I recently went on a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Hawaii. I bought two Kodak underwater cameras, but unfortunately, most of the pictures didn't turn out well. I have never been so disappointed with Kodak in my life. I went on an underwater snorkeling trip and was looking forward to having these pictures to cherish forever, but they all look terrible. I am very dissatisfied and will not be buying a Kodak product again.

Dear Sir or Madam, I purchased the Kodak Mini 3 Retro printer on July 3rd, [redacted], from Amazon.de in Germany. Unfortunately, the printer is not functioning. With the initial cartridge, photos were printed, but the last sheet in the cartridge was not used. Upon replacing the cartridge, the printed photos appeared distorted and inaccurate in color. After switching the cartridge again, the printer ceased to print altogether. Although the printer sounds like it is working, the app indicates that the photo has been printed when it actually has not. I have contacted the merchant, Amazon Germany (order no. [redacted]-[redacted]), who advised me to reach out to Kodak first. I am hoping for assistance in resolving this issue. Sincerely, Andreas Z.

I purchased a Kodak TV from Amazon India and have been experiencing issues since its arrival. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have not received proper assistance and have been disconnected without any resolution. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from Kodak, as this was not the service I had anticipated when purchasing the TV. I have owned a Kodak Easyshare camera with a docking station for many years. Recently, I got a new computer tower and forgot to transfer the program. I want to reinstall the software but am having trouble deciding which version to use. I am 84 years old and would appreciate some guidance. The model is C310/CD40, and I believe the activation code numbers are on the box. I have the installation disk from when I bought it at Sears Roebuck. I am the original owner and would like to reinstall without buying a new version since I am on a limited income. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased a new Kodak Luma 75 projector from eBay. I got a C port to HDMI cable to connect it to my Samsung Galaxy A12. I've been trying to figure out how to make it work by pairing the projector and phone to the same network. I even downloaded the Kodak Luma app from the Google Play Store, but I can't seem to get it to work. The seller on eBay mentioned it was easy to use, but I'm struggling with it. They suggested I contact Kodak customer services, but I'm hoping to find a solution here. Thank you, Neil T.

I recently bought a Kodak 43-inch TV from Flipkart. Unfortunately, after just four months, lines appeared on the screen. I reached out to Kodak's customer care on November 2, [redacted], and received a complaint number. Despite calling every day to inquire about the display part, I keep getting the same response that the part will arrive in two days. As of today, December 12, [redacted], the part still hasn't been received. I advise against buying a Kodak TV due to the extremely poor service experience.

On 3/24/23, I submitted a support ticket to Kodak regarding my i940 Desktop scanner issue. My case number is [redacted]. Despite working with Derick on 2/27/23 and receiving a new cable in early March, the scanner still wouldn't connect to the computer. When I contacted Christopher K. on 03/14/23, there was no response from him. Later, I learned that my original ticket was closed without my knowledge and a new one, [redacted], was opened. After reaching out to Valeria on 3/15/23, who mentioned escalating the case to Special Help and promised a follow-up by 3/20 or 3/21/23, I have yet to receive any further communication. The inability to use the scanner has hindered my document recording process. I noticed that Kodak's phone numbers now direct to a medical line when I visited their website. The Kodak Photo Kiosk G4 36, model [redacted], is experiencing technical difficulties. It intermittently emits a higher pitched noise, displays strange colors on the screen, and eventually goes black, requiring a reboot. The problem has escalated with constant screen flickering and increased frequency of the issue. This problem started a few weeks ago and is impacting our business operations. I bought a Kodak TV through Amazon and received it promptly on 16/05/23. I've been trying to get installation support by contacting Kodak customer care daily. Despite their assurance that someone would come for installation that day, it has been 5 days with no visit. I feel disappointed as I rely on Kodak's reputation. I've tried reaching out to customer care multiple times, but they only say they will contact me and then hang up. This treatment is unfair to customers, and I find the customer care service lacking. I hope my issue can be resolved soon; otherwise, I might have to return the Kodak TV.

Hello, I am experiencing issues with my Kodak Pixpro AZ528 camera where it constantly shows a card error regardless of which SD card I insert, including the one that came with the camera from Kodak. For the past 10 days, our TV has been completely out of order. I have been contacting customer care via email every day for the last 10 days, but I only receive the same response that a technician will visit within the next 24 hours. However, no one has shown up yet. The TV is under warranty since the purchase date on 21/10/[redacted]. We also purchased a $[redacted] insurance for the TV display and have sent photos, invoice, and all required documents. When I call at night, they ask to call in the morning, and vice versa. Is this the kind of service to be expected for a Kodak smart TV under warranty with insurance? Please respond promptly, or I will have to take appropriate action.
