My boss, Greg C. at [redacted] W. Friendly Avenue in Greensboro, NC, has once again disregarded my availability and granted time off on the schedule. I'm uncertain if he is persisting in harassment or if he's simply incompetent. I have raised concerns about his behavior several times, as have others, but upper management has chosen to retain him. This situation is challenging because we are in a right-to-work state, and retaining him may be more harmful to the company than addressing our concerns and parting ways.

The 2-day sale advertisement enticed me to visit the store, but frustratingly, the sale items were already sold out on the first day, which I find misleading. This happened at both the local Jaycee and Kroger locations, making me question the validity of the promotion. It's disappointing that the local Jaycee often lacks sale items, doesn't offer rain checks, and the unhelpful manager seems indifferent to customer satisfaction due to their monopoly in town. I believe improvements should be made in stocking stores adequately, providing rain checks, and compensating customers inconvenienced by the situation, perhaps with a $50 gift card for the wasted time and fuel used in visiting two locations.

I noticed a minor error on the Kroger Brand Rice Bitz cereal box that caught my attention. The statement about the word "cereal" coming from the Greek Goddess Ceres is incorrect. She is actually the Roman Goddess of Agriculture, not Greek. In Greek Mythology, the equivalent deity is Demeter. To clarify, the word "cereal" originated from Latin as "Cerealis," associated with the cultivation of grain and named after the Roman Goddess Ceres. Therefore, on the box, it should mention the Latin word "cerealis" and attribute it to Ceres as the Roman Goddess of Agriculture and Grain. Additionally, instead of using Zeus, the Greek God, it could be replaced with Jupiter, who is the Roman counterpart of Zeus and known as the god of lightning. These adjustments would provide a more accurate representation of the mythological references on the packaging.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of Customer Service at Kroger off M59 in White Lake, Michigan. On a busy Monday night, my husband and I had over $[redacted] worth of groceries in our cart. We prefer not to use self-checkout for a full cart. Despite multiple employees present, a register remained closed with an employee on break. Even when we requested assistance, we were met with refusal and poor treatment. The lack of accommodation for customers with full carts was frustrating. Other shoppers also inquired about a regular register being open. This experience has left us considering shopping elsewhere due to the lack of consideration and proper customer service. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customers and the absence of adequate options for check out. Until improvements are made, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I am currently in the parking lot of the Kroger store on Gallatin Ave in Nashville. The store manager instructed the security guard to lock the doors at 10:45, 5 minutes after my girlfriend entered while I was finishing a phone call. I was surprised and frustrated by this decision, as it doesn't seem in line with corporate policy. Many other customers were also upset about this. Additionally, my girlfriend encountered frustration due to the broken scale at the self-checkout. I just wanted to share my experience and express my dissatisfaction.

I wanted to share our ongoing concern about the inventory issues at the Kroger store in Lake Orion, MI. My husband and I have noticed a persistent lack of products being stocked, especially in the meat department and with essential items like Ice Mountain spring water, mushrooms, and Bay's English muffins. Despite hoping for improvement after the previous manager retired, the situation hasn't changed much over the past couple of years. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, it seems there's a continuous struggle to keep the shelves stocked. This has led us to shop more frequently at Meijer's, even though it's farther away. It is disheartening to hear other customers expressing similar frustrations during our visits. We believe the store could benefit from the return of a previous manager, Paul Wilson, whose leadership had a positive impact on both the store and employee morale.

The Kroger located at [redacted] Louetta in Cypress, TX, has bells at each register to ring for service. However, a female staff member screams loudly when someone rings the bell, causing discomfort. Despite complaints from customers and even employees, the manager has not taken any action, citing the employee's popularity. This behavior is off-putting in a competitive grocery market like Houston, where no yelling occurs at nearby retailers like HEB. Eliminating the bells altogether could be a solution to stop this disruptive screaming at the store.

As I was leaving the Kroger Plaza store in Memphis ([redacted]) around 11:01 a.m., I noticed a cashier heading towards the store while carts were blocking the handicapped space. Despite my attempts to get her attention for assistance, she ignored me and made a disrespectful comment as she walked away. I understand the challenges the handicapped face, and it was disappointing to see her behavior. A young male employee later helped clear the carts at my request. I hope this incident can lead to better training on customer service and sensitivity towards handicapped individuals at the store. Thank you for addressing this matter.

On August 1st, [redacted], I visited the Kroger store located at [redacted] Gallatin Rd. and bought a Hawaiian Punch drink using my debit card. The cashier, named KeDasha, was at one of the express checkout lanes. After I selected the cash back option and received a $[redacted] bill, I later found out it was fake. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, but felt like I was given the run-around. Despite having the receipt and the counterfeit money, I had difficulties resolving the issue with the managers. After multiple attempts to seek a solution, I called 1-[redacted]-Kroger today on August 25th, [redacted], and shared my experience. The customer service representative requested store details and later informed me that the store was reluctant to refund me due to the suspicion that I may have replaced the real money with the fake bill after leaving. I was advised to file a police report, which I promptly did. However, Kroger requested that I personally visit the store again and have the manager forward the case to loss prevention for further investigation. This ordeal has been ongoing for a month, causing significant inconvenience as my children missed school due to vaccination requirements. As a single parent relying on a monthly income, I am eager to resolve this matter promptly as it has been a challenging experience, leaving me with no desire to patronize Kroger in the future.

I have been using the app on my iPad for over a year without any issues. However, recently, I started receiving a pop-up message stating that the app is no longer compatible with my iOS version and that I need to update my iPad. Despite confirming that my iPad is up to date, the pop-up persists. I specifically enjoy using the app for its benefits at Kroger, especially the 2X Fuel Points on weekends. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the availability of fuel points surveys, including the absence of 4X fuel points on special weekends. Additionally, the app no longer displays specials on fuel points, and even the receipts no longer mention surveys. Despite inquiring with both cashiers and the Customer Service counter, I have received conflicting information regarding obtaining printed surveys and points. If the issue with the app cannot be resolved and the fuel points are no longer available, I may need to consider switching to a different store.

I urgently need to leave town to assist my great aunt, for whom I care deeply, relocate from the NC coast to a safer inland area due to the approaching hurricane. She is elderly and has no remaining friends, so I am her main support. Despite explaining the situation to the Kroger pharmacy on Boonsboro Rd in Lynchburg VA, they have refused to dispense her prescription early. My aunt's health is in jeopardy, and I fear waiting until Saturday may be too late. I have been met with disbelief and hostility, which has saddened me as a loyal customer. I am not seeking early refills lightly, but merely trying to secure her medication before the hurricane hits. I kindly request your assistance or advice in resolving this matter with the pharmacy. Thank you, Alice P.

I recently visited your store in Frankenmuth, Michigan, and purchased what was labeled as center-cut pork chops. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that there were only two center-cut pieces on top and two less desirable pieces underneath. Additionally, I was charged the full price instead of the sale price indicated. I have encountered this type of situation at Kroger before and am disappointed to see it happening here. I have photos of the items and the receipt to support my claim. It is frustrating to have to make a 20-minute drive to address these issues. I believe there may be a deliberate effort to mislead customers, either by the packers or under instruction. I urge you to address this matter promptly to avoid negative publicity. Thank you. - JS, Clio, Michigan

At the Kroger store in Poplar Bluff, MO, I have noticed a consistent issue with advertised products being unavailable, leading to multiple trips and disappointment. Recently, I was frustrated to find out that the store didn't even carry a certain brand of chips I had been looking for after three trips. When inquiring about the 97 cents per pound turkey breast, I was told I couldn't get a rain check and to come back later. It's frustrating that the items promoted are not adequately stocked in your store when they are on sale. I hope this feedback can help improve the availability of advertised products in the future. Thank you for addressing this ongoing issue.

Yesterday, on 11/7/[redacted], as I returned to Kroger from my lunch break, a Kroger employee accidentally let a line of baskets fall on my right arm. I noticed that the employee had special needs. After informing the store manager, Mr. Harden, he had the pharmacist check my arm and advised me to apply a cold pack. The store manager offered a makeshift ice pack in a Kroger sack instead of purchasing a Kroger brand ice pack. However, no incident report was completed. Today, my arm is still hurting, and being pregnant limits what I can take for pain. I am unsure of the procedure that should be followed in such situations at the store.

There is a stock person who appears to be in their 50s or 60s at the Crawfordsville Northside Kroger who has been incredibly disrespectful to customers. Additionally, there are two individuals in the deli who have also shown rude behavior. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Every time I visit the store, I encounter rude behavior from these employees. I am considering never shopping there again due to their unpleasant attitudes. It would be best to address these problems by potentially replacing the current staff. Management should address these concerns promptly.

During my visit to your San Diego, California store on November 24th at 12 a.m., I encountered a security officer who made me feel uncomfortable by following and profiling me as a criminal. Despite not touching any items on the shelves or engaging in any suspicious behavior, I was met with constant stares and felt like I was being treated unfairly. Even before entering the store, we were asked to move along from the front door when we were simply dropping off a co-rider. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and profiled based on my appearance. I will be sharing this incident with others to ensure that no one has to endure the same sense of humiliation and discomfort while shopping at Ralphs in the future.

I have a time-sensitive issue regarding my Medicare coverage. I need Kroger to complete a form for Medicare Part B, which must be submitted to Social Security promptly. This form is crucial to show I am not covered by Blue Cross-Blue Shield. I am facing a deadline in five days and failing to submit these documents on time will jeopardize my Medicare status. I have an upcoming surgery in January, and the approval of Medicare B is essential for my medical treatment. Our HR representative has sent the forms via fax to your office. I am wondering if there is a way to have them returned promptly either by email or fax directly to my workplace at Fred Meyers in Boise, Idaho. I work at the Federal Way location, and our store can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, C. King.

We travel 30 miles to and from our Kroger store in Peru, Indiana. While we usually enjoy the trip and take care of shopping and getting gas, we have encountered issues the last three times filling our prescriptions. As retired individuals on Medicare Part D, we often utilize Good RX for free or Gold Rx for savings, without worrying about doughnut holes or exemptions. Interestingly, our medications are cheaper at the Kroger in Indianapolis where our daughter now sends her scripts with no problems. Despite being able to use Good RX or Gold Rx at other Krogers, the Peru pharmacy refuses to honor these savings cards for some of our medications. Even when I pointed out a cheaper option, their system was down and I had to pay the higher price. This inconsistency in policy is frustrating and appears discriminatory towards those trying to save on medication costs. While we like shopping at Kroger and appreciate the helpful staff, if this is a statewide policy, we may consider transferring our prescriptions elsewhere. Thank you, John and Charlotte B.

It is 2:00 PM on a Friday afternoon in Greenville, MS [redacted]. There is only one store besides Walmart, which is the Kroger. I shop at the Greenville, Mississippi Kroger as well as the Oxford Kroger, and the difference is like night and day. The Greenville Kroger I was just at had empty shelves and lacked a variety of items. There was minimal stocking or restocking happening, and to make matters worse, there was only one checkout clerk for the entire store. The line was long, and even at the self-checkout, there was significant backup. The employee there seemed more focused on directing people where to stand rather than assisting with the checkout process. Overall, my experience at this store was extremely frustrating.

I had a frustrating experience at the pharmacy located at [redacted] W Broadway in Lou ky. As the third car in the drive-thru line, I witnessed some inefficiencies that caused delays and confusion. After waiting for 10 minutes past my initial arrival at 4:15 pm, the first car left, and the second car received their bag from the window. However, my turn did not come, so I decided to walk up to the window to drop off my prescription. The clerk seemed careless as she threw my prescription aside. Concerned, I went inside to check, and the same clerk was attending to the customer who was still waiting and being told about other customers' issues. The drive-thru system was not running smoothly, with a long line forming, and the clerk's unprofessionalism was evident. Despite the pharmacy's reasons for delay, the overall experience was highly unsatisfactory and made me consider switching to Walgreens for my pharmaceutical needs.
