I am requesting a refund.
I received a premium free trial on my LinkedIn account on May 16th, [redacted], which was supposed to last for 1 month. I did not receive any prior notification before the trial ended. On June 14th, [redacted], my account was charged USD59.99 just two days before I could cancel the subscription. I have been trying to reach out via email and messages since June 14th to request a refund because this money does not belong to me. It was meant for a customer's purchase on Jumia, as I am an agent and distributor for them. Due to this unexpected charge, I have been unable to deliver the goods, and the customer is threatening legal action due to the delay. I urgently need the refund of USD59.99 (#23,[redacted].10) before the end of today to maintain my reputation. Once I resolve this issue, I intend to renew my subscription. Thank you in advance for addressing my request promptly.

I canceled my Premium membership on the day the trial expired on June 18, [redacted]. However, it seems that the cancellation was not processed in your system until June 21st. Despite canceling, I was still charged 54 euros, resulting in an overdraft in my bank account and incurring additional fees. This has caused significant frustration as my finances are already strained due to the current situation with COVID-19. I have recommended your service to others and had intentions of re-subscribing once my financial situation improved, but this incident has made me reconsider. I request a prompt refund of the charged amount. Thank you.

Upon signing in, a message requesting a Passport, Identity Card, or Driving License for identification appears. This condition was not initially present in the form I filled out. Despite submitting my Identity Card, the system continues to prompt that it is not readable. Being in Pakistan, the system in the United States may not be able to read my Pakistani identity documents due to the lack of linkage between the systems.

I established an active LinkedIn account years ago. Approximately 7 years ago, I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to follow LinkedIn's account deletion instructions. After reaching out to LinkedIn for help, my email and password were deleted, but my online profile remained. I recently discovered that my outdated profile still exists even though I can't access it due to the deletion of my login credentials. Despite numerous efforts to contact LinkedIn for assistance, I have been unable to remove the lingering profile. It has been over 7 years since I last updated it, rendering it obsolete since my retirement. I am seeking assistance to permanently erase any remnants of my presence on LinkedIn. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Betsy L.

Attention: LinkedIn Legal Department Supervisor
Legal Department
Good afternoon, LinkedIn Supervisor,
My name is Jane Rocio Evans, MA, with a Masters in Counseling Psychology.
I declare, under penalty of perjury, that I have never created a LinkedIn or any social media account in my lifetime.
I recently discovered, with witness Perla Lara from La Casa de Las Madres, that a false identity or identity theft social media account was opened under my name without my consent. This account falsely states that I am working as a "Manager of an adult bookstore," which conflicts with my profession as a counselor for families and children, jeopardizing my career and reputation.
I respectfully request that LinkedIn promptly delete or deactivate this false account and conduct an investigation to identify the perpetrator. I have enclosed exhibits for your reference, including a letter to the San Francisco Police Department about the suspect.
Please inform me via postal mail once this unauthorized account has been removed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Jane Rocio Evans, MA.

I recently canceled my LinkedIn subscription within the 30-day period. Despite receiving confirmation that the cancellation was successful, I have still been charged continuously. This unauthorized deduction has cost me a significant amount of money. I would like a full refund as there should have been no charges on my account post-cancellation. If this is not rectified, I will be contacting the fraud division. It seems like others may have also faced similar issues. The charges have been ongoing for months after the cancellation was processed. I am certain the cancellation was done prior to the 30-day trial ending. Please refund the entire amount to my credit card immediately.

Hello,
I recently received a message on LinkedIn from "Liza from LinkedIn Premium" offering a free trial of the services. Upon clicking the link to start the trial, I was immediately charged $40 CAD. This was not what I signed up for as it was advertised as a "1 month free trial." I would like a refund for the incorrect charge. While I don't mind losing my premium status, I do care about getting back the $40.

My account is currently restricted because LinkedIn claims that I provided a false name. I am a British national who already submitted proof of my UK Driving Licence. I explained that, as an Indian British, my name is Viksing on my passport and DL, while my Hindu name used in cultural settings is Vikram Singh, which was on my profile. People remember me by my cultural name since the passport name gets mispronounced. I am willing to correct it on my profile to my written name, even if it might be mispronounced. Despite reaching out to LinkedIn for a resolution, I feel racially discriminated against. If my issue is not addressed within the next 5 business days, I will escalate it to Senator Kamala Harris of California, who shares Indian heritage. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I have an issue that I need help with: I currently have a LinkedIn account linked to my university email address that grants me one year of free access to LinkedIn Learning. I also have another LinkedIn account linked to my gmail address, which I use frequently for networking. I would like to discontinue the second account with the university email and use that email with my main account to continue accessing LinkedIn Learning for the remaining free months.
If I delete the second account, I am concerned about losing the free LinkedIn Learning access. I have looked online and learned that by deleting the account and associating the university email with my main account, I may lose the free subscription. The solution of merging the accounts is not suitable for me as I do not want to lose my messages. Can anyone provide guidance on whether it is possible to achieve what I want without losing the free LinkedIn Learning access?

I am no longer using this job placement service, and some accounts may have been created fraudulently without my consent.
Previously, I spoke with a tech representative who advised me to log in to proceed, but I am unable to access these accounts. I am requesting assistance to remove them from the backend.
Please note that none of these accounts have been upgraded to premium using my billing information.
Feel free to contact me via phone to discuss further, and leave a message with the best time to reach me in U.S. North America EST.
I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
Thank you.

I received a message from LinkedIn Premium offering me a free trial of Premium Career to enhance my career growth. However, after activating the premium subscription, money was deducted from my linked bank account. The receipt shows the charge for Learning Premium from July 9, [redacted], to August 9, [redacted], amounting to SGD37.37. The total purchase including GST and the order total was SGD37.37. The payment made was for SGD39.99 with a zero balance. The note mentions a monthly charge of SGD39.99 until canceled, with possible price changes. I am confused if this is a scam by LinkedIn Premium. Should I request a refund for the deducted money?

I haven't used Linked-In in a long time, and now I want to cancel the charges you are deducting as I don't recall authorizing any payments. I tried calling customer service, but the number provided did not connect me to a live representative. I am currently unemployed and cannot afford to keep paying for Linked-In. I had a chat with Ms. Pearlie Wilson who kept offering me a 7-day membership that would convert to a $46.00 monthly subscription after. If I can't afford $29.00, why would I be able to pay $46.00? If you cannot assist me promptly, please let me know, or I will seek alternative solutions within the next hour.

I received an email notifying me that a new email address was added to my LinkedIn account without my authorization. When I attempted to resolve this by following the provided link, it did not recognize my email address. Unfortunately, I inadvertently ended up creating a second unwanted account. The security email included details of the unauthorized activity, urging me to remove the added email address and advising me to change my password promptly. This incident has caused me significant stress, especially since I have built a professional network on LinkedIn with over [redacted] connections, endorsements, and many years of active membership. I value my professional contacts and reputation, and I am eager to restore access to my original account under the name David Evans, Director of Global Business Development in Melbourne, Australia.

Hello,
I encountered an issue while attempting to log in to LinkedIn today, as I received a notification stating that I had violated the terms of use. I am unsure of the reason for this occurrence and am seeking clarification. I was instructed to submit a photo ID, which I initially did using my faculty ID without success. I then attempted to submit my passport but encountered the same issue.
The message suggested that I could log in as a guest, but did not provide instructions on how to do so. I am eager to understand the cause of my access denial and would appreciate guidance on regaining access to my account.
Thank you,
Salah B.

We are CAMO Solutions GmbH based in Hamburg, Germany. Our CEO is Zack Tulimat, and our Sales Director is Jonathan Barry. Zack has a Sales Navigator subscription, but Jonathan needs it more. How can we transfer the subscription from Zack to Jonathan without losing any data? We have profiles for CAMO Solutions Site, Zack Tulimat, and Jonathan Barry. What is the best subscription plan for each profile, and can we assign Sales Navigator to the Company Site? We have many questions and struggle to get answers from LinkedIn support. We appreciate any help with our subscription model. Thank you.
