I placed an order for a dress from LightInTheBox on Saturday, May 6th, but I have not received any confirmation yet. The amount of £34.88 has been deducted from my account but is still pending. My bank advised me to contact the merchant, but I am struggling to find any customer service contact information as my order is not showing in the app. Unfortunately, I cannot access the customer service link without an order. This is my first time ordering from LightInTheBox, and this experience is making me regret it. I need the dress within a week.

I ordered a black/dark grey suit for my son on Saturday, May 6th, opting for expedited shipping. However, I have noticed that my order is still not being processed, and I have learned that processing alone can take up to a week, which will not meet my needs as my son's senior ball is on May 20th. I purchased several items, including my favorite green suit which was sold at a discounted price. The total cost was $59. In addition to the suit, I bought key fobs that beep to locate them and a rat sticky trap. These purchases were made in two separate transactions on April 30th. While I have multiple accounts and I'm unsure which one was charged, the payments show on my phone and bank statement as paid to you. I also made a third purchase on the 11th, which is still being processed even though I made the purchase before this latest one. I have confirmation numbers for all three transactions.

I live in Mexico and ordered a dress online on April 2 to be delivered to my sister's address in Memphis at [redacted] Highland Park Place, Memphis, TN [redacted]. The dress arrived on April 11. Upon trying it on Sunday, May 7, it didn't fit. I am in Memphis until early Friday morning, May 12, and need to return the dress as soon as possible. However, the return instructions are confusing, and I am awaiting a response from Customer Service who is currently reviewing the issue. I have 2 days left to send it back from Memphis before I head to Washington, DC. Unfortunately, I have not received the return address details, and no working phone number is available for contact.

Unfortunately, the Bolero I ordered for my wedding arrived late. I am extremely disappointed with the return policy. Despite the item not arriving on time, I am being pressured to keep it by only offering a 10% coupon for a future purchase. The return process involves a hefty fee, estimated to be between $10.00 and $40. This fee could potentially exceed the cost of the item itself. I will visit the post office to ascertain the return shipping cost. If it turns out to be exorbitant, I will have no choice but to keep the item I no longer need. The Bolero I ordered arrived after the wedding, disappointing me. I am not satisfied with the return policy as I am being compelled to keep an item I no longer need by offering only a 10% coupon for a future purchase. The policy feels restrictive, holding me hostage. Upon attempting to send it back, I would incur a considerable fee ranging from $10.00 to $40, potentially exceeding the item's value. Hola, realicé la compra de 3 productos (2 vestidos y 1 blusa). Lamentablemente, el pedido llegó tarde, ya no me fue útil para el evento que tenía planeado, a pesar de haber pagado por el envío express. Tuve que adquirir ropa adicional. Además, el pedido llegó varios días después y me estaban cobrando una cantidad excesiva por concepto de permisos de importación, cosa que no fue informada al momento de la compra. I recently purchased three pairs of overalls from Light In The Box and I am disappointed with my experience. The sizing was unclear, and the size Large I ordered turned out to be overly large. Moreover, the fabric content listed on the website did not match what was actually in the garments. One item was stated as [redacted]% cotton but turned out to be cheap polyester. Another supposed to be linen was 65% cotton and 35% polyester, but it was also all polyester. The last pair was simply too big. Attempting to initiate a return proved to be frustrating as I encountered issues submitting the form after completing it. This experience has left me feeling regretful about choosing to shop with this company and I will not be making any future purchases from them.

I ordered a long black natural hair wig, but what I received was a very short brown one instead. I've tried contacting customer support through the website, but it says there are no requests. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue with an order I recently received. I purchased two jumpers online and made a payment via Paypal on April 15. Upon arrival, I found the jumpers to be too big and would like to return them. They are still unworn and in their original packaging. Hello, My aunt placed an order number [redacted][redacted] for a total of 60.34 euros. I was the one who paid for the order. We noticed that an item worth 17.99 euros has been canceled, even though it is still listed in your catalog and not marked as out of stock. It is disappointing that we won't receive this item, and we would like to know how we will be refunded for it. I also placed an order on my account [redacted][redacted] for which I was supposed to be refunded the 6 euros for shipping, as it was my first order. On May 10th, I received a refund of 15.40 euros, which does not match either my initial request or the second one. I made an order approximately 2 weeks ago, expecting it to arrive by May 10th. Today is my senior prom, but sadly, my dress has been delayed and hasn't arrived. This is disheartening for me as it's my first prom, and this year was my final chance to attend. I plan to attend my friend's prom on May 16th instead, but now the shipping information indicates my order will arrive between May 18th to 22nd. Hello, I received my order No: [redacted][redacted]. None of the items match my request. The leggings are too small, the long dress is not the right color with awful fabric, the measurements are off, and the two-piece bikini doesn't fit properly even though I followed the indicated measurements. The total for the order is 54.28 euros. All 3 items have been unpacked and put back in their plastic bags in very good condition. Despite my attempts to obtain a return label, I was NEVER able to print it. Could you please be kind enough to send me a copy of this return document via email? I have been on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to get a refund for a false package I received. I ordered stair treads for my dog, but only received two pieces. The refund offered was only 60 cents for a $15 order. Additionally, I was charged a dollar to ask a question, which later went up to $5 for an online chat. This experience has been frustrating, as I order from this company frequently. I am considering contacting the BBB because of this issue.

I am extremely frustrated. My wife, B.D. from Pouyloubrin, France, ordered a pendant light fixture for about [redacted] euros (excluding the 50 euros of customs duties), but the package arrived without any assembly instructions. The only included document suggested seeking professional help for assembly. Not only is this a safety hazard, but there are no electrical instructions or wiring diagrams provided. I am even unsure if the micro-screws provided are suitable for attaching it to the ceiling. This is a complete failure. Please take action on this matter. The product is described as a 45 cm pendant lantern design chandelier in metal sputnik style with modern Nordic finishes.
