Today, I was shocked to discover that the media I uploaded to my LinkedIn profile over the past three years is not visible to others who view my profile. This includes the "featured" section and photos in the experience and education sections. Even though it appears visible in the "Edit Mode" of my profile, I have set my profile photos visibility to "All LinkedIn Members."
I have been applying for scholarships and using my LinkedIn profile as a portfolio, but I have been rejected from all of them due to this error. It seems that the media is not activated for public viewing as I intended. I have come across answers stating that you activate it for some profiles and not for others, which I find deeply troubling.
This issue is crucial for me as my scholarship and future opportunities are at stake. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

My LinkedIn account has been restricted because of the volume of messages I sent to my direct, first-degree contacts recently. I sent these messages personally, not through automated means. I typically send messages periodically to my 29,[redacted] first-degree contacts on LinkedIn.
I wasn't aware of any specific limitation on the number of messages a member can send to first-degree contacts within a certain timeframe on LinkedIn. I would appreciate it if you could clarify if such a limit exists, and I'd be more than willing to comply.
I'm seeking guidance on removing my LinkedIn account from the restricted category. Your responses to these inquiries would be greatly appreciated.

I was recently charged for an annual Pro account subscription after clicking on their 'Trial' link. While I understand that I must have signed up for this given that they have my PayPal information, I want to explain that I have multiple disabilities, including Dyspraxia, which affects my concept of time and memory. I do not see the benefit of having a Pro account and cannot afford the yearly fee. Initially, I might have considered it but abandoned the idea upon realizing I couldn't pay monthly. It seems like I may have intended to address this the following day but forgot. The amount of £[redacted].88 has now been deducted from my PayPal account, leaving me financially strained since I rely on Universal Credits. Typically, there wouldn't have been any funds in that account, but it had just been credited by UC.

I am experiencing two issues with my company's LinkedIn page. The page for Kinsey Investigations, based in California, appears unclaimed. When I initially signed up on LinkedIn, I had trouble creating a company page. I registered as BA Kinsey but later changed it to Kinsey Investigations. I want to claim the company page, as I have owned this corporation since [redacted], but the instructions provided are not working.
Moreover, there is an individual named Larry Ingham listed twice on the page - once as a 2nd degree connection and again as a 3rd degree connection in Texas, claiming to work for Kinsey Investigations in Marina del Rey, CA. I would like him removed, but unfortunately, I can only message him through LinkedIn Premium.

I'd like to temporarily deactivate my account, but I keep receiving an error message. It indicates that I need to contact my admin because my account is linked with an enterprise product. The message advises transferring my administrator status to another admin if I am one, or collaborating with my admin to remove the license before deactivating my account. Once these issues are resolved, I can attempt to deactivate my account again through the settings page. The message ends with additional options like Help Center, Press, Blog, and more.

On March 10th, I signed up for a free trial month of a Premium package. I canceled or revoked the Premium package online on March 25, [redacted], using the customer form. Besides one contact request, I have not used the package and unfortunately cannot continue to use it. After submitting, I did not receive any further confirmation. Honestly, I did not follow up on it then. Now, going through my weekly emails, I noticed a Paypal withdrawal announcement on April 19th for €[redacted].95. I promptly contacted Paypal and found out it had already been debited. I then reached out to Linkedin via email again and asked them to correct this mistake immediately. What should I do now? I viewed the Premium package as part of my work but signed up with my personal banking details because I do not have a corporate credit card. My personal account is now charged, I cannot use the Premium version after testing it, my cancellation was ignored, and I am left with this loss. Please help me!!! I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account because I have forgotten my password. I followed the instructions given to add a new email address ([redacted]) on 26/04. I received an email requesting me to confirm my identity to login to my account. My account has been restricted and I understand the reasons given, but I find them unconvincing. I am an atheist living in Sudan, a country with a predominantly Muslim population. I have chosen to distance myself from all beliefs and faiths, which has had negative impacts on my life. My goal is to share my knowledge and free my people from ties to Arab culture and religion. While I acknowledge LinkedIn as a professional platform, I see the connections between business, politics, religion, culture, and even current events like the Coronavirus pandemic. I believe Emirates are opposed to democracy and human rights in the Middle East, and I am vocal about this. As an African, I am aware of the corruption in Sudan and I am keen to fight against it. I understand that my views may be challenging, but I stand by them with evidence to support my claims.

Today, I discovered that I was charged an amount of 29.74 euros due to the automatic renewal of my Premium subscription (I also found out it was automatically renewed, although initially, it was just a trial offer).
Please be aware that since the publication of Law No. [redacted]-67 on January 28, [redacted], a service provider is required to inform the consumer in writing, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the period allowing the rejection of the renewal, of the option to not renew the contract concluded with an automatic renewal clause.
As I did not receive any information from you within this timeframe, I am requesting a refund of this amount debited from my account as an advance payment.

I was unexpectedly charged 12,[redacted].00 INR for a premium LinkedIn subscription which is unaffordable for me.
