I have upcoming flights with Luftansa in September and October. I need to add my Air Canada Aeroplan number to my booking. Luftansa couldn't add it due to a name issue. Hi, I accidentally made two bookings for the same flight and am requesting a refund for one of them. Initially, I booked a flight with booking number O6RTBA on the Lufthansa website. Since the booking expired, I assumed the payment didn't go through. Please cancel this booking (O6RTBA). Afterward, I booked the same flight with booking code OBEK9T, which I wish to keep. As per your policy, one person cannot be booked twice on the same flight. Please issue a refund for booking code O6RTBA. I had a flight scheduled from USM to DUB on February 5th that got cancelled, leading me to contact customer service on February 3rd to make changes. Unfortunately, I got disconnected while waiting for the agent's assistance and had to call back, then provided a callback number. Despite the agent not getting back to me, I received an email later with a new booking for March 15th. When I recently tried to adjust the date to my preferred one, the new agent said I would have to pay an additional €[redacted] per passenger as I'd already made changes on February 3rd. I requested they review the previous call recordings, but subsequent agents claimed it was impossible. Now I am left waiting for a response to the online feedback form I submitted last week, concerned about my upcoming flight on March 5th and our return flight at the end of March. Our flight got canceled (LH [redacted] Frankfurt - Atlanta, February 15, [redacted]). We were instructed to rebook on our own due to IT issues and assured of a refund. We provided all necessary details and receipts but after receiving a request number - FB ID [redacted]2, we did not receive further communication. Despite calling, we were told to email customer services, which, unfortunately, has not provided any response for about a month now.

I keep encountering the same issue with Fight hub, having experienced it three times already, and find it frustrating. After completing all the necessary details, I consistently receive a message stating that the Lufthansa fare I selected has expired. The next available fare is presented with an increase of $[redacted].00 per passenger, resulting in a new total fare of $1,[redacted].94. Taxes and fees are included, and prices are quoted in USD. The message then prompts me to choose whether to book this new fare or continue shopping for other options. It's a repetitive and time-consuming problem that I would like resolved.

I am scheduled to fly from Delhi to Vancouver on 27 March at 1:10 am, but received an email from Lufthansa informing me that my flight was cancelled. I contacted customer service to reschedule my flight. The representative rebooked my itinerary to fly from Delhi to Bengaluru, then to Frankfurt, and finally to Vancouver. Despite requesting a confirmation, I did not receive one. After checking the Lufthansa website, I found that all the flights were displayed and took screenshots. However, after some time, the Delhi to Bengaluru flight disappeared from the website.

My daughter and I flew from Frankfurt, Germany, to Newark (EWR) on March 14, [redacted], on LH402. We were given a short 1 1/2-hour layover before our next flight to Nashville. Unfortunately, this was not enough time due to long customs lines and limited agents available (only 4 at around 5 pm). It was challenging to retrieve and recheck our luggage, navigate to the domestic terminal, and catch our flight on time, resulting in us having to take a later flight. Many passengers on this route experienced similar issues. Lufthansa should consider scheduling more time between international and domestic flights to avoid these situations in the future.

My flight from Zagreb to Valencia got canceled due to a strike at Munich airport. Lufthansa rebooked my flight, but the new option won't work for me as I need to be in Valencia by 12:30, which is why I chose the original flight. I have to get my car at 11 and attend a meeting at 13:00, which I can't delay. Kindly reschedule me for an earlier flight, or I can fly out tomorrow if an earlier Sunday option isn't available. Tiborne requires wheelchair assistance from BUD to TUC. Unfortunately, Lufthansa's changed flight schedule now leaves us with only 1.5 hours to connect in DEN to TUC after arriving from MUC at 2:25 pm, including immigration and customs procedures. We urgently need to adjust our connecting flight to have a sufficient transfer window. I made reservations for seats on my flight from Boston to Munich for a total cost of $[redacted] for myself and $[redacted] for my children. The booking code is SLWVU9. Initially, we had seats 33C, 34D, 34E, and 34F, but they were changed to 60A, 60C, 60H, and 60B without my consent, as well as for the return flight. I strongly oppose these changes since I have already paid for these specific seats. Please, provide confirmation via email for the seats we originally reserved. Our baggage was delayed on a journey from San Francisco to South Africa with flights LH459 and LH574 on December 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we were not reunited with our belongings until January 4, [redacted], and found them in a damaged state with mold and stains. Our family of four, including H. Botha, S. Botha, H. Due to a severe back condition requiring a major operation, I sadly had to cancel my upcoming trip to Ireland. I have submitted my doctor's certificate to LH as requested. I received a call notifying me that a refund is not an option but I can re-book the flights. Uncertain about my recovery timeline and unable to predict when I'll be able to travel again due to potential hospital stays and rehabilitation, I sought written confirmation from LH regarding the re-booking option. The phone representative was unable to provide this confirmation or offer contact details for Customer Relations or the Medical Department handling such requests.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the cancellation of my flights from Toulouse to Frankfurt and then from Frankfurt to Helsinki, which occurred 24 hours before departure. I was successfully refunded for the tickets. However, according to the European regulations, Lufthansa is required to compensate me [redacted] € for each flight due to the poor service we received during this incident.
