Hello, my name is Guzal Khayteembetova. I booked a flight to Sofia via Tel Aviv for March 15th at 10:10 a.m. with flight number W64428. However, I discovered at the airport that I cannot fly through Tel Aviv without a visa. Therefore, I changed my ticket from Uzbekistan to Tel Aviv to now fly from Uzbekistan to Istanbul. I now need to change my ticket from Tel Aviv to Sofia to Istanbul to Sofia. Since I booked the ticket through your site, I would appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

I received a notification from Kiwi about a flight delay (Booking no [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]). The flight from Djerba to ORY was scheduled for 10:45 but delayed until 11:30. Upon arrival at the airport around 10:00, I was surprised to learn that boarding passes could not be issued as the check-in counter closes an hour before the original departure time. It was confusing because the message did not mention the need to stick to the original check-in time. As a result, I believe Kiwi should take responsibility for our extended stay, covering expenses for accommodations, meals, transfers, and rebooking the flight for each of us at €[redacted].

I recently booked a flight with Kiwi.com. Unfortunately, the inbound flight got canceled due to a general strike in Greece. The airline should have refunded the ticket, but Kiwi's chat box only offers a refund request for the entire booking, including the outbound flight with different agencies. I specifically want a refund just for the inbound flight, but there is no option for that. The airline can't refund directly because Kiwi is the intermediary. I had to book a new flight, which I believe shouldn't have been necessary due to the strike. Normally, airlines allow flight changes for free in such circumstances. However, Kiwi processed the refund without consulting me. I'm frustrated as I can't reach them by phone and the chat box responses only mention full booking refunds. It's been a nightmare dealing with this situation, and I advise others not to use Kiwi.com. In addition to the cost of the original flight, I ended up losing an extra [redacted] euros.

Regrettably, I mistakenly cancelled flight booking [redacted]54 for my client, Natharia Lacorte, a few hours ago. I am hoping to reinstate the flight and I am willing to cover any associated transaction fees. Additionally, I would like to include a 20kg baggage allowance for Natharia, and I am prepared to pay any additional charges for this service. Hello, I paid for a baggage upgrade, but when we checked in our luggage with AirAsia, the upgrade was not reflected in the system. We had to pay an additional charge at the airport of [redacted] yen for the baggage. I am requesting a refund for both the baggage upgrade and the additional charge. Our booking number: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. We initially booked seats for both flights, but received an email stating one seat reservation was canceled with a refund of 48 euros. We are unsure how to reserve new seats now. When attempting to select seats on the booking site, it indicates reservations are already in place for both flights (although one was canceled). I booked a ticket from San Diego to Atlanta to Manchester using my friend's credit card. I have transferred the money to him. He is aware of the transaction on his card. At the airport, I was informed that trips must be booked using the passenger's card, not a friend's. I paid $[redacted], with an initial payment of $[redacted]. I was told $[redacted] would be refunded to my friend's credit card, but he hasn't received it yet. This delay is inconvenient. I request a prompt refund.

On March 17, [redacted], my partner and I had a flight scheduled from Marrakesh to Milan with Kiwi.com, Flight W65536 with a connection to Prague, Flight U22583 with EasyJet. Due to a strike in Italy, our Wizz Air flight was delayed by 4 hours, resulting in us missing our Prague flight. Despite reaching out to Kiwi.com multiple times, we received no assistance. We had to buy new flights the following day, incurring additional costs for accommodation, transfers, and meals. I requested a refund and reimbursement of expenses from Kiwi.com, but they rejected my claim, stating there was no flight disruption. I was trying to book a ticket for my partner, but my name auto-filled instead of hers. I submitted her passport copy to correct it. However, I was surprised to find out that the cost of this minor correction is [redacted] Euros. Our Abu Dhabi to Frankfurt flight is canceled, and the refund from Kiwi is insufficient for a new ticket. I am wondering if Kiwi contacting the airline could secure more than [redacted]€. I have been disputing a transaction with Kiwi.com for months due to an issue with tickets I purchased. On Nov. 3, I bought 3 tickets (2 for Air Asia and 4 for Cebu Pacific) for P19140.76. On Nov. 13, Air Asia canceled the flight, and I requested a refund. Despite not being able to use the Air Asia tickets, Kiwi.com processed a partial refund. Despite my efforts to resolve this, Kiwi.com has been uncooperative and failed to communicate effectively. They acknowledged receiving a refund from Air Asia but claimed they were waiting on Cebu Pacific. In reality, Cebu Pacific confirmed my tickets were valid. Kiwi.com finally refunded P5,[redacted].80 for the Air Asia tickets but has not addressed the remaining P13,[redacted].96. Their poor customer service has caused unnecessary stress and financial loss. I attached relevant communications for reference. I seek help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I have a flight from Kathmandu to Delhi to Kolkata to Ho Chi Minh scheduled for today. I contacted a representative from my airline, Indigo, regarding the need for a visa for the transfer. Indigo informed me that no visa was required (I have evidence of this conversation). Currently, at Kathmandu Airport, they are refusing to let me board the plane stating I need a visa, indicating that Indigo provided incorrect information. I am in the process of seeking refunds from Indigo and Nepal Airlines for my flights. Once I resolve this with them, I kindly request Kiwi to facilitate the refund to me. I purchased a multiple cities ticket recently. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with booking number [redacted]08 as the flight from Ontario to Atlanta got canceled. When I contacted Delta, they mentioned that the reservation number was not valid. The alternate flight provided did not align with my intended destination of Atlanta but was bound for Miami instead. Consequently, I not only lost my Atlanta hotel reservation but also missed out on a round trip to Raleigh for a business commitment. As a result, I had to purchase a separate return ticket to El Salvador, disrupting my planned itinerary.
