Hello, I would like to bring up an issue I experienced with my complimentary premium subscription. Regrettably, I was unable to cancel it prior to the new billing cycle starting because I was using my phone instead of a computer. Since I didn't have access to a computer then, I had to cancel the subscription after the initial billing period had passed. I terminated the subscription just two days after the billing cycle had ended, and I hadn't utilized any of the premium features during this brief period. I am currently unable to access my LinkedIn account. Despite trying various methods, I remain locked out. The one-time sign-in link provided does not work, and the password reset function is displaying an error message. Additionally, the retrieval email linked to my account has not been used in over seven years. I am disappointed by the lack of available human support to assist me with this issue, especially considering my premium membership status. These technical difficulties are quite frustrating.

I suddenly found my account restricted, notified of a violation of a community standard. Not being an active poster, I am unaware of any such violation. After verifying my identity with my driver's license, I was promptly denied with no explanation. Despite reaching out to LinkedIn for help, I have yet to receive a response and do not anticipate one.

My account has been restricted, and I am eager to regain access. When attempting the security check to unlock my account, I immediately received a message stating my account has been permanently restricted. I am surprised at how quickly they processed my identity verification. The case reference number is [redacted]49. On 08/04/[redacted], when I tried to access my LinkedIn account, I was prompted to complete a verification process by solving a puzzle to confirm I am a real person. Subsequently, I received a message indicating that the password I entered was incorrect, leading to the temporary restriction of my account. To restore access, I have submitted my US Passport for identity verification. Though my passport shows my first name as Abbas, I am commonly known as Alex on my LinkedIn profile. I am awaiting further contact from customer support regarding the status of the access restriction.

I have two accounts on LinkedIn: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] I deleted the first account, but it is still showing on Google. Please remove it entirely! For the second time, I have been blocked and cannot log in, even though I have submitted my ID twice. I am about to make a payment for Sales Generator through this account!
