I am currently a Master's student working on my dissertation. I recently signed up for a trial Premium account to reach out to individuals who could assist with my research.
In addition to seeking research help, I was interested in exploring the features offered by the Premium account for potential future professional use.
To my surprise, I was billed £50 today, even though I was under the impression that I could cancel within one month of subscribing. Following my immediate cancellation of the subscription, the charge remains on my account without a reimbursement.
As a student in the midst of relocating for a new job opportunity, I applied for a credit card due to financial constraints preventing me from covering moving expenses—it's a significant step forward in my career.
With limited financial resources, the unexpected £50 charge has had a notable impact on my bank statement. I kindly request a refund for the subscription and immediate cancellation from my account.

I recently left my job and am attempting to update my LinkedIn profile. I changed my email address before leaving to my personal one, but I couldn't remove the original email. Now, I am locked out of my account because of this issue. When I try to reset my password, it indicates that another account is associated with the email. My initial email was [redacted], and the new one I managed to change it to was [redacted], which is now my personal email.

I recently noticed a charge on my credit card for a premium account amounting to $29.99. I realized I unintentionally signed up for this service as my credit card details were saved on my phone, leading to an automatic upgrade when prompted. I have two LinkedIn accounts and would like to delete my old one from 2 years ago. I remember the password for the old account, but I no longer have access to the email associated with it, so I can't complete the login verification process. I've been attempting to access my premium account and job postings since Thursday, but have not received any assistance. Despite being patient, the lack of help has left me frustrated and behind on important progress. I recently discovered that an account has been created under my name, Jean-Michel Giraud, without my authorization. The individual claims to be a CNA at Fresenius Care and contacted my Board at Friendship Place. Despite details linking back to his LinkedIn profile, I have been unable to reach out to him via phone or email. I attempted to cancel my LinkedIn premium membership before the trial ended on September 8th, but it seems the cancellation did not process, and I was charged. I initially tried to cancel on September 6th. After noticing the charge, I successfully canceled my subscription. However, as I intended to cancel before being billed and do not plan to use the service, I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

I was unexpectedly charged $29.99 through PayPal on 7/19/19. I request a refund of this charge as I have not made any purchases recently. Hello, I was charged without being informed that my free trial of the premium subscription was over, and I'm having trouble understanding why. I canceled the moment I noticed the charge, although it has not been deducted yet. I hope it will not go through, and my account will revert to a normal one. Last time, I was notified when the trial ended, and I canceled the premium subscription, but this time, I did not receive any emails. Even though I have canceled, my account still reflects premium status. I am currently traveling and unable to address this issue with my Spanish account. I hope no charges will be deducted. I had four LinkedIn accounts, causing severe confusion. I want to delete three old LinkedIn accounts: 1) Grace Hornback, Associate Manager at Citigroup, 2) Project Manager at Citigroup/Risk Management, and 3) Grace Work Hornback. Please keep my active account, Grace Hornback at Synchrony Financial. I followed the removal steps provided, but instead of deleting the old accounts, it removed my active account with my Synchrony Financial experience. This is frustrating and causes confusion for potential employers and my LinkedIn contacts. Please help me restore my active account and delete the unwanted ones.

Hello, my name is Kosta Tzimourtas. I recently went through the process of merging an account. Despite this, a friend notified me that I still have two accounts. It appears that one was merged, then deleted, and has now reappeared. This issue caused me to cancel my premium subscription. The unwanted account has "1st" next to my profile picture and is associated with [redacted] The account I wish to keep is under my [redacted] address.
I find it disheartening that the numerous forums, emails, and processes available do not address my specific problem. I am unable to verify my identity as the system indicates the account is already in use.
If I am unable to receive basic assistance to resolve this matter, despite having followed correct procedures, I will have no choice but to permanently close my LinkedIn account.

I canceled my trial membership before it expired, but after being charged, it seemed like the cancellation didn't go through. I had to cancel it again. It's frustrating not to trust the first cancellation. Waiting for a refund is inconvenient. LinkedIn needs better customer service with functional phone numbers and responsive email support. This situation is unacceptable.

I have observed that LinkedIn is reposting job listings from our company on our LinkedIn Company page without consent. This practice has led to two primary issues:
1. Some posted jobs, such as those for education positions, do not represent our business as we specialize in recruiting construction workers. As a result, this situation must be rectified promptly since searches for these education roles link back to us but are actually related to another company, Reeson Education.
2. Despite receiving applications, we are unable to review them as we lack LinkedIn Premium services. This poses a challenge as individuals apply for roles without our authorization, creating difficulties in communication with potential candidates.
In my investigation, job postings often originate from lesser-known recruitment platforms AdZuna and Jooble, rather than the sources I typically use.
I kindly request guidance on how to prevent unauthorized job postings from appearing on our LinkedIn Company page. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.
