I am writing as L.F. Herbert, using my LinkedIn email [redacted] On 9/12/'23, I noticed a $39.99 debit from LinkedIn in my online banking transactions. My bank raised a fraud alert regarding this transaction. I want to make it clear that I did not approve this charge, and I do not wish to receive any more paid services from LinkedIn. I believe LinkedIn does not assist significantly in job searches due to the high competition for each position, rendering it as useful as buying lottery tickets.
I request confirmation that LinkedIn will reverse the $39.99 charge to my United Bank account. Failure to respond within 24 hours or refusal to refund the full amount will lead me to dispute this charge with my bank and credit card company.

I have been a LinkedIn user for several years. I strive to share posts that provide value and entertainment to others while adhering to community guidelines. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with my accounts being blocked. My first account, with over 20,[redacted] connections, was blocked last year. Subsequently, my second account, which also had over 32,[redacted] followers and 16,[redacted] connections, faced the same fate. I then created a third account and a page, only to have them blocked within a few days.

I had a Gmail account previously, which I closed. Now I have a new LinkedIn account with my phone number. When trying to add my previous email address, I keep receiving an error message saying, 'We were unable to handle your request. Please try again.' On July 25 at 02:00 EDT, I received an email notifying me of a new email account being added to my LinkedIn from Europe, possibly Latvia. Shortly after, I received another email stating that two-factor authentication was added while I was asleep. These messages went unnoticed until I logged on at 10:00. Despite following LinkedIn's instructions to undo the changes, it was too late as everything had been altered.
I am seeking the restoration of my original account with [redacted]+ connections registered to [redacted], as it appears to have vanished. In my attempt to recover my account, I unintentionally created a new one with the same email address. It is my suggestion that users should have a 24-hour window to reject significant changes to their account settings to prevent exploitation due to time zone disparities.
