Hello, I am a student at Broward College. My student email is [redacted] If you need proof of my enrollment, I can provide it. For one of my classes, I had to watch videos on Lynda.com. I couldn't access them without paying. After contacting the school office, I had to purchase a membership when they couldn't resolve it on time. I agreed to pay for a month, even though the videos should have been free for students, but I was charged for a whole year. Please correct this and charge me for just one month. I used my personal email [redacted] to make the purchase, and it was charged to my MasterCard ending in ****[redacted]. Please reach out if you need more information. Thank you.

My account has been restricted even though I have been a loyal customer since the beginning. I am currently looking to hire a Human Resources director in Mexico, and I may have inadvertently reached out to too many female candidates as requested by my client. Admittedly, I also mentioned to some candidates that I found them attractive, which I now realize was inappropriate. I apologize for this behavior; the current situation with the pandemic has left me feeling isolated in Mexico. I understand that this platform is meant for professional purposes. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Neil.

I am unable to access my LinkedIn account due to security reasons. Approximately a week ago, my contacts began receiving messages with attachments from my account without my knowledge. Upon being informed by LinkedIn that my account was suspended, I attempted to regain access. I complied with their request for photo identification (front and back of my driver's license) to verify my identity. Despite submitting the required documents, I have not received any updates. Additionally, I am unable to log in to reset my password successfully. What further steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I recently got automatically logged out of my LinkedIn account. Now when I try to log back in, it's asking for the Authenticator code, which I never set up. I tried setting it up, but the codes I get are not working. I can't access my account, and all the Help Center suggestions need me to be logged in, which I can't do. It's frustrating not being able to reach anyone for help. Can you please help me fix this or provide a refund? Thank you.

My name is Steven A. in Jacksonville, FL, and I am concerned about reports from your company regarding a defunct business, Arrez LLC, which I co-owned with Thomas S. The business never took off, and it is unjust for your company to indicate we have poor credit and service history. My social security number ends in [redacted], showing excellent credit and no wrongdoing. I kindly ask for the closure of this account, removal from the internet, and no further reporting. Dealing with cancer, I hope this matter can be resolved promptly.
Thank you for your prompt attention.

I am disappointed with this site. I signed up two days ago after browsing your site. Please cancel my free month trial and any other future products that may incur charges. Kindly send a confirmation of this cancellation to my email address: [redacted] My name is Randall C. and my phone number is [redacted]. Also, please remove all mention of my information from the LinkedIn website. Thank you.

While checking my LinkedIn account tonight, the page unexpectedly redirected me to the sign-in or join page. After attempting to sign in, I realized I couldn't remember my password. I followed the steps to reset it with the code provided, but now it appears as if I am a new user rather than accessing my old account. I suspect this might be because I initially registered with my work email, [redacted], and today I used my personal email since I no longer have access to the Macy’s email address. Losing the [redacted]+ contacts from my original account is not an option for me. I seek guidance on how to regain access to my previous account.

Hello! I am Shahrear, a student at the University of Worcester. My LinkedIn account is currently restricted, and I'm unsure why. This account is crucial for my final year assignment, where I am building my personal brand. I have a submission due in two weeks, so resolving this quickly would be greatly appreciated. If I unknowingly violated any rules, I apologize as I am new to LinkedIn. I am still learning about all the features and have only started actively using it since last month. I have more content to add to my profile. Given that I use this account for educational purposes and all my posts are related to that, I kindly request to be allowed access.

Hello, I am Shahrear, currently a student at the University of Worcester. My Linked in account has been restricted, and I am unsure of the reason behind it. As a final year student, my Linked in account plays a vital role in promoting myself as a personal brand, especially since it relates to an important assignment due in two weeks. I apologize if I have unknowingly violated any policies, as I am relatively new to using Linked in and still learning about its features. Despite having the account for a while, I only started using it actively last month and have yet to update it fully. The account is primarily used for educational purposes, and all my posts and status updates are related to my academic endeavors. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can continue utilizing the platform to enhance my professional presence.

Hello,
Since Sunday, my account has been restricted, and I do not understand why. I have been using LinkedIn since [redacted] without any issues. I always follow the rules and conditions of the platform as it is a professional network. I mainly use it to communicate with my network and potential colleagues.
I have noticed that some of my colleagues use LinkedIn similarly for professional reasons without facing any restrictions. I am puzzled as to why my account has been restricted when I have important client meetings today that I organized through the app.
I have not received any communication from LinkedIn regarding the restriction, and I am finding it difficult to reach out to customer support without access to my account. This situation is impacting my work and could lead to financial losses.
Given that I am currently in a legal process with a former employer who may be trying to harm me, I am concerned that this restriction could be related to their actions. I would appreciate an explanation from LinkedIn as I believe this restriction is unjustified.
Thank you for your prompt response and clarification.
Best regards,

I have made multiple reports about a fake account that has not been removed yet. The account is impersonating me, Kim M., with the name Martin T., using my email and website. Additionally, emails addressed to Martin T. are showing up in my inbox. The impersonator has also copied my bio and job history onto the fake account.

LinkedIn has restricted my account due to the content I posted, which I believe goes against my rights as an American citizen to express myself freely within the boundaries of not causing harm to others. As per the First Amendment of the United States Constitution found in the Bill of Rights, I am entitled to this freedom of speech. LinkedIn, as a social media platform and a public entity, should not have the authority to dictate what American citizens are allowed to say. This restriction feels like an infringement on my rights and resembles forms of governance that prioritize control over free expression. I urge LinkedIn to reconsider their actions and return access to my account. If not, I will take steps to ensure LinkedIn faces consequences for their censorship.

Dear LinkedIn Support,
I am a premium member who has paid for a year and I want to report a concerning issue. I have discovered another account on Google using my name and one of my pictures, which I did not create. Although I made an alternate account last year and it was deleted after apologizing to your team, I have not created any new ones since. I have been dealing with harassment from an individual for years and fear that my account has been hacked. As an artist currently struggling with clinical depression, this situation is even more distressing.
Please restore my premium account and remove the fake one. I am worried it might have been compromised by the person harassing me, who has a history of hacking my social media accounts. I urge you to take action promptly.
Thank you.

I recently received a notification on LinkedIn about a private message. However, when I tried to log in, I realized I had forgotten my password. After resetting it, I found that my entire professional profile, including all messages and contacts, is now empty. It feels like I have a brand-new profile. Currently, I have two profiles - a private one linked to my Gmail that is unaffected and a professional one that is now empty. Is there any way to help me recover all my lost messages and contacts? Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue accessing my LinkedIn account. I accidentally enabled two-factor authentication without receiving the required 6-digit code from the authenticator app. Despite entering my user ID and password correctly, I cannot proceed without this code. This is preventing me from using my LinkedIn account promptly. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Thank you for your support.
