I'm Janet Nwiwagbo, a LinkedIn user. I signed up for a premium account on October 18, [redacted], as the first free month trial. After realizing I didn't need it, I cancelled between November 15 and 16 last month. I received a message confirming the successful cancellation after providing feedback. It mentioned that I would revert to a normal account once the trial period ended with a few days left of premium features.
Despite my repeated attempts to cancel, the premium features persisted. Realizing it was likely an error, I eventually stopped trying to cancel. Today, I was charged for the same premium account I had cancelled, and I am seeking a refund.
Since the cancellation was confirmed by you, I shouldn't be charged for a feature I no longer require. Please address this promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

I am having trouble changing my old employee email address. This issue has been ongoing since last June as seen in the previous attempts to solve it. Numerous users are experiencing the same problem, including not receiving verification emails to update their primary email addresses. The emails sent for verification do not seem to be reaching the new email accounts. This situation is causing inconveniences for many users, impeding their communication and job applications. It appears that despite attempts to rectify the problem, it persists, leaving users frustrated with the platform's user-friendliness. Hopefully, the technical team can address and resolve this issue promptly.

I am currently facing an issue accessing my LinkedIn account as it shows a temporary restriction. After attempting to reset my password, I received an automated email from LinkedIn addressing me as Bailey, my wife's name. Despite her having a separate account under "Bailey Kurtz" with a different email domain, it seems our accounts may be linked.
I am hesitant to provide my ID for account recovery for two reasons: Firstly, I only created an account, not a profile, and secondly, if the account is somehow connected to my wife's name, I am unsure of recovery success. I would prefer to delete the current account and create a new one or request a manual override.

I've subscribed to LinkedIn's premium service but am currently locked out of my account. I find it frustrating that I cannot access the service and have been given an unhelpful phone number with just a voicemail message. As a paying customer, I expect better support and direct communication instead of waiting for email responses. It feels deceitful to provide clients with inaccurate contact information. I hope LinkedIn addresses this issue promptly and considers providing better customer service in the future.

I was recently charged Rs 55,[redacted] for a LinkedIn premium account. This was supposed to be a trial, but I only used it once before realizing it was not needed. I did not receive any email informing me about the transition to a paid subscription, which I do not want. I have already cancelled my account and would like a refund as the service was hardly used. Additionally, LinkedIn keeps prompting me to re-confirm my email address even after I have done so multiple times. I believe this email verification issue might be related to the problem. I wanted to share my recent experience with the LinkedIn Premium subscription. When I initially signed up, I intended to explore the features and benefits of this account type.
I was under the impression that I would receive an email notification a week before my payment was due, allowing me to cancel the subscription if needed. However, I did not receive any communication from LinkedIn and was surprised to find the subscription fee charged to my account yesterday.
Although I acknowledge that I should have been more diligent about checking the payment date, I was given assurance during the setup process that I would be notified about upcoming payments. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the charges and cancellation of my subscription.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with my LinkedIn Premium subscription. Despite declining the transaction, I was charged for another year on November 25th. I received an email from LinkedIn stating that the charge was declined by my card issuer, yet the payment went through. I no longer require the Premium service as my company now covers my SalesNavigator account. I am requesting a refund for the full yearly charge, as I intentionally declined the transaction. I signed up for the free trial of Sales Navigator a few months back but didn't really use it much. I don't use LinkedIn often, so I was surprised to see a recent charge of $79.99 for the subscription. Upon checking my billing history, I realized I had been billed for the last three months.

I have been charged $[redacted] by LinkedIn for a pay-per-click ad promoting a personal assistant, but the quality of responses has been unsatisfactory. I attempted to cancel the ad today on their complex website with no confirmation. I would appreciate confirmation that the ad has been canceled and no further charges will be made.
Moreover, the lack of phone support for account management is frustrating. Navigating the website for basic tasks is impractical, and without clear instructions, customers are left confused. LinkedIn risks losing customers by not offering direct assistance like other successful companies.

Another member, Kiki Y. not in my network and I do not know falsely mentioned me in an article post. She did this four times to me and other members of the International Coach Federation Group. I commented on her post and now my comments are showing on my profile activity. I want these comments removed from my LinkedIn profile for my privacy and profile viewing.
