I had been using LinkedIn without any issues for almost a year. However, upon returning to Germany from Indonesia, my profile was suddenly restricted and required a passport verification. Since my trip at the end of August, I have been unable to access my account. I tried to log in, but was asked to provide documents to prove my identity. I have two profiles and attempted to cancel the [redacted] account. I want to transition the email to my work LinkedIn as my last day at FOX is approaching. I prefer to maintain the account with my work email [redacted] because it contains my latest information. However, once I leave FOX, my dhelisek email will become inactive. Consequently, I closed the [redacted] account and updated the profile with [redacted] under dhelisek. Currently, both accounts are restricted. I have already submitted my valid driver's license to the company multiple times, but it has been rejected twice. Please resolve this issue promptly.
