I utilized recruiting software to enhance my LinkedIn search. Unfortunately, LinkedIn restricted my account without any prior warning. Despite reaching out multiple times over the past 3-4 days, I have not received any response. I even attempted to seek assistance from @LinkedInHelp on Twitter, but to no avail. The lack of communication from LinkedIn is concerning. As this is my company account, I am eager to regain access promptly. I have made earnest efforts in resolving this issue. I noticed an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account for a LinkedIn premium service that I did not purchase. I have never wanted to pay for any LinkedIn service, and I cannot afford this unexpected CAD [redacted] charge. Despite my attempts to reach out to LinkedIn, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I have already contacted PayPal and BMO, my bank, but they advised me to contact you for further assistance. I do not have any record of purchasing or using any services related to this charge, and I strongly believe this is an error.

My account is closed due to an infraction. They require me to verify my identity, but I am uncomfortable sending sensitive documents like my passport or driver's license. I believe there must be alternative methods to confirm my identity. This situation arises whenever I express opinions they disagree with, and they challenge me to prove it's really me. I am open to verification procedures but hesitant to share personal information with a social media platform that restricts free speech. Can anyone suggest different ways to address this issue?

While I was using LinkedIn last night, I was abruptly logged out of my account while in the middle of a conversation. Upon logging back in, I discovered that someone had been sending messages from my account requesting direct payments to my credit card, indicating that my account had been hacked. After promptly changing my password and enabling two-factor authentication, I found myself stuck in a loop trying to resolve the issue. Eventually, I managed to report the hacking incident to LinkedIn's customer service, only to be asked for ID documentation by an individual named Jordan. Despite providing the necessary documents, my account was unexpectedly blocked, and I was instructed to provide the ID again in a different format. As a Premium customer, the lack of communication and swift resolution is concerning, especially as my profile's absence may affect my SEO. It's frustrating that I am facing penalties for a LinkedIn data breach, given my clean history with the platform. The fact that I can only reach customer service through the locked site adds to the dilemma.

Dear support team, I am facing difficulties contacting LinkedIn regarding issues with my hacked account. Following the provided guidance, I attempted to reactivate my account by changing all altered information back to its original state. Despite saving the changes, upon revisiting my account, it appears to be deactivated again. The issue I am facing is that I am unable to recall my old email address and password to close or delete the account, specifically to remove my old photo. This photo still appears when I search my name on Google, causing me some distress. I have since created a new account that I am taking more seriously. I am in need of help to secure my online content due to a harassment situation. I require my LinkedIn profile to be visible only to my connections and not to Premium members. The blocking feature is not effective for me, so I need to conceal all my content except to those I have accepted as connections. It is crucial for my safety as I re-enter the workplace after a distressing experience. My name should not appear in search results, and my recommendations should only be visible to accepted connections. I need to be invisible to everyone except connections I initiate contact with to protect myself from ongoing harassment, including various forms of cyberbullying and identity theft. Periodically, the system mistakenly flags me as a robot or program, resulting in my account being temporarily frozen. I assure you that I am a real user and not a program. Good morning, I am writing this email because I have a critical question about two charges that have been made to me. I am sure that I used my trial period and then I deleted my LinkedIn Premium before it expired. However, I don't know why the premium subscription wasn't canceled. Without using LinkedIn, I received two charges. The first charge was on 18/06/[redacted], and the second was on 26/07/[redacted]. I am certain that I deleted this service before this period, and I don't understand why the system didn't work with my indication and didn't register my change. I recently received a message from a recruiter named Oh Si Hui, who claimed to be contacting me on behalf of "Catherine Van" regarding a potential business deal. Catherine did not have a LinkedIn profile and asked to be contacted via her Outlook email. After reaching out to Catherine, she explained that she worked at Den Danske Bank and offered to split assets from a deceased customer, with me receiving 40%. Upon investigating, I discovered Catherine does work at Den Danske Bank and has a LinkedIn profile, so the person contacting me may not have been legitimate. I reported the incident to LinkedIn, but they did not find any issues. Unfortunately, I couldn't provide all the details via their reporting system. This forum is where I am seeking further advice on this situation involving Oh Si Hui and Catherine.

Hello, A few days ago, my husband tried to access some free training on LinkedIn and was asked to provide card details. Unfortunately, it seems he used my credit card information for this. An initial charge of 2 INR was made and then promptly reversed. However, later on, my card was debited [redacted] INR without our knowledge. My husband confirmed he did not make any such purchase. Hi, I'm struggling to figure out how to send an email to LinkedIn. It's not easy to find, and it's frustrating that I have to use gethuman.com. I've had a subscription to LinkedIn Navigator that I haven't been using much. I tried to cancel my LinkedIn Premium, not realizing that the Sales Navigator was a separate module. Every time I attempted to cancel in the LinkedIn settings, it wouldn't work. I searched for articles but couldn't find a solution. I temporarily stopped the auto-subscription payments from my bank account, but then received some money, and £70 was withdrawn. Could you please refund the most recent payment since I finally managed to cancel it through the Sales Navigator settings?

I attempted to activate a sales navigator account after our company stopped paying for it, but I never completed the process. Despite numerous attempts to contact LinkedIn, I have not received a response. They have been charging my card $79.99 for the past five months without me using the service. I would like a refund as I haven't used the account. It's frustrating that they charged me without full activation. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you.
