I am encountering a frustrating issue concerning my LinkedIn account. Initially, my account was established under [redacted] and phone number [redacted], which are no longer valid due to a job change. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email linked to reset my password. Despite attempting the verification ID process multiple times, I have not made any progress. My legal name is Gabriela Borbolla Valdez, and my previous surname is van der Lee from my business name, causing a discrepancy in the verification process. Inadvertently, I created a new account under [redacted] and now seek to delete it to retain my original account.

I recently encountered a problem with Linkedin charging my bank account erroneously despite being on a free trial linked to my university. Although I received a refund for the previous incident, another $32 charge appeared this month as I failed to cancel my account effectively. I am frustrated by this recurrence and request a full refund and permanent deactivation of my Linkedin account to prevent future charges. My account is associated with [redacted], but I am unable to access it due to password issues and unsuccessful password reset attempts. I am hoping for prompt assistance to resolve this matter. Good day, I encountered restrictions on my account under the email: [redacted] because I didn't use my actual name. I set up a new account with my name, Claudio Mazzoleni, and the email: [redacted], but I got blocked there as well. I'm unsure how to proceed to gain access. I would like to merge the [redacted] profile with the "Claudio Mazzoleni" account under the email [redacted], transfer all the content from [redacted] to [redacted], and delete the original account, but I am unable to do so. I faced health issues and my son was diagnosed with cancer, putting my work on hold. While I was hospitalized, I may have forgotten my password due to heavy sedation. Despite my son's ongoing illness, I need to resume work and reconnect with my clients. I have cherished the relationships I built on LinkedIn over the years. Hello, I need assistance. My account has been restricted, and I suspect it may be due to having two linkedin accounts. I used an outdated email and forgot my password, leading me to create a new account which was subsequently restricted. I acknowledge my oversight in not reading the terms and I apologize. I have been a previous customer of Lynda.com/LinkedIn Learning and have recommended it to many others. I used it for work last November and December, then canceled my account at the end of December [redacted]. However, I have noticed I have been charged $29.99 for several months despite not using my account. I suspect when I accessed Lynda.com through my library, it connected to my previous account. I would appreciate a refund for the charges of the past 4 months and wish to avoid any future charges. It has been difficult to reach a person for assistance. I have been a customer for many years and am dissatisfied with certain changes. When trying to access my LinkedIn Learning account, I am unable to find the account information, which adds to my frustration. I hope this issue can be resolved satisfactorily, as I am considering using the service again and recommending it to others. If not addressed, I will remain an unsatisfied customer.

Hello, I signed up for a free trial of the premium account and was supposed to get a reminder email before it ended. I chose not to keep the service, but I never received the reminder and was charged £24.98 for a service I no longer want. Can you please cancel my contract and refund the amount to my account? Hello, I recently tried LinkedIn Premium again, but I was disappointed with the service. Few people reached out to me about job opportunities, and as I am still unemployed, I cannot afford the Premium account. Could you please refund the $29.99 that was automatically withdrawn from my bank account? I canceled on June 3, [redacted], to avoid the charge, but there is a pending charge since that day, which seems unavoidable. Hello, my name is Brian Clarke. I am a member of LinkedIn. John Pierpoint, a former Director of my company, mistakenly used my company's credit card for his LinkedIn renewal, resulting in a charge of $[redacted].88 on May 30th. The LinkedIn transaction ID is [redacted] lnkd.[redacted]5. I did not authorize this payment, and I am unable to access John's account to rectify the payment method linked to it. I have been unsuccessful in reaching John to update his payment information and request a refund. The email address associated with John's LinkedIn account is [redacted], which I have access to, as he no longer uses it. I have his private email address and am requesting a reimbursement of the charge and the removal of my company's bank details from John's profile.

I had a disappointing experience with LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, a free service. The navigation was confusing, making it hard to understand the features. I was promised 15-20 extra direct messages, which I never received. Trying to cancel was also frustrating as there was no clear option to do so. To my surprise, LinkedIn charged my bank account without notifying me, a total of [redacted] rupees. I am very dissatisfied with the service and feel misled by their practices.

Hello, I hope this message reaches you in good spirits. I bought a LinkedIn Premium membership a few months ago after losing my job. Sadly, due to caring for my 4-year-old daughter and my wife, who has Multiple Sclerosis, along with managing my health, I haven't been able to utilize the membership. The stress has affected my ability to focus and search for a new job. I'm hoping I could receive a partial refund for the unused Premium membership. Despite trying to cancel and being offered a discount to continue, I held onto hope that I'd have the chance to job hunt when things settled. Regrettably, that hasn't happened. I understand if my lack of utilization is my responsibility and that LinkedIn isn't obligated to refund me. I'm kindly requesting an exception as I strive to bounce back from this tough situation. Hello, I am writing to inform you that I upgraded to Premium on LinkedIn on 08-May-19. However, the service did not meet my expectations, and I decided to cancel it well before the renewal date of 08-Jun-19. Unfortunately, I did not receive any email notification regarding the upcoming renewal. Recently, I discovered that INR 1,[redacted] was deducted from my bank account without prior notice. Hello, I have been attempting to get in touch about a minor styling concern I noticed on the header of LinkedIn.com. **The Problem** The styling for 'Try Premium for Free' appears broken. Visitors who are not Premium members see 'Try Premium' in the header, causing 'for Free' to overlap with content below (such as an advertisement or right column content). **The Solution** To rectify this, you should include `line-height: 18px;` in the style `.nav-item__text-only--gold`. If `.nav-item__text-only` is unique to this instance, changing `line-height: 48px;` to `line-height: 18px;` would also work. I attempted to locate this on Github for a quick fix but couldn't find it. Hello team, I haven't been using the Premium account on LinkedIn and I am unable to access any files. However, I have been charged £49.99 for it. I would like to request an immediate refund. I am unsure how you were able to access my iTunes account without my confirmation. I can provide evidence that my account is not subscribed to Premium. Please refund the money promptly, as this situation seems very unfair.

I'm currently facing an issue with my account being restricted for allegedly violating the user agreement. I'm confident that I have not breached any terms. Unfortunately, every ID I attempt to upload for verification is being rejected as blurry or incorrect. I recently fell victim to a hacking incident where my contacts received phishing emails. In an attempt to warn others, I posted about it on LinkedIn. I then tried to individually contact the recipients to advise against opening the email. However, now my account seems to be restricted. I believe that spreading awareness about such phishing scams would benefit all LinkedIn members. Could you please help me regain access to my account? Thank you.
