Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Derek Leijten, with an original LinkedIn account holding over [redacted] connections. Surprisingly, I discovered a second active LinkedIn account associated with the same email address ([redacted]) but with only 4 connections, of which I was unaware.
In trying to delete the second account today, I mistakenly deleted my primary LinkedIn account with [redacted]+ connections instead. It appears that due to the existence of the second account, I am unable to recover my deleted original account with the extensive connections. I understand that it is possible to recover a deleted LinkedIn account within 20 days of closure, but I cannot locate my primary account with [redacted]+ connections.
I kindly request your assistance in recovering my vital LinkedIn account. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Derek Leijten

Hello,
I want to report an issue with my LinkedIn accounts. Initially, I used my work email, [redacted], but it got temporarily restricted due to suspected hacking. Recently, I created a new account using my personal email, [redacted], and it has also been temporarily restricted. Despite my attempts to reset the password and provide a photo of my driver's license for verification, the issue persists. Since I will be leaving my current job soon and actively job hunting, I kindly request the restriction on my Gmail-associated profile be lifted. Additionally, I am unable to access my old work account and would like it to be deleted if possible. I am willing to resend my driver's license for verification purposes if needed.
Thank you,
-Mark Ginbey

I am a member of a LinkedIn group with approximately 6,[redacted] members. Yesterday, I sent connection invitations along with personalized notes to around 10 group members, and today I sent invitations to about 20 more. I am disappointed to find out that LinkedIn deleted all of the connection requests I sent today, undoing the two hours of effort I put in. My "sent invitations" tab now shows only 18 invitations, which is the same number as yesterday. Additionally, it seems like LinkedIn rolled back some of the connections I had successfully made, making it appear as if the invites are still pending. This issue is frustrating and confusing as I was genuinely trying to network with fellow fraternity brothers from across the country. I hope there is a way to recover the deleted connection requests or prevent this from occurring in the future.

I am updating the LinkedIn accounts of Energize STW. There are three accounts linked to the company: one as a person and two as business/company pages. I have access to two accounts, but the third was set up by a temporary staff member covering a maternity leave post. I have tried to contact the person who created the account with no success. Can someone delete the LinkedIn account named "ENERGIZE SHROPSHIRE TELFORD AND WREKIN"? It has 14 followers but is not used by the company and needs to be removed.

I've been retired for some time now and haven't visited my LinkedIn account in several months, maybe even more than a year. On May 13, [redacted], I noticed a renewal fee for the Business Premium service appearing on my American Express Card, ending in 3-[redacted]. I would like to request a refund and switch my LinkedIn account to the free version. I reached out to what I believed was LinkedIn customer service at [redacted]. However, they asked for $29.99 to assist with the refund process, which made me uneasy. There was also a PayPal charge linked to India that raised concerns. Could you verify if this number and charge are actually associated with LinkedIn? Additionally, is there a more direct way for me to apply for a refund? Thank you. You can contact me via email at [redacted] - Gordon McAlister

I am experiencing a billing issue and need assistance. I had purchased a Recruiter Lite subscription to post all my jobs. After upgrading, I noticed that one job posting from my regular profile disappeared, so I recreated it in Recruiter Lite. Even after canceling the subscription weeks later, I discovered the job was still active on my regular profile. I promptly canceled the subscription but recently received a bill for $[redacted] for that particular posting, which I couldn't access. I am seeking a refund for this charge. Thank you for your help!

Hello, Recently, we received a call from another company sharing our business name. They informed us that our job descriptions were appearing on LinkedIn with their logo displayed. Interestingly, we had never posted our job listings on LinkedIn. Upon investigation, we discovered that four of our old job descriptions, originally only on our website, were now on LinkedIn with the other company's logo. Moreover, these listings seem to refresh automatically, with one indicating it was posted four weeks ago. We are concerned about how this is occurring. I have checked the Admin rights for our page, and none of the four individuals with access posted these listings. Additionally, I noticed some current and past employees listed as Recruiter Posters awaiting confirmation, so I removed them as a precaution. Clicking on "See all 65 employees on LinkedIn" directed me to a mix of past and present employees, with some unfamiliar names alongside job descriptions. This discrepancy raises suspicion on the source of the issue. I am unsure how these accounts were generated. They vary in format and include names such as LinkedIn Member (President at Goebel), LinkedIn Member (Project Coordinator at Goebel), LinkedIn Member (Machinist/Fab Shop at Goebel), LinkedIn Member (-- US), LinkedIn Member (Woodworker), LinkedIn Member (ENGINEER at GOEBEL FIXTURE CO.), LinkedIn Member (Maintenance Foreman at Goebel Fixture Co.), and around 20 more. I could provide screenshots of these occurrences. One of these profiles even includes a picture that I cannot access. Any assistance in resolving this issue and removing these unauthorized accounts would be appreciated.

While reviewing my bank statements, I discovered charges totaling $59.99 for the past 3 months due to a subscription I was unaware of. I am seeking a refund for all these charges and would like my credit card information removed from the site immediately. I last logged in about 3 months ago and only updated my profile picture. I have no recollection of providing my credit card information during that time. Despite leaving a message with support, I have not received a response, and I urgently require a resolution to this matter. I rarely use this site and my patience is running thin. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to delete my profile and escalate the problem with my bank.

I am seeking assistance to cancel my premium subscription, which I activated via iTunes on my Apple device for a free trial on April 8, [redacted]. Shortly after, my phone became unusable due to damage, forcing me to sell it. Consequently, I was unable to cancel the subscription before the trial period ended, resulting in charges of INR 1,[redacted].00 on May 8, [redacted], debited from my linked credit card.
Despite attempting to cancel the subscription from an Android device, I was unsuccessful. The premium charges were once again deducted on June 8, [redacted]. As I am not an active user and have not utilized the premium benefits, I kindly request a review of my profile and cancellation of the premium subscription. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance in processing a refund for the deducted amount.

Several years ago, I created an account and upgraded it for a 2-year period while job hunting. However, when I click on the "forgot my password" link, it says the email is not found. Dear LinkedIn Customer Services,
I have reached the maximum limit of 30,[redacted] connections on my account, but there are still [redacted] pending connections waiting for approval. Unfortunately, I am unable to add more connections due to this limit.
Is there a possibility of increasing the maximum allowable connections above 30,[redacted]? I am currently recruiting new talents for my growing company, and it would be extremely helpful.
I prefer not to create a new account, merge its connections with my current one, and potentially delete it later, as I came across various articles online suggesting this as a solution.
Thank you for your attention to my issue. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
A.H.
