I recently purchased four items from your website. However, I accidentally ordered one item twice, which was not clearly indicated during the purchase process. Additionally, two of the items did not fit and were made of synthetic fabrics that were not specified on the site. I received the order yesterday and I would like to return it immediately. Unfortunately, the return process on the app was very confusing and I was unable to proceed. I simply need the correct return address as soon as possible. I have had a negative experience with this company and wish to sever all ties with it. As a journalist with a podcast, I am prepared to speak out and even seek legal counsel if necessary because I strongly dislike being taken advantage of.

I am unhappy with three of the items in my order, as one was mistakenly duplicated without showing at checkout. I am frustrated by the lack of a receipt and return shipping address. Despite downloading the app, I found no assistance. Please provide the return shipping address promptly. If I do not receive it within five days, I expect not to be penalized for the delay in the return process. I had a negative experience trying to contact customer service through the form. As a journalist with a podcast and a substantial following, I will share my experience with your poor customer service if this matter is not resolved satisfactorily.

I need assistance and prefer to speak with a customer service representative instead of an automated system due to frequent timeouts. My reference number is SWECN[redacted]3YQ. I received a damaged package on Tuesday, the box was badly bent, and the product inside was creased. The item, when unrolled, had stretched fabric and a crease roughly midway. The postal office provided a contact number, 1-[redacted], advising me to request that an issue be raised regarding the delivery. They mentioned that the delivery photo on my doorstep displays the package's bend, but unfortunately, I cannot receive a copy of it. I am hoping to speak with someone about this matter promptly. Good afternoon, I have just received my order, but I find it oddly packaged and crumpled in a bag. It does not appear neatly folded and seems like a returned item. The order number is [redacted]. There seems to be an error in the email address as it is written in uppercase and is missing the last "t" in "blewitt." Today, I received the top and I would like to return it. Please provide me with the return instructions as there was no communication included in the package. I am disappointed with the lack of communication. Kindly respond promptly.

I recently received my purchase, but the size labeled as extra large does not match the fit. They are tighter, more like a large or medium. Upon trying one shirt, it was certainly too small. In other brands, extra large is typically comfortable and more than large enough. I would like to return them for an extra extra large or get a refund. Currently, I prefer a refund. Please provide a return label and confirm whether I will receive the correct size or a refund. I tried calling your phone number, but unfortunately, no one answered - it just kept ringing, so I had to hang up.

Hello, I would like to return the items I purchased as they do not match the description provided. I ordered a winter coat, size 3XL, but received a short coat that fits like a medium and is not suitable for winter. Similarly, the corset trainers I received were not as described and I am having difficulty initiating the return process through customer service. Hello, I recently placed an order via email number [redacted][redacted] for a total amount of [redacted].61€. I deliberately chose expedited shipping with additional shipping costs of just over 28€. As indicated on the order form, my order should be delivered within a maximum of 4 days with these shipping costs. However, after completing my payment, the delivery timeframe is much longer, between April 23rd and May 3rd. These dates do not suit me and do not align with the delivery timeframe stated for the significant shipping costs. Can you please provide an explanation for this issue, as it should not exist? Good morning, I received my order two weeks ago, but all the clothing is too small despite following your size chart. Light in the Box Order # [redacted]3 I have not received my merchandise. Upon checking the tracking information with DHL, I discovered that the package was returned to Shenzhen. Due to an error in my postal code, the package was sent back to the seller. I request a refund to my VISA Credit Card ending in [redacted]. I do not wish to receive the package again. My 91-year-old mother mistakenly used an old email address to place an order for some dresses on April 10. I have already identified the items that do not fit due to inaccurate sizing. My return has been approved, but I haven't received the necessary forms yet. I refuse to pay for items that don't fit.
