Hello, I wanted to try a monthly subscription to LinkedIn Premium with a trial period. I accidentally selected the annual subscription (from September 7, [redacted], to September 7, [redacted]) and my account was charged XOF [redacted],[redacted] on the same day. This isn't the first time I've subscribed to a monthly subscription on LinkedIn Premium with a trial period. I have canceled the subscription and kindly request a refund of the mentioned amount. I am also open to other suggestions to resolve this issue, as this money is intended for other very important purposes. I look forward to a favorable response to my request. Best regards, Fatou K.

I am experiencing difficulties accessing LinkedIn courses due to an error message displaying on the LinkedIn page. The error message says, "Oops! It's not you. It's us. Give it another try, please. Try again.” We have attempted various troubleshooting steps. Firstly, LinkedIn was reconfigured from the beginning following an application update to see if this would resolve the issue. Additionally, we followed a guideline to correct the LinkedIn host on the LinkedIn side and reactivated the integration as suggested. Furthermore, Oracle proposed several modifications which were implemented, followed by further testing with support. Despite these efforts, the error persists, preventing access to the courses from Oracle as it has been since the problem arose.

Dear LinkedIn Support Team, I recently created a LinkedIn account named HR IRA. I also purchased a job posting budget and posted two jobs on behalf of my company, IRA Technologies Pvt. Hi LinkedIn, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out in hopes that you can assist me with a recent issue. I had initially signed up for a 1-month free trial of your service, and upon trying to cancel it last month, I was offered another free trial, which I accepted even though I had not utilized the platform much. Being an actor, I found that LinkedIn did not cater to my needs professionally, and the Sales Navigator feature was of no use to me. To my dismay, I recently noticed a charge of £69.98 on my bank statement, causing an overdraft. I acknowledge my oversight in not canceling earlier, but I kindly request a refund for this transaction due to my minimal usage of the service. I attempted to close and merge two accounts due to an error made by my new company. However, I keep receiving an error message stating that the account cannot be closed yet since something needs to be resolved first. The message advises me to sign into the account and address any outstanding issues before trying to merge them again. Hello. I am reaching out regarding the recent renewal of my Premium account for another year, which coincidentally happened on the same day I intended to cancel it. I am kindly requesting a full or partial refund of the charge. Regrettably, I have lost a significant client due to the economic situation in my country, and I am also faced with medical expenses relating to recent Covid-19 family issues. Furthermore, the charge in Brazilian Real has been considerably high due to the currency devaluation. Hello, I, Hemanth Ramaiah, signed up for LinkedIn Learning on November 6, [redacted]. I used the service sparingly for a few months and then canceled my subscription (I do not remember the exact month) when I realized I wasn't utilizing LinkedIn Learning regularly. I mistakenly assumed the subscription was canceled and did not check my bank statements for any further premium charges. However, I recently discovered that premiums have been debited continuously from November [redacted] until now. I had organized a live event on LinkedIn using Streamyard for today at 11:00 AM Swiss time. I had promoted it under the hashtag #GlobalRidersLive. However, LinkedIn removed the live function and stories unexpectedly after I had set up the live via Streamyard. I have 5,[redacted] followers on LinkedIn and I am an active poster. I am hoping for a solution to reactivate my live event within the next 90 minutes.

Hello, I am Lakshay Handa, and I have a LinkedIn account linked to my email address [redacted] My account was hacked, and I reported the issue. After resetting my password, I encountered a pop-up notifying me that my account was restricted. Despite not knowing the reason for the restriction, I complied with the request to upload my ID. Unfortunately, LinkedIn responded that my account was permanently restricted due to suspicious activities. Due to the recurrent hacking incidents, I am unaware of the activities that occurred during those times. I have taken measures to prevent future breaches by using a dedicated managing app for my accounts. As LinkedIn plays a vital role in the corporate world and my job search, I kindly request your assistance. I was about to upgrade to LinkedIn Premium today. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking a refund for unauthorized charges on my bank statement by LinkedIn. Despite canceling in [redacted] due to finding a job and subsequent back injury, LinkedIn charged me $29.99 on several occasions (9-20-21, 8-18-21, 7-19-21, and 6-18-21). I did not use the service during this time. Although I received a free premium offer in May [redacted], I did not realize it required a credit card, going against my practice. I plan to use LinkedIn Premium once my back heals, and request the accrued charges be held on credit. I find it challenging to contact LinkedIn directly, hence why I'm seeking resolution here. Your statement on the website regarding the non-refundable nature of the LinkedIn premium is invalid under EU consumer protection regulations due to the lack of compliance. I am disappointed by the unprofessional handling of this matter and find it unacceptable. I had contemplated retaining the premium membership, but your actions have led me to reconsider.
