The new format for uploading is confusing and I am struggling to navigate it without any guidance or a phone number to call for help. I have tried reaching out multiple times with no avail. As a loyal customer who has ordered numerous books from your platform, I am frustrated with the specialized process that now seems complicated. I am eager to make some changes to the book for my 91-year-old mother, using the original cover from last year. I hope to receive personalized assistance instead of automated responses. I checked my Lulu.com dashboard, and it indicates that the revenues from November 1st to November 30th, [redacted] have been paid. However, I have not received any corresponding payment through PayPal yet. This is the first time in several years of using Lulu.com that I have encountered this issue. I am uncertain if this is a delay or if the payment somehow did not go through. Since this income is crucial for my family, especially given the proximity to Christmas, I am hoping for a quick resolution and clarification. I have ensured that the email associated with my account matches the one linked to my PayPal.

Hello, I have noticed a discrepancy in the photos in my calendar. Despite downloading the correct version, when viewing the calendar online, it displayed different photos. After discussing this issue with customer service over the phone for about 40 minutes, it seems there was a synchronization problem with the download and the most recent version. The correct version includes: January - father and son, February - Artie throwing rocks, March - Artie cooking with a food processor, April - Easter egg hunt, May - father and son with sombreros, June - Artie with a sippy cup, July - father and son with a Pier in the background, August - Artie with a rolling pin, September - Mom and Artie with a piñata, October - Artie with a watermelon, November - Artie throwing rocks, December - Artie cooking. I would like to return the current calendar and have it replaced with the one I uploaded with the most recent photos. The current situation will cause a delay, but it's important to me to have the correct photos. Thank you for your assistance. P.S. It would be helpful to have a contact number for support.

Dear Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to address a few issues I have encountered while trying to publish ebooks on your platform. Firstly, during the ebook creation process, I have experienced difficulty fixing the language selected in the book details section. The language option disappears from the box after a few seconds or when I am filling in other sections like the title or category. Additionally, while the option to upload a PDF is mentioned at the beginning, the upload function only accepts Epub, Docx, and other file types, leaving out PDF. Furthermore, I was unable to insert the author's name in the payee box. I have tried using different browsers, including Edge, Google, and Mozilla, but the issues persist. Secondly, I would like to know if it is possible to publish EPUB files on Lulu. Lastly, I am facing challenges with changing print book covers for three out of six books and the payee problem. I used to be able to have covers in Russian but now can only write in English. Is there a way to access the previous cover templates? The current policy of using the first draft creation date as the publication date is causing me significant issues. I urge you to review and rectify this situation promptly. I wanted to address an issue regarding Lulu.com and one of their practices that I am working to change. My poetry collection, "The Exorcised Lyric," co-authored with Steven Withrow, was officially published on March 7, [redacted]. Lulu.com, known for their skills in formatting and book printing, has a misleading practice of listing the date of the first draft of a book, which in my case was in December [redacted], as the original date. This incorrect date could pose problems for me as some opportunities like contests and awards require the work to be published in [redacted]. Despite contacting Lulu.com about this matter, it has been challenging to communicate with them effectively.

Hello, I am Viola McKenzie, and I have had a book published with you for seven years. The title of my book is "God's Great Deliverance and Healing Power" by Viola McKenzie, with the ISBN number [redacted]-1-[redacted]-[redacted]-5. Previously, it was under a different email, [redacted], before being sabotaged by James Brown. This caused me to close my PayPal account linked to that email. I have now created a new PayPal account under my name for my book proceeds. I have only received a small amount, not exceeding £20, despite knowing that my book is selling on Amazon. I am a 64-year-old author who has been with your agency for 7 years. Unfortunately, someone named James Brown sabotaged my book and email under my name. I had to close my original PayPal account linked to that email. I have since reopened a new PayPal account with the book name. My book's ISBN is [redacted]-1-[redacted]-[redacted]-5, and my publisher was Nina Jafari. I am concerned because I have only received £20 for my book despite hearing that it is being sold on Amazon. Case #[redacted]5 I sent an email back in January regarding the unavailability of my book on your website. I received a reply on Jan. 20, [redacted], from Julia D. who requested specific information. I promptly responded on Jan. 21, [redacted], as per her request but unfortunately did not receive any further communication. Despite following up on Feb. 4 and March 10, [redacted], expressing my concerns about the lack of response, I have not received any replies. It is now June 10, [redacted], and I am still awaiting any feedback.

Hello, I wanted to share that our order was supposed to arrive between June 4th to June 7th, however, as of June 9th, the package is still in Poland according to the tracking system. After speaking with GLS, they mentioned that the express shipping we paid extra for was not registered as such. Can you please clarify this discrepancy? I am seeking a refund for the full shipping amount due to the delay. I have submitted a ticket regarding this issue without a response, so I am reaching out here in hopes of getting assistance in contacting them.

I am struggling to receive assistance from Customer Support. They only direct me to articles in the knowledge base which do not resolve my issues. Despite having published many books on Lulu, I am facing difficulties uploading due to recent platform changes. I formatted my book to 6.25 x 9.25 in Word and PDF, but the upload displays as 8.5 x 11. Previously, I would upload my Word file and let the site convert it. Additionally, most of my 9x7 children's books now show as having no cover, when they did before. I am disappointed by the lack of direct customer support and would appreciate personalized assistance.

I've successfully filled out the address and shipping sections, but I'm unable to proceed to the payment section due to a message indicating that my credit card payment method is inaccessible. It seems that Google Chrome, my browser, is blocking your site claiming a security issue, preventing me from completing the purchase. A cybersecurity expert at my college confirms that the problem lies within the browser's security program and not your website. I've attempted various solutions to bypass Chrome's restrictions without success. Please assist me in resolving this matter so I can proceed with payment for my order.

"I published my book, "One Day in the Life of Abraham of Auschwitz," with Lulu a few years ago. I have received two small royalty payments for purchases on AppleBooks. The book was initially available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. I have also personally ordered copies from Lulu at a reduced author's price of around $6.00 to $7.00. Today, I tried calling Lulu to order ten paperback copies of my book and check my sales from the past year. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach them at 1.[redacted]. I was put on hold and then told someone would assist me, but no help came, leading me to give up. My name is Norbert A. Huebsch Jr., the author of "One Day in the Life of Abraham of Auschwitz." I am concerned about the lack of communication and difficulty in contacting Lulu. I have an account but can't remember how to access it and do not have my password. I am having trouble purchasing the Danny Brusco Geometry Regents book online. It seems like it's only available on a site that requires registering and going through a detailed order process. I simply want to pay with my credit card and receive the book. I attempted to contact them via email, but the page kept prompting me to enter a valid email address even though I did so multiple times. This whole situation is extremely frustrating. Can anyone provide some guidance on how to proceed?

I've attempted to submit tickets twice regarding this issue, but I keep receiving a message stating, "Because the issue you mentioned can be resolved through our site, we will close this ticket." I have thoroughly checked the provided links, but I am unable to find any information addressing this specific matter. Kindly refrain from closing this ticket by directing me to online resources. I have already attempted to resolve my issue through the documents provided without success. I am writing to inquire about self-publishing a book in Arabic. If I choose Lulu for printing in both hardcover and paperback, will the book be "flipped" to have the spine on the right when laid on a table, in line with right-to-left Arabic reading format? Could you please clarify if Lulu supports printing in right-to-left languages like Arabic and how I can ensure the book is printed accordingly? Would selecting Arabic as the language suffice? I am aware that the cover also needs to be adjusted, which I will handle in the .pdf file. Thank you for your assistance, Bill S.

Hello, I recently placed an order on lulu.com and received a notification that my package was available for pickup a week later. When I went to retrieve it, the package was not there. Despite my efforts to track the order, I discovered today that the package is en route back to France by ship because it was not collected from the access point, even though I did attempt to collect it. I spoke with UPS, the shipping company, earlier and they advised me to contact lulu.com directly to arrange for the return of my package before February 23rd. I submitted a temporary forwarding request with the Post Office but accidentally filled it out twice without canceling the first one. As a result, my mail was marked "Moved, Left no address" and my order #USD-[redacted] was returned to the sender. I apologize for the confusion. I am working to resolve the issue within a week. I purchased 12 copies of a book from Lulu for my customer, but unfortunately, all the books arrived with defective covers, including bubbles and tears, making them unsellable. I have been attempting to submit a complaint ticket to Lulu for the past three days. The form allows for attaching photos of the damaged books, but I am unable to successfully upload the images. My best customer is becoming increasingly frustrated with this situation, especially since Lulu has not responded to any of my previous tickets. We are both in the dark about the next steps. I simply want Lulu to replace the damaged books promptly and deliver them to my customer without further delay.
