I am eager to purchase these items but am unsure of the next steps.

I'm having trouble uploading my PDF cover file as the server does not accept it. I resized all pages to 300x300 PPI, but it still says my trim size is unsupported. The message about transparency has me confused. How do I flatten transparencies? Additionally, it mentions my font size should be at least 8pt, not less than 5pt. If I recreate it in Canva with an 8pt font, how can I address these issues? I apologize for my lack of experience in this. Thank you for your assistance. I'm attempting to upload a 36-page devotional created in Canva and saved as a PDF to Lulu.

I am looking to place an order for multiple copies of the following books: ID 1kwyz2knD and ID m8w7kd. For the first book, I have uploaded a new interior version along with the previous cover. I need assistance in moving this order along to the stage where I can finalize it. Regarding the second book, I have uploaded front and back covers but encountered difficulties in the process. I aim to resolve this promptly to proceed with the order. I prefer the safety margin, spine, and wrap area to match the background color of the front cover. Yesterday, I ordered two books, the [redacted] Westminster Confession of Faith, from Lulu Press for a total of $[redacted].40. The purchase was made through phone number +[redacted]9. I have not received an order number or email confirmation and I am concerned. My email address linked to the account is [redacted] It's frustrating to be charged for help regarding my order when the payment has already been deducted from my bank account. I urgently need to confirm if my order is being processed.

I recently placed an order with Lulu for my book "What in the World Are You Doing" with the order number USD-[redacted]. However, there seems to be a mistake with the shipping address provided.
