Hello, I am unable to access my account because it is asking for a password that is sent to an email address that I no longer have access to. I used to work for the company where I created the account, so I can't enter the code that was sent. My name is David Dusautoir. Hello LinkedIn Support Team, I am unable to access my account linked to a person named Althea Williams. Recently, I encountered a two-step verification prompt upon logging in, even though I did not set this up. I reached out to LinkedIn customer support and was provided with a case ID: [redacted]58. Subsequently, I have been consistently redirected to a verification screen prompting me for a code under the name Althea whenever I click on any LinkedIn link. Dear LinkedIn Support, My profile was hacked on August 4th, and I am unable to access it using my email and password. When attempting to reset my password, a code is sent to a phone number that does not belong to me. I suspect the hacker added their phone number to my profile. Il est logique que tout changement radical sur mon compte, passant du français au chinois, de Grenoble à Singapour avec un changement de nom mais pas d'image, soit considéré comme une fraude. We are looking to create a company profile for our business "Effizienzschmiede GmbH". Upon attempting to set it up, we encountered an issue where the URL linked to the company's LinkedIn page, "LinkedIn.com/company/effizienzschmiede-gmbh", is already in use by a different company "enexo", which is not affiliated with us. Despite contacting them to remove the link as per instructions, they were unable to do so as they cannot see it on their end. My account got restricted. I sent in my identification document for verification, and I got an email stating that my account violated LinkedIn's terms of service. I appealed, but it was denied, and now my account is permanently restricted. I barely used the account. The platform's categories were a bit confusing for me, so I was searching online for clarification on fields like 'Headline', 'Current Position', and 'Employment Type'. While creating my profile and checking others for inspiration, my account got unexpectedly locked. I followed the steps to verify my identity by providing my Driver's License. Today, on 09/02/23, I received an email stating that my account has been permanently restricted for violating LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, without specifying the exact breach. As someone unfamiliar with social media, I wonder if I unintentionally made an error while filling out my profile. I am not sure if my location in Japan or career change from teaching to educational roles played a role in this issue. I am keen on understanding what went wrong and appealing this decision as I did not knowingly break any rules. My LinkedIn account was compromised a month ago. Someone stole my password and altered both the main email address and password. The hacker changed the account name and deleted all my posts. I have attempted to reach out to LinkedIn but have not received a response. The only communication I got from them was a message instructing me to sign in again, but I couldn't do that as the password was changed by the hacker. It appears that my account may have been deleted due to reports, but I am uncertain. I am very distressed and I am eager to recover my account and information. My account was under the name "Javier Sánchez Montes" with the email address "[redacted]".

I am experiencing a lot of frustration with your system. I am a Vice President of a company with 50 employees, currently trying to recruit for a physician assistant position. Despite entering all the necessary details, I am unable to finalize the process. Each time, I reach the final step, it requests a verification code which I have tried to input over 50 times in the last three days. Hello, I recently tried out the LinkedIn Sales Navigator for free and noticed that I have been charged over [redacted]. I did not receive any information about when my trial membership would end. Considering the high price, I would have appreciated knowing more details. At present, I cannot afford to spend this money, which is why I wanted to test the free version, assuming that I would need to confirm the Premium version. Could you please refund the amount? I don't use the Sales Navigator as I am not looking for leads but am searching for a job. My account got restricted because I had trouble with the puzzle multiple times. I was already frustrated at work, and my mistakes only made it worse, causing me to overlook the instructions. Now, when attempting to verify, I'm being told my email is invalid (which it isn't), so I had to submit a government ID. I simply need assistance with the verification process so I can resume my job search. Thank you.
