I have recently been charged $[redacted].88 for a premium LinkedIn account subscription that I never intended to continue. Although I was initially interested in a one-month trial, the automatic renewal caught me off guard. Despite trying to contact LinkedIn via phone and chat, I was faced with long wait times and closures. I do not utilize the extra features of the premium account as I seldom use LinkedIn other than for basic functions. The difficulty in reaching out to cancel or address this issue promptly has been frustrating. It is disappointing that a reputable company like LinkedIn seems to trap users into subscriptions without offering a straightforward cancellation process. I request a full refund promptly. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance as there seems to be an issue with my account. Everything was fine last Friday, January 4th, as I had 21 pending connections in my notifications that I planned to review in the morning. However, the next day, all notifications disappeared, and upon trying to log in, I received a message stating my account was restricted. I suspect my phone has been hacked, and I am currently collaborating with Google to address this security breach. This situation is perplexing to me as I have always maintained professionalism while actively using my account to establish numerous connections. Your support in resolving this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you.

I was recently offered a "free" premium account, which I accepted around 3 months ago. I do not recall being informed about how to cancel the subscription, assuming I would be reminded. To my surprise, I found out that the premium account is still active, and the payments are being deducted from my iTunes account. This process was not transparent, and I would not have upgraded if I had known about the ongoing charges. My decision to accept the free upgrade was based on the assumption that I could assess the premium features without commitment.
I am disappointed by LinkedIn's misleading offer and would like a refund for the payments made thus far. I am also considering deleting my account due to this experience.

Upon retiring, I tried to transfer my work email address to my personal one. In the process, a new LinkedIn account was mistakenly created, resulting in me losing access to my old account, where all my contacts are stored.
My previous email was [redacted], and I was known as Bob Perry. I am currently accessible through [redacted], listed as Robert Perry. I am in need of assistance to regain access to my original account, update the information, and potentially deactivate the new account that's receiving connection requests. Thank you.

My account was compromised recently. I have reset the password and sent messages to all my contacts to alert them. However, now I am being prompted to verify my account by uploading a photo of my passport or driver's license. Since LinkedIn does not request this information initially, I am unsure how this verification process would aid in confirming my identity. Given the prevalence of identity theft and my recent account breach, I am hesitant to proceed with this request as it appears suspicious. I urgently require access to my account and would appreciate if there is an alternative method available for verification. Thank you.

I took advantage of the free annual promo subscription for one month but did not plan to continue. I was mistakenly charged and have since canceled it starting February. The refund request number I received is [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am currently facing financial difficulties and my account is in overdraft due to this charge. Even though February's fee has been deducted, I am hoping to receive a refund of [redacted] SGD.
I have found that the LinkedIn chat support is frequently unavailable. Could you please guide me on how to contact someone else to assist me with this refund matter? Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I initially tried the free annual subscription promo for a month but didn't plan on using it further. Despite canceling it in February, I was still charged. My refund order number is [redacted]. Currently, my account is in deficit because of this unexpected charge, and I am struggling financially. Even though February's payment went through, I am hoping for a refund of [redacted] SGD. Unfortunately, the Linkedin chat support seems to always be offline. My main goal is to secure the refund as soon as possible.

Hello,
I have encountered difficulties accessing Sales Navigator. Despite trying various credit cards and contacting the respective banks, I continue to receive the notification "the transaction was denied, please try again with a different payment method." It seems the issue is not with the bank or credit card, as I have attempted with cards that have successfully worked for LinkedIn packages. I believe the issue lies specifically with my LinkedIn account. I have reached out to the support team but have not received a response yet.

I've had a frustrating experience with LinkedIn recently. I've had my account since [redacted], but after changing jobs, I lost access to my primary email. After finally resetting my password with help, I added a phone number and a secondary email to avoid being locked out again. Updating my profile took nearly two hours and prompted multiple confirmation emails. Yet, when logging in with the new info, my account was suspended, demanding picture identification. This response is disappointing for customer service in this digital age. It's worrying to send my driver's license through an unsecured site. Is this really the only solution for updating a profile? I hope to receive assistance from someone who can help me resolve this situation.

Hello, I need help canceling my premium subscription and getting a refund. I recently discovered a charge of $[redacted] from LinkedIn in December, which I did not intend to have. At that time, I was on vacation in my home country with a poor VPN connection, so I didn't receive any notifications about the auto-payment. As a student, this amount is too high for me to manage. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in canceling the subscription and processing a refund. Thank you for your help.

I am attempting to link my school email to LinkedIn as instructed by my teacher. I clicked on "join" and provided the necessary information. However, when attempting to complete the security check, the message "no captcha missing or invalid" keeps appearing after multiple verification attempts. I have made numerous efforts to resolve this and even attempted to log in to check if it went through. I used my school email, but please contact me via my personal email instead.

I am frustrated with the ongoing issues with my account. Over the past week, I have been repeatedly logged out and forced to go through multiple security checks. Last time, I was informed it was due to the "AutoFill" feature, so I disabled it and have been manually entering my login details each time. Despite this change, the problem persists. As this account is essential for my job and networking with over 3,[redacted] connections, I urgently request for it to be reinstated. I have already submitted all the necessary verification forms.

I am having trouble logging into my LinkedIn account. It seems like my account has been restricted.
I know that LinkedIn's policy can restrict accounts for sending too many friend requests in a day, which I haven't done. I have not been able to retrieve my account up to this point. I suspect that someone may have stolen or hacked my account.
Please assist me in recovering my account.

Hello,
I recently encountered a troubling situation involving a friend who misused my LinkedIn account. This friend, who appeared to be intoxicated, sent me messages demanding declarations of love and then proceeded to threaten my career when I did not comply. I believe their behavior was fueled by jealousy regarding my family relationships. I kindly request assistance in rectifying any actions they may have taken on my LinkedIn profile.
I value my career, especially as I am pursuing studies in Ayurvedic medicine, and the work I do is significant to me. I'm committed to preventing and reversing diseases through various projects aimed at helping humanity and the environment.
It is important to me to maintain a professional and respectful online presence, and I would appreciate any help in undoing the harm caused by my friend.
Thank you for your support,

Hello,
I signed up for the Premium free trial a few months ago, but did not realize that I would be charged for the Premium version if I didn't cancel by December 15, [redacted], due to holiday and work email absence. On January 10, [redacted], I noticed that my credit card was charged CHF658.05, a significant amount for likely 12 months ahead. I don't use LinkedIn Premium and have downgraded to the free subscription. I am requesting a refund for the remaining period and have also asked my bank to contest the transaction. Please address this issue promptly.
Thank you,

I am concerned about two of my dear friends involved in the recent Iran Flight crash. Their LinkedIn profiles are no longer visible since yesterday, raising worries about possible security issues or account recovery needs. I don't have access to their LinkedIn passwords, so I suspect a broader security concern affecting more accounts. The individuals in question are Siavash Ghafouri Azar and Sara Mamani, both from Canada, and my close connections. It's imperative to resolve this quickly, as we don't want their online presence to disappear, especially given the recent tragic event they were involved in.

My LinkedIn account has been restricted, and it is requesting a government photo ID. Due to my condition, retinitis pigmentosa, I cannot provide a driver's license as I am unable to drive. I no longer possess a passport since I do not travel outside of Canada. I can provide my birth certificate, utility invoices, and a CTPAT photo ID from the company I work with. I was unaware of the limitations on connection requests on LinkedIn and have been inviting individuals to an HR workshop in London, UK. I assure you I am not a bot, and I am currently experiencing carpal tunnel from sending connection requests. I respectfully request to have my account unlocked. I now understand the guidelines and will be cautious to comply with them in the future. Thank you.

Hello,
I am reaching out to inquire about the use of hashtags on LinkedIn.
We are organizing an internal communication contest for our employees where they will share content from our official website to increase views and clicks. To facilitate tracking, we plan to recommend specific hashtags such as #nameofthecompany and #titleofthesharedcontent.
However, upon testing this method, we noticed that not all shared articles appear under the hashtag feed. We are unsure if changes in the LinkedIn algorithm due to privacy laws or other issues are causing this discrepancy.
It is crucial for us to address this matter promptly to proceed with our project successfully.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Sara C.
