Hello, I've previously reached out to LinkedIn but unfortunately did not receive a response. I currently have an active account, but I seem to have forgotten my password. Resetting it has been a challenge as the email address linked to the account is no longer in use. When attempting to add a new email address, the system requires confirmation from the original email address I no longer have access to. Furthermore, the phone number associated with the account is also obsolete. Reaching out to LinkedIn's helpdesk has not been fruitful. It is crucial for my job that I maintain my LinkedIn account without losing any connections. I am hopeful that you can provide the necessary assistance this time. Thank you for your prompt response. Best regards, Aliisa

We would like to cancel our job posting subscription that was initiated on 29-05-[redacted]. The job title is Pay Per Click/Search Engine Marketing (PPC/SEM Executive). We are experiencing difficulty finding the option to cancel the subscription on LinkedIn, even though it was mentioned that we could cancel it at any time if we were unsatisfied with the applications, which we find unprofessional. We request LinkedIn to address this issue promptly and avoid any further charges for the subscription. For more information, please reach out to us at +91 0[redacted] / +91 [redacted] / +91 [redacted] or email us at [redacted]; [redacted]

I discovered unauthorized access to my account and contacted customer service. They informed me about a temporary restriction on my account due to suspicious activity. Following their instructions, I completed a LinkedIn Member Identity Verification form to regain access. Subsequently, my account was restored. Unfortunately, it seems that my contacts received automated messages supposedly from Field Agent Inc. advertising a part-time job opportunity with a registration link - likely a scam to acquire personal information. I am concerned about how my email was accessed and how to prevent further unauthorized emails being sent from my account. I have a screenshot of the message for reference.

My efforts to enhance my privacy have been extensive, therefore, I urge you to promptly delete any private information connected to my profile. Your cooperation in deleting all traces of my outdated account, including personal details, is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Adam Proll

I registered on LinkedIn years ago with the email addresses [redacted] or [redacted] I have forgotten my password since I had it saved for so long. As The Limited is no longer in business, I would like to update my email address and reset my password. My name is Darlene Blair-Wade, Director of Eddie Bauer now. Could someone assist me with this change so I do not lose my data? During a recent account update with my HR team, I predicted that I might get locked out due to my forgotten password, and it happened as expected. You can reach me at [redacted], which was also my number at The Limited. Thank you, Darlene Blair-Wade.

In March, I signed up for a free trial of LinkedIN's recruiter service to evaluate its potential benefits for my company. After briefly exploring the website, I realized it did not suit our needs and did not engage in any job postings. I was away on business throughout April and upon my return, I discovered that LinkedIN had charged me $1,[redacted] for a year's subscription. As an individual without the ability to benefit from the service, I am willing to pay for the period after the trial ended but before my cancellation in April. I believe being charged for the entire year, when I did not actively use the service, is unjust given the circumstances.

I had a concerning experience with an individual named Chris T. David on LinkedIn. Initially discussing job opportunities, the conversation took an unprofessional turn with inappropriate comments about my appearance and age. I tried to block Chris, but it seems he had already blocked me. I suspect his profile may be a scam and request an email confirmation once he is blocked from contacting me. I intend to report his behavior professionally to LinkedIn and other relevant platforms addressing workplace harassment. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I am a colleague at Empowered Hospitality, and I manage the LinkedIn accounts for both myself (Candice Rubins) and our client Robert Siegmann. I have encountered significant challenges while handling job postings on these accounts and trying to get in touch with your team for assistance. The budget exceeded the planned cost as I attempted to close a post on Robert Siegmann's LinkedIn account on the same day as my closing, leading to escalating expenses. Despite multiple attempts through phone calls and emails, I have not received a resolution. I am now seeking assistance on this forum. Kindly review the invoices numbered [redacted] and [redacted] to consider issuing a partial credit due to the mentioned issues. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Best, Candice Rubins

I am writing to bring to your attention that my email address is [redacted] Unfortunately, my account has been restricted and I have been asked to verify my identity. I uploaded a copy of my driver's license almost 25 days ago, but my account is still in the same restricted state. I am concerned about whether it will ever be reactivated. I did not anticipate experiencing this issue with LinkedIn. Please address this matter promptly. This is my third message to the LinkedIn team, and I have not received any emails or replies regarding this issue.

There are two individuals on LinkedIn claiming to be the owners and president of Montgomery Design International, Inc., my company. I am the founder and President of the business for thirty-five years. The names to be removed are David Montgomery and Nancy Montgomery. This appears to be an identity theft attempt, and I believe LinkedIn shares some responsibility for not verifying this properly, especially when there is already a listed President for a company with the same name. Kindly address this promptly. - Gregg Montgomery, President and CEO of Montgomery Design International, Inc., Westmont, IL.

I agreed to LinkedIn's offer of a free Sales Navigator membership, but missed the email reminding me about being charged after the one-month trial. Consequently, an annual fee of $[redacted].88 was billed to my credit card. In the past, I had a Pro membership with monthly charges. Despite never logging in or using the Sales Navigator service, I was still charged. I've attempted to get in touch with LinkedIn multiple times through their website to request a refund and have submitted account review requests, but have not received any responses. I have since canceled my membership. I am hoping to get a refund for at least the 11 months of membership fees that I have paid.

Dear Sirs, I encountered a hacker allegedly named Peter Applet from Nigeria who has tampered with the information associated with Zabeel Investments. He has now deleted the account. You can verify the communication on my LinkedIn profile at linkedin.com/in/nabil-chahda-0771bb15. I recently attempted to watch tutorial videos on Microsoft Excel on LinkedIn's learning page. I noticed the free trial offer and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the content did not meet my needs, so I canceled the subscription right away. To my surprise, a charge of [redacted] euros appeared on my account, which my bank declined due to insufficient funds. I am confused by this situation since I cancelled during the trial period and was later billed. I hope a resolution can be reached to prevent any future unauthorized charges. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Subject: Issue with Verifying My LinkedIn Account Message: Hello LinkedIn Security Team, Today, when trying to log into my LinkedIn account, I received a message that my account was restricted and was prompted to verify my identity. Upon uploading a copy of my driver's license with the ID number obscured, I received an email from [redacted] stating that the ID provided was unreadable. I am unsure if this email is legitimate or a potential scam. I am concerned about sharing my ID number for verification purposes. I covered the ID number for security reasons, and all other details like my name and address are clearly visible on the license. Can you please investigate this issue promptly and lift the restriction on my account? Thank you, Rebecca J. Adams, CPA

Yesterday, I tried to merge my two accounts. Unfortunately, the wrong account disappeared, and I received an email with instructions to recover it within 20 days or 48 hours by clicking the link and signing in. I have been trying to sign in but keep getting an error message after inputting the code sent to me. Despite trying multiple times, the message persists. Now, I am unable to receive additional codes. How can I successfully recover my account? Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
