I'm scheduled to arrive in Lima on Saturday the 8th at 19:25. I appreciate any assistance. We have reservations with Kiwi for a flight today, April 9, from Lisbon to Toronto, connecting to Orlando with Air Trans, and then to San Juan with Frontier Airlines. The Lisbon to Toronto flight was delayed by two hours, and an Air Trans agent in Lisbon only tagged our luggage to Toronto, not to Orlando as requested. Due to the delay and luggage mis-tagging, we had to collect our luggage in Toronto but no one was at the Air Trans counter to check them in for our Orlando flight. As a result, we missed our connection with Frontier Airlines and will not be able to arrive home tonight.

I attempted to book a flight from CPH to RNN for four passengers, including my daughter, Tanja K.N. Oswald, but the website only allowed me to complete the booking for one person and charged me for that one reservation. I received booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] on 4/2/23. Unfortunately, I couldn't proceed with booking the rest of us. DAT has refunded [redacted].38 euros to the credit card ending in -[redacted]. However, my bank statement doesn't reflect this refund yet. Despite promises, Kiwi customer service has not followed up on my concerns. This $[redacted] transaction has caused me nothing but stress and frustration.

I bought two tickets recently for my trip to Vegas for a gynecologist appointment. I booked two Ita Airways tickets (outbound and return) through Kiwi.com. Unfortunately, I missed my outbound flight due to an accident. Ita Airways informed me that because both flights were under the same PNR code, missing the outbound flight resulted in the cancellation of my return ticket. Despite not seeking a refund, I would like to utilize my return ticket scheduled in 10 days. Kiwi.com has been unresponsive. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue and save my return ticket. Hi Kiwi.com, I, Nur Atika Dewi, made a ticket reservation through your app with booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. However, Kiwi.com has changed our flight and the change has made our layover too short because our initial flight was a transit. From SDK to BKI at 10:00 in the morning, it usually takes at least 45 minutes to reach the destination. Yet, Kiwi.com has changed our flight too early, for the next layover from BKI to KUL at 10:25 in the morning.

I am reaching out about a booking concern regarding a flight from San Francisco to Mumbai with layovers using AirWander's platform. I discovered a great deal through AirWander that redirected me to your website, Kiwi.com, for booking. I am looking to reserve 2 adult and one infant business class tickets.
The issue I encountered was that the cabin class information was not visible on Kiwi.com for the specific itinerary I found on AirWander. This has made me hesitant about proceeding with the booking. I encountered an issue while making a reservation. I entered my credit card details, successfully paid, but encountered an error in the application. Unfortunately, the reservation was not completed. Der Abflug ist um 5.30 Uhr von Berlin nach Varna mit Sundair geplant und die Rückreise um 6.20 Uhr von Varna nach Berlin mit Wizz Air.

I have been receiving text messages on my phone number ([redacted])-[redacted] regarding a Kiwi booking. Initially, I was suspicious of it being a scam. However, now I am receiving messages regarding a rescheduled Frontier Airlines flight with the booking number: [redacted]72.
I am unable to seek help on the website as I do not have an account with Kiwi or any booking associated with them. The only communication option available is via email.
I am concerned if someone is misusing my information to book a flight or if this is a genuine mistake. I am unsure if this is a scam and if I should disregard these messages.
