I am encountering significant difficulties with my LinkedIn account. When attempting to advertise a job opening on Friday, Jan. 10th, I encountered issues with my credit card, preventing me from making the payment. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to rectify this issue by updating or removing the credit card. Even a LinkedIn account representative was unsuccessful in changing the payment method and mentioned that the problem would need to be escalated to the technical department. I was advised to have someone else post the job opening using their account due to the uncertainty of when the matter would be resolved. Subsequently, a colleague posted the job opening under their account. However, I have not received any updates from LinkedIn about my account problem, and now I am completely locked out of my account with stringent requests for verification documents such as my passport. This is hindering my ability to recruit staff for my company, NOVA Research Company. I urgently require assistance to restore access to my account. Kindly contact me promptly to address the status of my account at '[redacted]'. You can also reach me directly at my office phone number [redacted].

Good morning. I responded to an ad for a LinkedIn Premium trial, expecting to have the opportunity to cancel before being charged if I was unsatisfied. I didn't find the Premium features valuable and didn't receive the option to cancel before being charged $65. Premium added more ads and marketing content, and the InMail feature was unresponsive. I kindly request LinkedIn refund the $65 back to my bank account due to the unsatisfactory service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

There has been deception concerning Prince Gupta, who merged company accounts under the domain mail ([redacted]). After being terminated for misconduct, his access to the company's LinkedIn was revoked per the contract. However, he unlawfully combined the account with his personal LinkedIn, transferring confidential connections. Urgent action is required to close his personal account.
Additionally, LinkedIn's failure to disclose the original registered email for verification before merging poses a severe threat to privacy and security.

Hello. One of my contacts, LeginNyleve (Nigel Dupree), seems to have had his account restricted. I cannot imagine he would have intentionally supported neurodiverse people and those suffering from screen fatigue on his account, which is a growing concern globally.
I wonder if there is anything I can do to help him get this valuable resource reinstated.
Best regards,
Steve Renow

It seems like there might be a reason behind the issue you are facing with your LinkedIn invitations. To enhance your profile's credibility and ensure your invitations are well-received, consider personalizing each one with a brief message explaining why you would like to connect.
If you encounter a temporary account restriction message stating "your account is temporarily restricted," try accessing LinkedIn from a computer. Follow any prompts to provide necessary information to verify your identity and regain access to your account promptly.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Emmanuel

I am experiencing issues accessing my primary LinkedIn account. Despite trying the online help tools, I cannot sign in using my company email, which is connected to Badger Daylighting. My name is Chris Howe on the profile. Additionally, my contacts seem to have disappeared or merged with an old account from 20 years ago. I would appreciate guidance on changing my email and password associated with the Badger Daylighting account. It seems I might have been locked out. Kindly direct me to customer service or arrange for a call from LinkedIn support. Thank you. Best regards, Chris Howe.

Hello,
I am experiencing some issues with my account ([redacted]). It seems to have been restricted. After reviewing LinkedIn's rules, I now understand that I may have exceeded the limits by reaching out to multiple people per day for lead generation purposes and having too many pending requests. I was unaware of these regulations when I began generating leads, and I sincerely apologize. Having the restriction lifted is crucial for our business as we rely on it for lead generation. I assure you that I will exercise more caution in the future. Could you please assist me with resolving this matter? Thank you.

I received an email notification purportedly from LinkedIn offering a job if I send my CV to the provided email address. However, when I clicked on "View profile" in the email, it stated that the profile was not found. I want to verify with LinkedIn if this email is legitimate or if it could be a phishing scam that needs to be addressed. The email contains official links and disclaimers, but I couldn't attach an image to this message.

I have recently found my account closed unexpectedly without any prior action taken by me.
I am unable to access my profile and came across an email stating, "We're sorry to see you go. Your LinkedIn account is now closed. Although you no longer have access to it, it'll take a few weeks for your public profile to disappear from search engines. You may still receive invitations from LinkedIn members and groups."
The provided reactivation link seems to be ineffective, and upon attempting to log in, it indicates that my email is unrecognized by LinkedIn.
Could you kindly assist me in resolving this matter promptly? I am eager to reactivate my account at the soonest opportunity.
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
Giovanni M.

Hello,
I am a member of the marketing team at Camatic Seating and I manage the company's account. A problem we are encountering is confusion between our account and the corresponding Page created with the same name. This confusion is leading to difficulty in deciding where to post and who to follow. It is also hindering our ability to track post analytics effectively.
Is there a solution to clearly differentiate between the Page and the account? We seek a way to address this issue to avoid further confusion among our team members and connections. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Doris Campagna has been using Theresa Carpenter's old driver's license, pretending to be her for the past years. Theresa is unable to access Facebook as the company states the ID belongs to Doris. Despite hiring lawyers, Doris and Richard D Lauersdorf continue their actions, posting pictures of her family obsessively. The situation has caused distress. Doris is using Photoshop to alter photos to defame Theresa. LinkedIn is also affected but the problem remains unresolved. Assistance is needed to address this issue. The situation is distressing, and guidance on similar problems like deactivating accounts, getting a refund, cancelling premium subscriptions, reactivating a company page, or adjusting account settings would be appreciated. Locked out of LinkedIn after submitting license information. Seeking a resolution. Concerned about an account linked to a specific email address and looking for help on these matters.

Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties completing my registration on LinkedIn. I did not receive a registration confirmation email. When attempting to log in, my account is labeled as "restricted," alleging user agreement violations. LinkedIn requests an identity check by submitting a document, which initially made me hesitant. Despite trying twice with different email addresses resulting in the same "restricted" account status, I sent the identity document with some numbers blurred as they instructed, 20 days ago. An automated email confirmed the receipt of the request. After no follow-up from LinkedIn, I submitted the identity document without any alterations. Another automated response email was received a week ago. Since then, there has been no communication. I am unable to delete my accounts or take any further action besides resubmitting my identity documents. This difficulty creates a significant obstacle when job hunting in today's competitive market.
Thank you for your assistance,
Joel

Good evening LinkedIn,
I am Giuliano Cirulli and I am trying to get in touch with Mr. Ross Gagnè, who used to work at Amazon as a seller of electronics but not anymore. I need a refund for the wireless car charger that has been broken from the beginning at the part that connects to the air vent, and it is still under the manufacturer's legal warranty for at least a year, specifically until February 4th, if not 2 years, and it is called Jamisonme. When he was selling, he went by the name Antoine Lawrence. I have sent a connection request to him, but he has not responded yet. Even though he is in my network, I cannot send him an InMail or a private message because he is not connected to me. Besides using the private email address provided by you, how can I contact him on your website?
Best regards,
Giuliano Cirulli.

I would like to express my deepest apologies for the inappropriate comments I made about Mr. Kobe Bryant. Due to issues with my medication, I made hurtful remarks, which do not reflect my true character. I am now back on my medication and understand the gravity of my words. I value diversity and have friends from different backgrounds. I genuinely regret my actions and hope for forgiveness. I am committed to staying on my medication and ensuring such a situation never occurs again. My thoughts are with Mr. Kobe Bryant and his family during this difficult time. I seek your understanding and kindly request to be reinstated on LinkedIn.
Sincerely,
N.M.

I attempted to cancel my premium subscription a few weeks back, thinking it was successful as I wasn't billed last month. However, to my surprise, I just noticed a charge of over $65 from LinkedIn on my bank account. I need this charge removed promptly. I do not wish to pay for a service I've canceled. It's frustrating that I can't find a way to speak to a representative about this issue. Please remove the charge and ensure my premium subscription is canceled. I appreciate the help in resolving this matter.

Hello,
I opened my LinkedIn account on January 9, [redacted], to reconnect with former colleagues and new contacts for my current professional project. I have been actively using the platform because it is crucial for my work, and the number of my contacts has been increasing daily, especially with people I previously worked with but lost touch with due to living abroad for some time. On January 23, my account was unexpectedly restricted, despite my adherence to all guidelines. I have tried twice to appeal the restriction by providing my ID as verification, but I have not received any email response. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach out for assistance through the online contact links as my account is restricted.
This situation is very detrimental to me as I had scheduled appointments with individuals for my project, and now I am unable to contact them, causing an unexpected disruption. I kindly request prompt assistance to resolve this matter.
