Hello, I recently vacationed at Center Parcs with my family. I bought a Kodak underwater camera for £13.99 as the photographer was unavailable. I used the camera in the outdoor pool to avoid damaging my SLR, but the developed photos, which cost £10, turned out badly with a double-exposed effect. Despite my photography background, the shop that developed them blamed the camera. The images appear 3D and like ghost prints. This was our first family trip with my daughter, making it extra disappointing to lose these memories. I have the prints and negatives available. I spent £24 on 27 meaningless photos and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I can send copies via email or mail if that helps.

I am looking to chat with Kodak regarding Reference #[redacted]72. It seems like some of my email responses haven't been received, leading to repeated questions from Kodak. Here are my answers: - I am using 10 series Genuine KODAK Ink cartridges. - The label on the ink cartridge indicates it is compatible with Kodak All In One printer. - The word Kodak on the ink cartridge is red. - The ink cartridges are brand new, not refilled or damaged. - I have reseated the ink cartridges into the printhead multiple times. - The printhead has not been replaced in the last 90 days; the printer is around 7 years old. - Scanning is not working either. I have performed two maintenance print tests and shared a picture of it with Kodak two weeks ago. The color bars at the bottom are blue, yellow, black, with the black text partially showing up.

I would like to have a chat with Kodak regarding my previous reference number [redacted]72. There seems to be an issue with email replies not being received, resulting in repetitive questions from Kodak. Despite this, I have confirmed that I use 10 series Genuine KODAK Ink cartridges that are compatible with the Kodak All-In-One printer. The word "Kodak" on the cartridges is red, and they are both new without any damage. I have securely reseated the ink cartridges into the printhead multiple times. The printhead has never been replaced in the 7+ years that I have owned the printer. Additionally, scanning functions are not working. I have conducted maintenance print tests, where the color bars show Blue, Yellow, and Black, with partial visibility of the black text.

I own a Kodak [redacted] ESP Office All-in-One Printer. I'm experiencing numerous issues with it. Firstly, it prints with a pink border around the 8.5 x 11 paper and only prints half of most lines. Additionally, it quickly depletes the black XL ink cartridge after printing 15-20 pages. The printer also frequently pulls multiple sheets of paper simultaneously, often 15-20 pages at once. Most of the printed text only shows part of each letter, causing a messy printout from my PC. I prefer to have these issues resolved over the phone promptly or receive a replacement printer, as I've had recurring problems with this one. Despite its good performance when it works correctly, the lengthy repair times have been frustrating. Thank you, Tom Boals.

My father, Mr. ifthekar Ahmed, held a demat account at your bank's Chikmaglur branch since it was Vysha Bank. After his passing on July 19, [redacted], my mother, Mrs. Aftab Unnisa, was nominated for the account. Following his death, I submitted all necessary documents to your bank, and they opened a savings account in my mother's name to transfer the demat account. Unfortunately, there has been a lack of follow-up from your bank since then. Tragically, my mother also passed away on August 19, [redacted]. I am unsure how to proceed with the next steps in this process. I have informed the branch manager, Mr. Kishore, and suggested that if completing the legal process is challenging, the amount from my father's demat account could be accepted as charity in his name.

Hello! I'm a resident of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, and I regularly get pictures printed at my local Walmart store. Yesterday, on May 9th, I noticed that the Kodak kiosk systems have been updated, and unfortunately, there are no mini print sizes available anymore. The mini prints used to be 3x4 and 2x3 sizes printed on a 4x6 sheet. These sizes are essential for my scrapbooking and for sharing wallet-sized photos with family. I am disappointed with this change and would like to know why these sizes were removed. Many others also prefer these print sizes. I might need to go to a different store for my printing needs if this change is permanent. I hope this alteration is temporary. The new "photo booth" type strips are not a suitable replacement, in my opinion. It would be great if you could bring back the previous mini print sizes. Thank you! - Amanda V.

I recently ordered a print head for my Kodak all-in-one printer over the phone on June 5th. However, Kodak informed me that it was shipped without a tracking number. Despite my inquiries, they could not provide information on the carrier. Additionally, they claim it was delivered on June 12th, which I can confirm did not happen. They insist FedEx delivered it, yet I never received it or signed for any package. The customer service has been unhelpful, promising escalation to higher levels without any follow-up. I have interacted with multiple representatives, but the issue remains unresolved. I was assigned reference number [redacted]56. I urgently need Kodak to send a replacement print head promptly via overnight shipping with a reliable tracking option.

I am experiencing significant issues with my Kodak All-in-One Printer, ESP C310, connecting to my laptop either by wired or wireless network. Despite detecting my wireless network when using the Network Wizard and entering the correct password, I continually receive an "Unable to connect to Network" error message. This problem persists for both my WiFi wireless network and the wired network. I attempted to download the ESP C310 update, but it failed to complete the installation. As a writer, I seek technical advice for my story. I am portraying top secret information recorded on 16mm sound color film. I wonder if this film would include a negative with the soundtrack embedded. Additionally, I am curious whether it's safe to project the negative using a regular projector. In my storyline, the choice of film is critical as it can't be digitally altered and re-recorded without risking its integrity for authentication as an original piece of evidence. I am experiencing difficulty with my Kodak ESP [redacted] AIO Printer. Despite renewing the ink cartridges with Kodak cartridges 10B and 10C as usual, the printer has been consistently printing blank pages recently. I have attempted troubleshooting by uninstalling and reinstalling the printer, but the issue persists. I am disappointed by this recurring problem. I am requesting a reimbursement of £22 for the cost of the ink cartridges and am considering purchasing a new printer due to these ongoing issues. I received my order of an 8x10 picture on a wood panel today. The smaller picture included was correct, but unfortunately, the main picture was not mine; it was someone else's. I have been attempting to contact customer service with no success, which is disappointing since I am a frequent customer. I am unsure of the return process and how to get my correct photo. I bought 2 Kodak Mini Digital Film Scanners. The first one only displayed the Kodak logo, and the second one is doing the same. I followed the setup instructions but it won't go beyond the logo screen. There is very limited information in the manual with no suggestions for troubleshooting. I've looked for help online but haven't found any useful resources. Any advice before I return the second unit? This troubleshooting process doesn't seem to be effective for my issue.

I have been using a Kodak ESP 3.2 AIO printer since August [redacted]. Initially, I had a Kodak Hero 7.1, which was replaced with the ESP 3.2 due to irreparable issues. Recently, my ESP 3.2 has been giving me trouble with error messages like [redacted] and [redacted] even after changing ink cartridges and installing a new printhead. This mirrors the problems I had with the Hero 7.1. Kodak had replaced my old printer for free back then, so I am wondering if they could do the same now. I have extra ink cartridges that will go to waste if I switch to a different brand. I would greatly appreciate it if Kodak could provide me with a replacement ESP 3.2 printer.

I bought a Kodak printer, printer case, and a cartridge on December 29, [redacted]. After trying to print photos, the cartridge jammed and got damaged twice. I returned the cartridge to Amazon, received a replacement, but it also got jammed. Kodak said I could only do a warranty exchange. I submitted all required documents on June 18, [redacted]. I got an email confirming they got my request, but haven't received any further communication. I've tried calling multiple times but no response. It's been 3 months since my initial exchange request, and I still haven't heard back from Kodak. I'm frustrated with this defective product.

I had not used my Kodak ESP C310 printer in a while, but recently tried to get it running for a project. The printer said I was out of ink, so I bought new Kodak cartridges. However, despite running maintenance several times, it would only print colors other than yellow. I suspected a clogged printhead, so I ordered and installed a new one. After 2 frustrating hours of trying to print, the printer falsely claimed I was out of ink again, even though I had just replaced both cartridges. I like this printer and have invested a lot in it, but it's not working properly. I'm considering getting rid of it, but I'm hoping there is a solution to fix it. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking to download the specific printer driver for my Kodak all-in-one printer. When using the exe installer, it is unable to locate the driver. My operating system is Windows 10. If anyone knows the name of the folder within the Windows OS located at "c:/Windows/System32/DriverStore/FileRepository/", which contains the Kodak driver, please provide me with this information. I want to copy it from my laptop where the installation was successful.
