One of the error messages stated, "Your message wasn't delivered to [redacted] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I am seeking assistance in obtaining an open ticket for a confirmed trip from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur and back, with a one-year validity. Due to the cancellation of the event I intended to attend in Kuala Lumpur, I kindly request the issuance of an open ticket. I will utilize this ticket once the event is rescheduled within the year. I am unable to reach customer care at Makemytrip to reschedule my booked travel. Despite multiple attempts via email, I receive failure notices. It appears I cannot find the correct email to contact the support center. The emails I tried are mentioned below with remarks received: "Your message wasn't delivered." I am requesting an open ticket for my confirmed booking ID: NN**A*BPFRAJY*UH for a Chennai to Kuala Lumpur trip. Due to a canceled event, I need to postpone my travel date within a year. I recently took a cab with license plate number WB04G1098 (Dzire) driven by Sadhu N. (Mobile No. [redacted]) from Kolkata International Airport to Kolkata city using booking ID: NC [redacted][redacted] on 06.03.23. The driver arrived later than the scheduled time of 8:45 PM, citing traffic issues. This delay inconvenienced my family and me at the airport. Despite the driver's claim, I did not encounter any traffic congestion on my journey to the city. I was charged Rs. [redacted] for waiting, which I believe was unjustified as the delay was solely due to the driver's late arrival. I kindly request a refund of Rs. I recently booked a train from Chandigarh to Lucknow through your website, but I encountered a problem as I couldn't find Lucknow as a destination for that particular train. I tried to make a reservation in India via the MakeMyTrip app on March 31, [redacted]. Even though I made the payment, the booking failed. MakeMyTrip indicated that they would refund the debited amount back to my bank account, but as of April 8, [redacted], I have not received it. Initially, the app displayed the unsuccessful transaction and provided a reference number, but that information is now missing. I am struggling to contact MakeMyTrip online to request a refund since their system does not have an option for unsuccessful transactions. I have a screenshot of the notification confirming the failed transaction from the MakeMyTrip app.
