I am a puzzle author with 6 published books, including 3 paperbacks and 3 ebooks. I am interested in creating a puzzle magazine without an agent, available in English or in 3 languages (English, German, Turkish) for $0.99. I previously published a magazine between 2[redacted].
I would like more information about your terms and conditions. Can I submit the draft magazine as a PDF or MS Word file?
My paperback books in Turkey are "Esobil Zeka Bulmacaları -I" and "Esobil Zeka Bulmacaları -II." In Germany, I published "Spielzeit fürs Gehirn" in German. I also released 3 English books on LULU.com through "E-Kitap Projesi."
My puzzles are original, created across 16 categories with drawings and illustrations. I have concerns about the lack of sales for my books on Lulu.com. Could there be a technical issue or a mistake?

My name is Don Corbly, and I am the author of books exclusively available on Lulu. I have undertaken two removal and republication processes on Lulu to have my books taken off Amazon.com. The reason behind this decision is the issues with Amazon's system, which resulted in extremely low royalties, sometimes as little as eight cents per book. I recently contacted Amazon's customer support, and they informed me that Lulu needs to be the one removing my books from their website because the books were initially sent by Lulu years ago. As I am elderly and have vision impairment, I haven't been able to write for years and am organizing my writing affairs before my passing. Kindly remove my books from Amazon while ensuring they remain available on my Lulu account. Thank you, Don Corbly.

Hello, I have utilized my Lulu account (Email address) for various titles and have been satisfied with the service. My latest project, The Seeker, was meant to be a proof for my own review before being published. Due to time constraints and changes in the interface since my last use, I mistakenly set it up for distribution immediately instead of keeping it private for later publishing. I am familiar with the process but was unsure if I could change the distribution status later. I require the proof urgently and encountered a delay in the approval of the tax form. Although distributing the book is not my current priority, I urgently need the proof. I have recently published a book titled Baedeker's GERMANY [redacted] with you. The ISBN is 13 [redacted][redacted], PODW ref. [redacted], Publ. ref. [redacted]-1.1. Upon receiving 5 sample copies, I noticed that they were missing the ISBN on the back cover. When I selected the cover design, I chose the one with the barcode. Now that the book is available for purchase, I need to know if the copies in your shop have the correct barcode. I have potential buyers lined up, but this error needs to be addressed. I request that you rectify this issue by sending me 5 corrected copies at no charge. Failure to do so may result in me seeking publication elsewhere. After finalizing the book, I requested 5 sample copies, but they arrived without the ISBN on the back cover. I chose a cover design with a barcode when submitting. I have encountered numerous issues with Lulu's new system since its implementation. It took an extensive amount of time for my books to show up on my store front at [redacted]. Recently, I have been informed that some of my books cannot be printed due to alleged restrictions by a printer on the number of pages for certain bindings, even though these books have printed successfully since [redacted]. The support provided by Lulu has been unhelpful, offering circular links without resolving my concerns about the missing files from "My Files." As a result, 21 books that were previously printable have now been deemed unsuitable by Lulu, leading to significant inconvenience. Additionally, I lost 15 book files due to a computer crash, compounding the issue further. The changes in Lulu's system have caused disruptions in my web site linking to the store front and have led to customer complaints about unorderable books and broken links. Despite my longstanding relationship with Lulu since [redacted], the introduction of the new system has only introduced more challenges and frustrations, making simple tasks like revising a project or changing bindings an arduous process, consuming considerably more time than before.

I am inquiring about an unauthorized version of a book appearing on your site. The book "Jigsaw," published in August [redacted], originally listed myself, Jan Sargeant, and Jennifer Yates as co-editors and authors with ISBN [redacted] 1 [redacted] [redacted] 7. However, a modified version with only Jennifer Yates as the editor was updated on Amazon without my consent. This led to issues with contributors who threatened breaches of copyright. After the matter was raised, Jennifer Yates agreed to reinsert my name as the co-editor. The corrected version is now available through a new link.
I have some concerns:
1. How was a co-editor removed without consent, and what measures does your company have in place to adhere to publishing laws?
2. Why is the corrected version taking so long to be reflected on Amazon?
3. What procedures are followed post-publication to ensure authorized revisions?
I request an explanation as I am hesitant to use your services again following this incident.

I published a book through Lulu nine years ago and have regularly bought copies since. However, I recently discovered they made major system changes which I was never informed of. Today, I attempted to order more copies and found the new system confusing. Despite using my current email address and trying to reset my password, I have been unable to log in. I cannot reach customer support and do not want to incur the cost of calling the United States. Overall, I am disappointed with Lulu's new systems and the lack of assistance available.

Hello,
I recently received the order of 20 paperback copies that I placed with your company. While I was pleased with the cover finish and paper quality, there are a few concerns I'd like to address.
Firstly, the color of the print was not accurate. I have compared it with prints from other sources using the same files, and the discrepancy is evident. I have attached images for reference, showing the orange color instead of the intended yellow.
Secondly, I noticed that half of the books had a jagged edge on the back cover, indicating improper trimming. Once again, I have attached images for your review.
Lastly, there are oil spots on several of the books, although this is a minor concern compared to the other issues mentioned.
I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve these issues.
