I received two wine-colored vests in size Large, but I actually needed them in size X-Large. There was a mix-up as I received two of the same color. I have tried to contact you multiple times and returned them to the address on the package I received, but later realized it was incorrect. Could you please investigate where they are now? My intention was to order one in wine and the other in Dark Blue. I also returned a Red one with a request for a size change from Large to Extra Large. Order # [redacted][redacted] I received my order a few minutes ago and was quite surprised when I opened the package. The swimsuits I received were not what I expected for the following reasons: 1) The $9.99 swimsuit had the wrong pattern and lacked an inner lining, making it more of a regular street short than a swim bottom. 2) The $2.99 swimsuit was also incorrect as it was too long, ending 2-3 inches below my knees, making it hard to walk in. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a return label to send back these swimsuits and issue a refund promptly. I had previously ordered a leather jacket from your company and was satisfied, so this experience was unexpected. It appears that the manufacturer may have sent me items at random this time. I have made two orders before and now I want to place another one. I prefer using a Courier Service for delivery instead of the South African Post Office. The first order was successfully delivered by a courier to our address, which was great. However, the second order was sent to the Post Office for collection, which is not what we want. How can I ensure that my preference for delivery by a Courier Service is noted when I place the new order?

I bought eight pieces of the same item in different colors and sizes. Additionally, there were two more items in the order I want to return. I followed the return instructions, reviewing and photographing each piece. However, I encountered a technical issue and was prompted to try again later. When I tried to resume the process, all my documentation was gone.

I purchased a pair of men's winter black boots from the "Light in the Box" website after seeing a photo. I selected a size 12 and paid for them to be shipped. Unfortunately, upon receiving them, I realized they are not the same as what was advertised. The quality is noticeably inferior, not matching the image on the website which displayed a well-made boot with a certain texture and softness. Instead, the boots I received are stiff and of lower quality. I am dissatisfied and would like a refund as well as a prepaid return label from "Light in the Box" to send the boots back for a refund.

I arranged for my order to be delivered to a friend's address for onward delivery to me. Unfortunately, the order did not reach my friend's house on time, which means it might be delivered to an empty house. Can arrangements be made for the order to be returned directly to ensure a smooth refund process without the need for anyone to be present to receive it? 2. On the date of March 10, I observed a hold on my credit card that was used for the purchase, separate from the payment for shipping. I have been waiting for my orders with tracking numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] since March 22, [redacted]. These packages were supposed to be delivered by DPD. I didn't receive any information that I could collect them at Billa. Today, after calling DPD Customer Service three times, they mentioned it should be at Billa for pickup, but Billa denied it. The Customer Service then suggested that since no email address was provided, the packages might have been sent back. I was expecting three packages, but only received one small carpet. This is not acceptable. I want my items because I paid over [redacted]€ for them. Therefore, I cannot find the order now and I am unsure if all details were provided. As my smartphone displayed that the transaction was not completed, I placed a new order for €55.90, which has been paid for and is on its way. Question: What about the first order/payment refund???? Hello, I am writing to address an issue regarding an order I placed on the website. I attempted to submit a complaint through the site, but it seems impossible to do so. When we made the purchase, we did not realize that "made to order" and "customized" were two different things. We interpreted "made to order" as referring to personalized measurements, not all items. I made a payment for a blue sleeveless top from Lightinthebox on Facebook using my credit card. Despite not having an account, I did not receive a confirmation email from them. When reaching out to Customer Service, they only advise to check the account I don't have. It has been 5 days since the payment, and the charge went through without any email confirmation (23€). Hello, I would like to report an issue with my order #[redacted][redacted]. I purchased a customized sized dress, a two-piece Mermaid/Trumpet sparkle dress, but the size is extremely small.
