I purchased a 3-carat solitaire ring for my proposal, but received the wrong ring. After contacting Macy's, I followed their instructions to return the ring promptly. However, despite multiple discussions with agents and supervisors, there has been confusion over the refund. One supervisor mentioned a credit to my Chase Visa, but the process has been delayed. I later received the incorrect ring back from Macy's with no option for a replacement. Despite promises of a response within 24 hours, I have not heard back. This situation is disappointing as my husband and I wished to give our son a special gift. As he is a disabled veteran, we cannot afford a ring we did not receive. On 5/21/[redacted] at 10:56 PM, I placed an order for a halo diamond ring that was on sale for $[redacted]. My order number is [redacted]. After realizing I had a one-time coupon, I called back on 5/22/[redacted]. The representative assured me he would apply the discount, and my new total would be $[redacted], showing up in my account within 24 hours. He also mentioned that the coupon was a one-time use only. Despite his promises, the discount was not applied after two days. When I contacted customer service, they mentioned there were no notes left explaining the situation. I am extremely frustrated by this experience and feel even more disappointed because I was misled by the representative.

While shopping at Macy's today (Friday, May 24th, [redacted]), I encountered issues with obtaining the sales price for items without a Macy's card account. Despite being initially fine with the requirement, I was displeased when asked for my social security number, something I believe should not be necessary. To my surprise, I discovered that my Macy's card was no longer valid. This frustrating situation stems from a past problem regarding a furniture purchase at Macy's. Following a one-year payment plan for furniture, I ensured timely payments were made towards that specific purchase. Sadly, it was later revealed that a mistake had been made, and the payment was incorrectly applied to a different account. This error could have had serious implications on my credit score. Now, after contemplating the inconvenience of not receiving the sale price and the past furniture quality issues faced with Macy's, I am contemplating returning my recent purchase and refraining from future shopping at Macy's. It's disheartening to witness a decline in Macy's service that I have relied on for many years.

I have been a loyal customer for around 28 years, holding a platinum card with Macy's. Recently, my credit card was declined in-store, prompting me to contact customer service. I was informed that a new American Express Macy's card had been sent to me. However, upon receiving it, I realized I did not want an American Express card and agreed to cancel it without being informed of the repercussions. Upon cancelation, I was unexpectedly left without a card or my previous platinum status. When I reached out to customer service, a manager informed me that there was nothing they could do, leaving me feeling unappreciated as a long-time customer. I cherish my relationship with Macy's but if my loyalty is not valued, I am willing to take my business elsewhere. I hope to resolve this issue and regain my platinum card status.

Recently, I've made several purchases totaling around $[redacted] to $[redacted] on Macy's online store. I visited the physical store tonight to address an issue with my Macy's Money. Despite having shopped mainly online, the manager suggested that if I call Macy's customer service to place orders, they could possibly hold the four items in my account until the Macy's Money matter is resolved. I spoke with a representative who initially did not agree to this, so I requested to speak with a supervisor. After being connected to Julie and then her supervisor Alexis, I explained my situation. I asked for a courtesy considering my significant purchase history. I explained that I used my own money, not a Macy's card, for these purchases and risking losing the deals because of the issue. I proposed a $[redacted] courtesy or returning the items for a full refund as an alternative.

I spent 20 hours with about 8 technical support employees who were not able to resolve the issue.
I had a phone interview and was asked to complete an online application. However, it seems I registered 25 years ago and can no longer recall my password.
My email has been [redacted] After several unsuccessful attempts to access my account with different representatives, one tech mentioned my email was blocked and then unblocked it.
Unfortunately, even with a new password, I am still unable to access my account. When I requested a supervisor, the call got disconnected. The message I keep receiving is that I am not registered, so another tech recommended trying a new email address.
We attempted [redacted], but it also was not accepted. The system keeps saying I am not registered.
Please reach out to me as I need to submit a job application urgently or risk losing this opportunity. It's frustrating that tech support hasn't been able to resolve this issue. I have changed my passwords multiple times, and this experience has been a nightmare. There seems to be a flaw in your system. I purchased a Father's Day shirt at the Evansville store on June 1, [redacted]. The receipt number is [redacted]6. The Columbia shirt I bought doesn't fit properly; the color and buttons are off. I wore it to church despite the issues. I returned to the store on June 8th, and they couldn't make adjustments because it had been worn. I was surprised as I expected them to stand behind their products. I requested contact information for the home office. I called a Cincinnati number and spoke with a supervisor who took my email for return instructions on June 18, [redacted], which I haven't received. I called this morning and was disconnected after an 18-minute wait.

Today, I had a disappointing experience at Macy’s Del Amo Mall in Torrance. I received a Breville Teamaker as a gift from my niece in Michigan, which was purchased online for $[redacted].99 on sale until 7/19. When I tried to return it without the order number to keep it a surprise from my niece, the staff at the online return desk made the process difficult. After a series of questions and consultations, the manager approved the return, but I was refunded $[redacted].99 instead of the expected $[redacted].99 marked on Macy’s website. I felt punished and taken advantage of by Macy’s. I am requesting the $90 price difference. The receipt listed the item as "kitchen electronics" with no specific information. I contacted 1-[redacted] regarding an issue with a recliner bought at the Ross Park Mall Macy's for my ailing husband back in April [redacted]. The chair was delivered promptly, but when my husband nods off while reclining, he startles awake, causing the chair to tip over and him to fall to the floor. This dangerous situation has occurred multiple times, even with a caregiver present. I spoke to Heath about the problem and was assured a response within 72 hours, but it's been since June 24th and I haven't heard back. I recently purchased a set of flannel sheets from Macys.com and encountered difficulties returning them. Despite being told in-store to contact the vendor for returns, I called customer service for assistance. After being promised a free return label that never arrived, subsequent calls were equally frustrating. I have been trying to get in touch with someone regarding my statement since yesterday but have had no success. Despite multiple attempts, I kept getting transferred to an unrelated automated system. When I finally spoke to a representative, there was unprofessional behavior as they laughed in the background before transferring me again. The subsequent representatives had heavy accents that made it difficult to understand their explanations, which were unrelated to my queries about avoiding late fees on a statement showing a $2.00 charge with a zero balance. I paid my June [redacted] balance of $[redacted].46 in full before the due date, but the July statement included a mystery $2.00 fee. I seek clarification on why this charge appears on a paid account.

On November 5, [redacted], I purchased a dress at your store in Chicago. I returned the dress on November 6, [redacted], expecting a refund of $[redacted].39 back to my credit card. Instead, I received a Merchandise Only Certificate dated November 14, [redacted], which was not what I wanted. After speaking with a store representative, the certificate was voided and I was told the refund would go back to my original credit card. Despite being informed that the refund was processed on November 29, [redacted], and would take 2-3 months to appear on my card, I have yet to see it. Despite multiple calls, there is no proof of the refund being issued. I am willing to settle for the Merchandise Only Certificate now to use the refund amount for purchases. I purchased an Alex Evening Ruffled Gown with a Shawl for an upcoming wedding. Despite two attempts, I have not received the shawl as promised. After speaking with Colleen and manager John, who offered a replacement, credit, or discount, I reiterated my need for the shawl. John stated there was no guarantee it would be included with the replacement. I am disappointed as the shawl was the reason I chose this dress. I am eager to ensure I receive it in time for the wedding on 8/31/19. I tried to participate in a customer satisfaction survey, but both Colleen and John were unable to transfer me, claiming different reasons for the issue. Sales check number [redacted]9. Today, we received two low box spring sets instead of the regular one we ordered to match our new mattress. Macy's confirmed the mistake and collected the extra box springs. However, now they are asking us to wait a couple of days for the proper box spring replacement. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay in delivering my order as promised. I received multiple confirmations, the most recent one yesterday with a specified delivery window. I attempted to place an order online but kept encountering a message regarding a technical issue.
