Hello LinkedIn Team, My account has been restricted, and I no longer have access. I was informed via email on 07/11/23 that a ticket was created under Reference # [redacted]31 to restore my access, but it was unsuccessful. I noticed there might be two accounts. One account with my name Tamara Beyer from Oberhaching, which has no picture or followers, can be deleted. On June 30, [redacted], I received a security notification about a new email added to my LinkedIn account. When I clicked the verification link, I was unexpectedly redirected to the login page. My account was compromised, and the original account under my name, Kaushiki Pandey, was changed to Pragya Shukla by a potential hacker. The unauthorized email added was [redacted], differing from my genuine email [redacted] Despite my efforts to login, I have been unable to access my account. It seems to be a form of denial-of-service (DOS) attack coupled with cyber identity theft, as my profile details are intact, excluding inaccurate changes like my location to Norway and fake job experiences with Avalon Organics. To continue my job search, I created alternative accounts at [redacted] and [redacted] Unfortunately, both were temporarily restricted (Reference #[redacted]21 and Reference #[redacted]42). I seek assistance in reclaiming my original account under [redacted], as these restrictions are hindering my professional endeavors.

Hello, I made an error signing up for Linkedin Premium Sales Navigator as an individual, not a company. The subscription cost is burdensome, leading to financial strain as my bank account is now in the negative. Recently, I was unwell, which is why I didn't contact you sooner. I opted for Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) direct debit, and I'm still within the eight-week timeframe from when my account was charged. I kindly request a refund of [redacted].95 euros for Linkedin account [redacted] to be credited back to my bank account promptly. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could withdraw my Sales Navigator "Privileges" immediately. I have an old account that I can't remember the password for. I received an email stating that someone in France tried to access my account on Aug 16th. I attempted to reset the password but was asked to verify my identity by downloading my ID, which I'm hesitant to provide. I'm looking for guidance on how to update my account details since I no longer use it, to prevent identity theft. It's unfortunate that there isn't a phone number for assistance in situations like this.

I believe there has been a mistake with the restriction of my LinkedIn account. I do not use any third-party software or browser extensions to access my account. This is my genuine account with my authentic profile, and I do not engage in any automated activities through external software on the platform. I am unsure of the reason behind my account restriction and I am unable to investigate as I cannot log in. I primarily use Chrome for accessing my account; could this be the issue as it is a third-party program? Hello, I have had a LinkedIn account for a while, but I am unable to log in using my current email address. Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my LinkedIn account. When attempting to reset my password, I receive the following message: "You can only change your password from a recognized device. This is because the phone number you used for two-step verification has been added by another member, so we cannot send codes to that number anymore. If you don’t have access to a recognized device, please contact Customer Support." This problem arose when I noticed someone else's name displaying when I tried to log in. I now cannot remember my password and am unable to reset it due to this error. Additionally, this other individual has added their educational background information, which I cannot delete. Hello, I'm concerned because my LinkedIn account has been hacked. The hacker removed my email and password, making it impossible for me to retrieve my account. They used their own phone number to bypass security measures. I received two emails detailing the location, browser information, and the 4-digit mobile number they used to change my email and password successfully. I await your response eagerly. I need help with recovering my LinkedIn account. I provided my national ID for verification, but my account is still restricted. I am sure I have not violated any of their policies. Despite reaching out to them through email multiple times, my case has not been reviewed. I have not received any warnings, despite being a loyal user for 6 years. I registered on Linkedin the week of 8/14 after graduating from university in May, eager to explore job opportunities. On 8/19, my account was unexpectedly flagged, requesting additional identification. I promptly submitted images of my driver's license as requested. However, on 8/22, I received an email informing me that my account breached LinkedIn's policies, resulting in a permanent restriction, despite my genuine attempts to comply. In response, I created a new account and reached out to support on the same day. Frustratingly, my new account has faced a similar flagging issue, and I am now awaiting a resolution to my support ticket. Feeling at a loss, I'm unsure how to proceed. I have recently inherited a non-profit organization named Surf For Life. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the old account which is still active. The previous administrator listed is no longer available. The account still has followers, and I would like to retain them rather than deleting the account. Without the sign-in credentials, I am unsure how to proceed. Creating a new account with the same name is not an option as it would lead to duplicate accounts. Dear Sir or Madam, We are facing difficulties logging into our LinkedIn account as the verification process with a passport, driver's license, or ID is not possible. Initially, the account was created for our IT department without realizing there is a separate registration process for the Business sector. The first name "IT" and last name "Support" were used to avoid linking the account to a specific employee. Should an employee connected to the IT department's LinkedIn account leave the company, it creates an issue. Since IT Support is not a natural person, verifying the account with the provided documents is not feasible. We would like to regain access to our account for which we have been making payments via credit card. Please assist us in restoring the account or converting it so we can resume using it. I have recently created two accounts, both of which have been restricted. I'm unsure of the reason as the first account was set up two weeks ago and the second just a day ago. I haven't engaged in any suspicious activities. Surprisingly, I have not received any emails about the restrictions. Although I provided a picture of my passport for identity verification, it has been a while since I submitted it. I urgently require access to my accounts.
