I am currently in Peru for business and encountered a situation where my account was compromised, forcing a password reset on all my accounts. Even Microsoft can confirm the hacking incident. I have had my LinkedIn account for years, managing various groups and connections, totaling over 11K. It is distressing that my account is being considered for deletion without any wrongdoing on my part, especially when I can provide evidence to support this. I am frustrated by the lack of a customer service number to resolve this. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this matter further. As the President of a Company, I am disappointed by the treatment and request a prompt response.

My boss mistakenly created three LinkedIn accounts using different email addresses she collected over the years. She has access to one account but doesn't recall the details for the other two. I've been assigned to consolidate and close the extra accounts. I'm seeking to merge the connections from all accounts onto the one she uses and permanently close the other two. If required, I can provide identification on her behalf. The accounts are registered under the names "Sheila Mikhail," "Sheila Ann Mikhail," and "Sheila A. Mikhail." The "Sheila A. Mikhail" account contains the connections that need to be retained, while the "Sheila Mikhail" and "Sheila Ann Mikhail" accounts should be deactivated.

Hello, I have been utilizing the LinkedIn custom audience tool for the last 6 months, refreshing my audiences weekly, sometimes more frequently, using a list of email addresses from our admin system. Approximately 2 weeks ago, my audiences started to shrink to a size where I couldn't display our ads to them. To address this, I began adding multiple audiences to a campaign hoping that the total would be large enough for marketing purposes. When that approach didn't yield results, earlier this week, I consolidated multiple audiences into one master sheet and attempted to upload it. Despite having nearly [redacted] email addresses, this upload failed to create an audience of [redacted] or more when I checked this morning. I have not altered my method of creating custom audiences or how I upload them, aside from what I shared above. Could you please offer guidance on how to resolve this issue promptly? Best regards, Lewie.

I recently signed up for the Sales Navigator on my LinkedIn account, hoping it would be beneficial for my industry needs. Unfortunately, it hasn't met my expectations, so I contacted customer service on 06-12-18 to cancel. However, I was charged $[redacted] for a yearly subscription. I have been unable to connect with a live representative to resolve this issue, and it's frustrating to pay for a service I can't use. I received a message that someone would contact me, but it's been three days with no response. Please address this promptly, as I have no need for the Sales Navigator in my industry. Could someone please reach out to me for assistance?

Hello, I am Adish Appayya and I believe my account has been compromised by someone I interacted with recently. Last week, a person named Lilian Kaudeer, who I suspect might be responsible, shared a job application link with me. Strangely, when I attempted to access my Linkedin account later, I noticed that her name had changed to Lilian Appayya, which is my last name. I am unable to log in now, and it appears that my profile has been deleted as my friends cannot locate me on their contact lists. The Linkedin account linked to my name is under Adish Appayya, where I hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Forges Tardieu. There seem to be multiple accounts with the same name, but I have not created them. The associated email address for my Linkedin is [redacted], and my phone number in Mauritius is +[redacted] 58 27 40 04. Best regards

I work as an accountant and rarely use LinkedIn. A client shared links to their and their associates' accounts for me to view. However, I encountered an error message stating the page was not available. When I tried to log in, it still was not accessible. I then requested a password reset but now the system is asking for verification, indicating the account may have been suspended, possibly due to hacking. I have tried to submit my driver's license twice in varying resolutions, but it has not been accepted. I am hesitant to provide my passport details for security reasons. My account is linked to [redacted] I would like this matter resolved promptly or have the account closed and my subscription refunded. You can contact me at +[redacted]7.

As an accountant, I use LinkedIn infrequently. A client shared links to their and their associates' accounts for me to review. Upon my attempt to view them, I received a message that the pages were not available. Subsequently, I tried to log in and encountered the same issue. I then requested a password reset and faced verification requirements, hinting at a possible suspension due to suspicious activity. Despite submitting my driver's license twice in varying resolutions, it has not been accepted. Reluctant to provide my passport details, I'm hesitant to trust your system or any tech platform to that extent. My account is associated with the email [redacted] Please address this promptly, or I would appreciate the account closure and a refund of my subscription fees.

I recently received a message on LinkedIn from a close acquaintance, alerting them to potential hacking because of a suspicious job offer. Seeking guidance on how to proceed, I plan to bring this matter to the attention of either my bank or law enforcement, or both. I possess all the emails and text messages exchanged with the individual in question. Timing is crucial, and I aim to address this swiftly while avoiding alarming the other party.

I recently discovered I was charged for LinkedIn premium features for the past 4 months unknowingly. I don't recall signing up for this service and presume it might have been a continuation from a free trial. I haven't utilized any of the premium features, evidenced by my account activity. There was no notification about the charges, and I wasn't informed about being a premium user. This situation seems like a deceitful method to make users unknowingly pay for a service. Being a student, I can't afford to lose money on unused services, so I'm seeking a full refund for these past months.

I have previously created multiple accounts on LinkedIn, but now I am eager to utilize this platform for professional purposes. My primary account is linked to the email address: [redacted] I am having trouble identifying the other email addresses associated with my additional accounts, except for [redacted], which I am in the process of verifying my identity with a passport to regain access and delete this account. There are two more accounts that I am unable to locate the email addresses for, despite trying all the ones I remember. It is imperative to me that these accounts get deleted, as it can be confusing for individuals trying to connect with me professionally. I previously worked for One Group in Sydney and Newcastle, as well as Thermomix. Thank you for your assistance, Natalie Stackhouse

My LinkedIn account is currently restricted for what I believe are multiple User Agreement violations. However, I have maintained only one account for the past two years and have nearly 11,[redacted] connections within the LinkedIn professional network. If my account remains restricted, I risk losing all the contacts I have made. I kindly request the removal of the restriction on my account to preserve these valuable connections. LinkedIn is a crucial platform for my professional career, and I have dedicated a significant amount of time over the past two years to build over 10,[redacted] connections. I hope to resolve this matter promptly to continue fostering a long-term relationship with LinkedIn. You can reach me at my email address, [redacted] Thank you, Lalitha Sravani

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my account being restricted. My email is [redacted] I am unsure why my account is restricted and the system is requesting my driver's license. I am reluctant to provide personal information like this online as it poses a security risk. It surprises me that LinkedIn would ask for such sensitive data compromising PII security. I was helping a friend set up a profile that wasn't live yet when she used my picture, causing her beta profile to be removed and my account to be restricted. My profile name is Renee Gould. Can anyone help me with [redacted]? Thanks.

One of my employees inadvertently subscribed to LinkedIn Premium on our account, but we found it unhelpful, so we promptly canceled. However, I recently discovered that LinkedIn has been charging our business monthly despite our cancellation. I am extremely disappointed as their policy claims no charges upon cancellation. I am seeking a refund for all the months they charged us, considering we never utilized the premium services. This dishonest practice is unacceptable, and judging by the number of similar complaints, it seems common. I request an immediate refund; otherwise, I will be forced to dispute the charges with American Express. You can reach me at [redacted] for assistance. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. - Lonni Paul

My account has been compromised, and it appears to be sending unauthorized invites to my contacts. One of my friends received a suspicious email from me, which I never sent. When she clicked on the link labeled "View Invitation," it redirected to a login page under the name Joan David, with the password field left blank. I did not enter my password. I am unable to find LinkedIn's contact information. This seems suspicious, and I intend to escalate this issue to the State Attorney General. I urgently need LinkedIn to provide me with their contact details and guidance on resolving the hacking problem. I have saved this message for forwarding to the State Attorney General and BBB. I am anxiously waiting for your prompt assistance. I am uncertain if this website is authentic.

My husband's LinkedIn account is showing a temporary restriction message and we have not made any changes to the username or password. After contacting Shane B. from LinkedIn and receiving general reasons for account restrictions, we are informed to appeal the case for review. The potential reasons for account restrictions listed include excessive page views, violations in the profile name, inappropriate or illegal activity, abusive behavior, or suspicion of hacking. Despite following up with LinkedIn and receiving an email stating that the issue is closed, we are unsure about the resolution. What steps can we take to resolve this issue and restore my husband's LinkedIn account?

My account has been compromised, and invitations are being sent without my knowledge. A friend shared an email supposedly from me, but when I clicked on it, it redirected me to a suspicious login screen with the name "Joan David." LinkedIn does not provide direct contact information, which makes me doubt the legitimacy of this situation. I intend to escalate this issue to the State Attorney General and urgently require LinkedIn to address this security breach and provide assistance on resolving the hacking incident. The trustworthiness of the LinkedIn platform is now in question, and I am anxiously awaiting their response and hoping for a resolution.

I contacted you a few days ago regarding my restricted account. Despite paying for premium, I rarely use the features, and yet I couldn't log in recently to look someone up. After changing my password, I was prompted to verify my identity due to the restriction. While I uploaded my driver's license, it was rejected, insisting on a passport. I am unwilling to provide a passport and have received no response from your team. The premium subscription is deducted from my card automatically, but I am considering asking my bank to stop these payments due to the lack of assistance. Contacting you without any resolution or response is frustrating, especially since I cannot speak to a direct representative in Australia. The customer service approach is quite disheartening. If this matter is not addressed promptly, I will have to take further action, possibly involving relevant authorities. Kindly erase any information you have about me if this matter remains unresolved.

Good afternoon, I am contacting you regarding our company's profile page. We recently discovered an unauthorized job posting on our account that was created 4 days ago. No one from our team posted this job listing, and we are unsure who manages the account. I am uncertain when the profile was initially set up, but after checking my work email, I found LinkedIn invitation emails dating back to [redacted]. I tried to recover a potential forgotten account by entering my work email in the "forgot password" section, but no associated account was found. I am unsure who is currently in control of the Dorilton Capital profile and how my work email was linked to it. Any help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. Best regards, C.B.
