I had a new user coupon for [redacted]% free shipping on orders over $0.01, capped at $20. However, even though two other coupons were applied, nothing was deducted from the shipping fee, and I was charged $28.20. I've tried submitting service tickets through the customer service app, but when I check the ticket area, it shows I have no tickets. I've reviewed the video multiple times to see if I made any mistakes, but I don't notice anything different. Despite the video suggesting clicking on the red customer support button at the bottom of the page for further assistance, I cannot find that button. Please assist me with this issue.

I recently received my Light in the Box package, but unfortunately, the items I received were not what I had expected. I was concerned because I did not receive any order confirmation email when I made the purchase, so I contacted my bank to be safe. Upon receiving the goods, I noticed there was no invoice included. When I checked my account on the website, it does not show any orders placed. Despite this, I am certain that I did place an order since the items arrived, and the payment was deducted from my credit card. I am now unsure how to return the items that I did not intend to keep.

I have not received any of my packages. The address provided is incorrect; the town and house number are wrong. I have lived at the same address all my life. The post office cannot deliver it without my correct name and address on the label. Please contact them to resolve this issue. If it is not fixed, I will cancel the payment and leave negative reviews. I am unable to reach customer service by phone. I am in need of a waterproof strip light that is [redacted] inches long, ideally with COB LED warm white color and a US plug power adapter. I need assistance with returning an order due to the poor quality of merchandise. I would like a refund applied to my credit card. I received an email from a representative named TianGuiChuan stating that a return label was not available and I never received the Order Detail Page. I have kept everything in its original packaging and I am instructed to send it back to China. I am concerned this might be an internet scam as I paid a significant amount of money for these items. Should I send the items back and hope for a refund or should I just keep the merchandise even though it is of poor quality?

I am having trouble locating my recent order that I placed earlier today. I used the email addresses [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] I paid CHF165.00 using my Visa Card, but I have multiple accounts with different passwords, which is causing difficulty in finding my purchase. On April 24th, I also ordered the same Rosa powdered Long Dress and a Rist change for CHF203.50. While the payment was processed, the order did not go through. I kindly ask for assistance in locating the dress order and refunding the CHF203.50 back to my Visa account. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the status of my recent orders. 1st order #[redacted]1 - I was informed that one item was out of stock and a refund is in progress. I ordered (2) t-shirts and (2) pair of pants but have not received information about the shipment of the other items. 2nd order #[redacted]7 - It seems to have been shipped and I expect it to arrive in early May. On April 23, [redacted], I placed an order for some beach pants for men, but the order never appeared in my account. After investigating, it said to wait 24 hours, but it didn't show up. However, I was charged [redacted].77 Mexican pesos for the purchase. I've been trying to contact them with no success. In a test, I made a small purchase, and strangely enough, the item showed up in my account and was charged. I can't find the original order! I'd like to cancel it since the gift date has passed. My order never appeared in my account while the charge did, so I need a full refund.

Hello, I purchased three dresses from your store back in March this year. Unfortunately, I fell ill and ended up in the hospital. Upon my return, I found that my package had arrived, but a neighbor had kindly brought it in, misplacing the invoice in the process. I am pleased with the dresses, but one turned out to be too small. I would like to exchange it for a larger size, but I am unsure how to specify which one. If I send it back, could you please exchange it for the same dress in two sizes larger? I considered making a purchase from your company, but after noticing the glorification of Donald Trump in many of your products, along with disrespectful depictions of Joseph Biden and Democrats like me, I was deterred. Any business that aligns itself with someone who has posed a threat to democracy in America will not receive my support. It's disappointing as I was eyeing some appealing t-shirts on your site, but upon seeing your anti-democratic stance and encountering extremely negative customer feedback, I have reconsidered. Dear Help Desk, I received the delivery from you on Apr. 29, and immediately requested a Return Label to return the item. While I like the style, it is unfortunately too small for me. Prior to ordering, I carefully reviewed the size information table you provided. However, upon inspection, the actual sizes of the waist and hips are smaller than indicated in the information provided. I purchased a baby boy doll, but to my surprise, it is actually gender-neutral despite its boy outfit. The hair appears unnaturally implanted, giving the doll an artificial look. My seven-year-old goddaughter won't be pleased with it. Additionally, there is a baby bottle included, although the doll cannot drink from it.
