Hello :) My name is Kanghyeon Kim. I bought a round-trip ticket from Korea to Germany and Germany to Korea. I received a student promotion that includes extra luggage and free date changes. I recently changed my flight date this morning and made a payment through the email link. However, I accidentally bought the ticket as a student. I submitted a claim for a baggage delay on the Lufthansa website and was provided with Feedback ID [redacted]6. I received an email on 1st Aug stating that I am entitled to a payment of [redacted],63 EUR. After providing my account details, a follow-up email was sent on 6th Aug informing me that [redacted],64 EUR equivalent to [redacted] TWD will be transferred into my bank account soon. The email requested my patience as the payment processing may take a few days. However, it has been almost a month and I have not received the payment yet. Hello, I experienced a delay with my luggage last week during my flight from Munich to Paris (Roissy) on Tuesday, August 22nd. Despite being told that my luggage would be delivered on Friday, August 25th and the online status showing "delivered," I have yet to receive it as of today, August 29th. After contacting the Luggage Department at Roissy, I was instructed to call the General Luggage Direction in Germany, who mentioned they would reach out to France. I am confused about why I was asked to contact Germany if they were going to contact France anyway. I am unsure which delivery company was responsible for my luggage last week and how they could mark it as delivered when it hasn't been received. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Hello, on August 24, [redacted], we were on our way back from our vacation from Heraklion to Paris CDG. The first flight went smoothly. We had a layover in Munich to catch our next flight to Paris CDG. However, that flight got canceled, and the nightmare began. Lufthansa's customer service was abysmal. We ended up coming back by train, adding an extra 24 hours to our journey and spending hundreds of euros more. As of now, we still haven't received our luggage, which is the real issue. We filed a complaint on the website, but over a week after our return, we haven't heard anything. Lufthansa's baggage service is giving us the runaround. Several of us are facing the same situation, and we are all in touch, receiving inconsistent responses. We are asked to be patient, fill out online forms, and kindly track the progress. We are not seeking compensation; we all just want to retrieve our luggage and personal belongings. Despite numerous emails and calls, nothing has progressed, and I feel helpless.

Hello, my name is Aimen Zaouali. I traveled from Dublin to Frankfurt on September 2nd and then from Frankfurt to Tunis. The first flight, number [redacted], was delayed by one hour and 30 minutes, causing us to miss our connecting flight, number [redacted]. The airline provided a second flight for the next day and accommodation with breakfast but did not offer dinner that night. I had to pay for dinner and can provide the receipt. I arrived on the evening of January 9, [redacted], with Helvetic Airways and received wheelchair assistance. A staff member placed my small suitcase at the bottom of the wheelchair, forgetting to remove it when I struggled to get into my son's car on the level 1 car park. When I called the next day, I was informed the case was in the assistance office and that I could collect it from lost property on Monday morning at Terminal 2. However, my husband, aged 87, spent 6 hours at Heathrow today, and no one seems to know anything about my case. My name and address are on the case, both on the outside and inside. I made a reservation for two tickets from Frankfurt to Rome, one for me and one for my wife. However, both tickets mistakenly have my wife's name on them. Upon contacting customer service, I encountered a language barrier and was told the only solution is to cancel one ticket and buy another at a higher price due to fare changes. I requested to speak to a supervisor but was disconnected. Lufthansa, please assist in changing the name on one ticket from my wife's name to mine, which should be a simple fix involving only the first name. I am fluent in English and German and simply seek a resolution without incurring additional costs.

Hello, I was trying to add a checked bag to my flight, but I couldn't find the option online. I called customer service, and they told me I only had one checked bag allowance instead of two as stated on my ticket. My baggage is still delayed without any recent updates. I dropped off my suitcase at Berlin airport on Monday, August 28th, for a flight to Tirana via Munich on the 29th. After receiving a notification from Lufthansa that my bag didn't make it onto the plane, I was informed on September 3rd that it had been sent to Tirana for delivery to my home near Korça through Dardha delivery courier. However, I haven't received any further updates and have only the courier's phone number with no way to contact them through email or online sources. My attempts to call have been unsuccessful. Requested Actions for Lufthansa: 1. I am hoping Lufthansa can expedite the return of my case in the next few days as it is my only large luggage and I have upcoming travel plans. 2. It would be greatly appreciated if Lufthansa could reach out to the courier for an update on the delivery status and prompt delivery. I have obtained Lufthansa's office number in Tirana and will contact them during their weekday hours on Monday.

I am still waiting for my delayed baggage to arrive, and there haven't been any recent updates. I checked in my suitcase at Berlin airport on Monday, August 28th for a flight to Tirana via Munich on the 29th. Lufthansa informed me that my baggage was not loaded on my flight and provided some updates. On September 3rd, they mentioned that my bag was sent to Tirana and would be delivered to my home near Korça by a courier, Dardha delivery. Since then, I have not received any further updates. I have only the phone number for the courier and have been unable to reach them. I urge Lufthansa to expedite the return of my luggage within the next few days as it is essential for my upcoming travels. I kindly request them to liaise with the courier, Dardha delivery, for an update and prompt delivery of my bag.

Despite receiving confirmation for the full amount, the customer service representative, Abhishek Dubey, has been unhelpful. They claim the reimbursement is for a flight time change issue rather than my lost luggage. I have not yet received the money as promised. I made a booking with Lufthansa in July using booking code M8OGYR. I mistakenly entered my first surname (Casals) as my middle name. After speaking with Lufthansa customer service, they informed me that mismatched names on my ticket and passport could cause problems at boarding. They offered to correct the error for [redacted]€ to ensure both surnames, Casals and Ros, were listed. Despite paying on Friday the 15th, my account was charged, but the issue remains unresolved. Furthermore, my first surname has now been completely removed from the ticket.

I have been on the phone with Lufthansa's customer service for 8 hours. I am frustrated with their unhelpful attitude and difficulty in understanding English. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was informed that none were available. Additionally, we were not informed that our one-stop flight with Lufthansa was rebooked on United with two stops. Lufthansa is now refusing to let us cancel the booking. It is disappointing that they were not transparent about the changes and are now not providing a solution to the issue.

I have encountered issues rebooking my Lufthansa flight to Portugal due to my mother's health problems. My husband and mother-in-law recently booked a Lufthansa flight from Cochin to the United Kingdom via Munich, Germany. They are currently at Mumbai airport. During their journey from Cochin, they were informed that they require a transit visa for Germany to board the flight from Mumbai.
