I recently encountered an issue with my LinkedIn account being restricted, despite having a premium subscription. I provided my VA Card for identity verification, which unfortunately was rejected instantly. The card is a federally issued ID. I am frustrated by the lack of communication options beyond automated emails, making it challenging to resolve this matter with a real person. I urge LinkedIn to promptly lift the restrictions on my account as I believe it was mistakenly reported as fake by someone. Your assistance in resolving this promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I have two profiles with non-existing email addresses and issues changing them. The first profile, "Jane Du Toit," has minimal activity and needs deletion. The second one, my active account, is linked to an outdated email I can't access. I'm logged into this account on one device only and cannot sign in anywhere else, which is frustrating. My primary email is [redacted]
I've tried uploading my passport and British driver's license but haven't made any progress.

I am having trouble connecting with LinkedIn. The public relations seem poor; they are terrible at engaging with their users. I hope this is the LinkedIn forum. I tried calling and was put on hold. When I click on buttons on the PC, I get an error message saying "not connected" or "this page goes nowhere." I want to access the training for Data Entry through LinkedIn. However, I am unable to apply for a new account as I receive messages stating "This name is already in use elsewhere" and "Your code does not match up." Please improve your customer service. I need Data Entry training and want to join LinkedIn without any issues. Stop avoiding the problem and provide better support. Let's not play games here; I am serious about this.

I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account under the name "Franziska Schill" because it was created with an old student email that is now closed. I have tried all possible options provided on the LinkedIn support pages but have been unsuccessful. Can you please assist me in regaining access to this account as I do not want it to be visible online with outdated information to potential employers. Even when I search for my account name "Franziska Schill" on Google, it still shows outdated information. Thank you for your help. Best regards, Franziska Schill.

LinkedIn has recently seen an increase in fringe right articles and abusive posters, leading to heated exchanges. Following a discussion on the platform's purpose, I was restricted by an agent who seemed biased. To maintain credibility, LinkedIn should filter political ads and address the antagonistic behavior from some users. I feel unfairly singled out, as many posters use disrespectful language. I request equal treatment and a focus on professional, non-political content. The political climate on the platform has become overwhelming, with insults and confrontations. It is crucial to address this issue and ensure a more respectful environment for all users.

I am struggling to delete an old LinkedIn account that is causing obstacles in my job search. Despite trying all options to remove it without success, the only solution appears to be contacting LinkedIn directly. I no longer have access to the associated emails or passwords. This outdated profile is hindering my progress and appearing prominently in online searches. Efforts to create a new account or log in for deletion are thwarted by an error indicating my phone number does not exist in their records. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your help.

I am expressing my frustration with LinkedIn's request for my driver's license to verify my identity. I believe they should use my law licenses for verification instead. I am extremely upset with LinkedIn, and I will address this issue directly with Reid Grover Hoffman. I will visit his residence in Palo Alto or show up at Greylock if necessary to resolve this matter. I am determined to ensure compliance. I am a Minister of the Interior and Head of Militia Intelligence on Earth, also known as a Political Assassin and the LORD's DESTROYER according to Revelation to John 9:11. I will take immediate action to resolve this situation by the end of the day. Please refrain from emailing me as I am very upset about this and will ensure there are consequences for these actions.

Dear Customer Service,
On July 23, [redacted], I contacted "[redacted]" as indicated on my first statement, expressing my desire to discontinue the service due to usability issues within the first free month. I inquired about receiving the remainder of the free month and questioned the pricing discrepancy of $69-$79 compared to my son's $35 rate in Austin. Despite my initial email, you proceeded to charge my US visa $69 without addressing my concerns. Subsequently, my daughter, an attorney in Los Angeles overseeing my accounts, disputed the first charge. However, I have been charged another $69 without utilization. I reached out again under order number [redacted], but regrettably, have yet to receive a response. I am open to using your services in the future, but require resolution on the two $69 charges and clarity on the initial free month issue. You may contact me at [redacted]
Thank you.

Hello, my LinkedIn account has been restricted for violating the user agreement, possibly due to the usage of certain tools. Despite my repeated requests, it has not been restored. I am not very tech-savvy and mainly use the platform to send connection requests, especially to people under "People You May Know." I also send good wishes on birthdays and festivals to strengthen my connections, which has led to around [redacted] connections. I hire a typist to assist with these messages, which are sent manually. The account was temporarily restricted during these interactions, and I am unsure about the reasons or what actions to take. During the lockdown, the typist continued sending wishes from their home, which ultimately led to the permanent restriction of my account. I have requested multiple times for it to be reinstated, but to no avail.

Hello, my LinkedIn account has been restricted for violations of the user agreement, possibly due to the use of certain tools. Despite my multiple requests, it has not been reinstated. I haven't engaged in any wrongful actions. I mainly send connection requests, especially from the LinkedIn suggestions under "People you may know." To strengthen my relationships, I send good wishes on birthdays and festivals to each connection directly. This has led to around [redacted] connections over time. Due to the volume, I hired a typist to help me send these wishes manually. However, my account was temporarily restricted during this process, and now it has been permanently restricted.

Hello,
Apologies for using French, my English is quite basic. Today, I discovered that I was charged for the premium subscription even though I tried to cancel it last week from my smartphone (I was still in the trial period). I understand refunds are not common, but could you please consider helping me out? I am currently job hunting and have upcoming medical expenses. I tried to request a refund through PayPal as I couldn't find a way to contact you. I can even show you my bank account balance if needed. Unfortunately, I can't afford the €74.36 charge currently, which is hindering my ability to pay for my medical bill.
Could you please assist me with this?
Respectfully,
Julie Tardan

I had my LinkedIn account restricted years ago due to mistaken suspicion of scraping or bot usage, which never happened. I've repeatedly asked for reinstatement since many recruiting contracts I'm engaged in rely on LinkedIn.
As I'm actively interviewing for jobs and with my spouse being laid off after 23 years, access to LinkedIn as a Recruiter is crucial for income. Kindly reinstate my account. If there are two separate accounts, I'd like them merged.
Email: [redacted] and jfisher@fishersearchgroup. Thanks for your assistance. Reinstating my account is urgent as I can't receive unemployment benefits.
Looking forward to a quick response. Thank you.

I signed up for a profile to watch a class video to learn more about a product. I needed to use the trial version, which wouldn't charge me after a month. However, I never received the email reminder about the upcoming payment as promised. Instead, I only received newsletter spam. I am seeking a refund based on the assurance of receiving the payment reminder. The message below confirms the reminder policy:
"Your free trial begins on (DATE 1) and will end on (DATE 2). You can cancel anytime before (DATE 2) to avoid being charged, and we’ll send an email reminder 7 days before the trial ends."

Hello,
I have been a member of LinkedIn for several years now and have built up a strong profile with many connections. However, when I recently tried to access my account, I noticed that my past history appeared to be deleted, and there was a different account number showing. My name is Kevin Base, and I have been using this account for approximately a decade. Despite this, when I log in, only my current job is displayed.
I have checked the help center but have not found any information addressing this specific issue. I would appreciate it if there is a way to link my past history with my current one. Although others can still see my history when they view my profile, I can only see my latest role as the VP at TerraVida Holistic Centers.
When others log in, they see a profile number of 7b6478, whereas I cannot access any history other than my current position. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for taking the time to address this issue.

As a LinkedIn Pro account user, I recently encountered restrictions on my account, requiring personal email addresses for connection requests. While I have sent requests in the past without issues, not all were directly to known individuals. Approximately 85% to 90% of my requests were to direct contacts, past business associates, or connections of those I know personally. Here is a link to my account: linkedin.com/in/don-williams-a63375a/. I acknowledge any unintentional rule violation and commit to following proper etiquette moving forward. I kindly request the removal of the current restrictions on my account.

I cannot access my account due to being locked out, preventing me from deleting it. I request the complete deletion of my account, including messages, phone numbers, resumes, posts, and pictures. I have tried to contact support but only receive automated responses due to my name not being recognized. I refuse to provide more personal information for verification purposes. Despite having resumes on the platform, I want my account removed under these circumstances. Please delete my account and personal data as mentioned in your privacy policy. The emails associated with the account could be [redacted] and [redacted], but I no longer have access to the latter. As my computer used to log me in automatically, I'm uncertain about the accurate email or password. If necessary, you can contact me at [redacted]. Kindly confirm the deletion of my account via email. Thank you.

The case is still open, and the last response I received was on August 27, [redacted], at 10:11 PM CST. The message acknowledged the issue and mentioned that it needs to be escalated to the internal team for further investigation, assuring me that an update will be provided once available. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up since then.
