I booked a ticket from London to Dhaka through kiwi.com with multiple layovers. The itinerary includes flights from London Luton Airport (LTN) to Lyon (LYS), then from Lyon to Istanbul (SAW), followed by a flight from Istanbul to Dubai (SHJ), and finally from Dubai to Dhaka. Unfortunately, I was denied boarding at the airport because I was asked for visas for France and Turkey, which I don't have since I only possess a Bangladeshi visa on my Pakistani passport. Consequently, I had to return home. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed in this situation. Thank you.

I purchased 4 flights through Kiwi and am encountering issues adding my reservations to the RyanAir app. Despite entering the PNR number provided by Kiwi and my email, I am receiving an error message. Kiwi informed me they use their own email for booking which they cannot disclose. I reached out to RyanAir's Customer Service, explained the situation, provided the PNRs, and offered to share my E-ticket as evidence. Unfortunately, they claimed the information was incorrect and terminated the chat. I am seeking assistance in determining the email used by Kiwi to confirm my booking so that I can check-in through the RyanAir app. Thank you in advance for any guidance offered.

Hello, I want to report an issue regarding a flight booking I made through kiwi.com. The flight is from Vienna to Cairo under the name of Amr FARES. I received an SMS from kiwi with booking number [redacted]57, but I have not received any confirmation yet. I attempted to contact them via text, email, and phone without success. When I called the airline I was supposed to fly with, they informed me that there is no reservation under this name. I have already paid for the booking, but now I cannot reach anyone from kiwi. Good evening, I have booked a return flight with you from Vienna to Alicante with a layover in Palma for this upcoming Sunday, 18-12. The airline Ryanair has informed me that in order to check in, I need the email address used to make the reservation, as it does not match the one I used to make the booking, and therefore they cannot provide me with information on when I can check in. I need assistance with an unjustified payment made to Kiwi.com for a failed booking. On October 21st, a reservation was made on Edreams.it for a flight priced at [redacted].97 euros under the names S.E. and M.R.M. The process seemed fine, but no reservation was recorded, and a charge appeared on Unicredit card ending in [redacted]. Edreams confirmed no booking was made. Shortly after, I noticed the charge by Kiwi.com. Kiwi.com should be able to verify the payment doesn't correspond to any booked flight or service. We request: - Confirmation that no flight was booked by us. - Verification we did not travel with Kiwi from 10/21 onwards. The card transaction occurred on 10/21 at 1:31 PM.

I need to update my email address to [redacted] I want to report an issue with a payment made to Kiwi.com for a booking that failed. On October 21st, we booked a flight on Edreams.it for [redacted].97 euros under the names Suffritti Enrico and Mandolino Maria Rosaria. Despite the payment going through on our Unicredit card ending in [redacted]....[redacted], there was no actual reservation confirmed. After contacting Edreams, no booking was found, and we discovered the amount was charged by Kiwi.com instead. We request Kiwi.com to acknowledge that the charged amount does not correspond to any flight or service provided and to provide a statement for us to rectify this unjustified payment. We want it confirmed that no flight was booked and that we did not travel with Kiwi.com from October 21st onwards, as indicated on their website. The transaction took place on October 21st at 13:31.

Hello, We bought a flight from Frankfurt to Valencia with a layover in Palma for December 16th. At the Frankfurt airport, without further explanation, they informed us that the flight was going to Barcelona instead of Palma, where we were supposed to have a layover. The flight attendants stated that the ticket displayed incorrect information and advised us to take the Barcelona flight, which matched the code on our ticket. Upon arriving in Barcelona, we were told the flight was canceled. We were given the option to go to Palma and then to Alicante at our expense or to go directly to Alicante, again at our expense. I want to emphasize that we purchased a flight from Germany to Alicante, and even though it had a layover, we believe your company should take responsibility for the entire journey since we paid to depart from Germany and arrive in Alicante on December 16th. We had to purchase another flight to arrive in Alicante today, which cost us €[redacted].99, and we also lost the money spent on our initial trip booked with you. The reservation number is [redacted]01, and our flight numbers were supposed to be LH1154 for the Frankfurt to Palma leg and FR6568 for the Palma to Alicante leg. We purchased your flight with a checked bag included in the price, but we were required to pay for it again at the airport because we were told at the counter that it was not included. My flight details were altered less than a day before departure. Originally, I had booked a transatlantic flight for two passengers with one checked bag, including a connection within Europe. The modification has reduced the layover time to only one hour, necessitating the rechecking of bags, which will likely cause the passengers to miss their connecting flight. When contacting Kiwi's customer service, they advised me to wait for further information via email after providing them with the details. The passengers don't speak English, and their tickets were purchased by their daughter.

I have a reservation with Kiwi for a flight from Da Lat to Saigon on Friday, January 20, [redacted], booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] for 3 passengers. The PNR provided, 6H737Z, does not work when trying to access the reservation on Vietjet's website. I made a reservation for 3 flights from Seville to Barcelona on January 6, [redacted]. After booking, a message appeared asking to confirm with the carrier. Later, Kiwi emailed me stating that the booking was incomplete. I tried booking the same flights again and received a pop-up warning that I had already purchased them. Information Required for Self-Transfer To complete the booking and make a self-transfer in Tel Aviv TLV (Israel), please note that the airline does not provide the connection. You will need to exit the visa-free transit zone, enter Israel, go through security, and have a visa check at immigration for your next flight. I've scheduled a trip from New York to Thailand. Initially, my flight was planned for the night of December 29th, with a landing on the morning of December 31st. However, about five weeks later, I received notice of changes to my flight times during layovers, putting me at risk of missing a connection. I was initially offered options to buy new tickets, but eventually, I was rerouted to a 23-hour layover in Mumbai, only reaching Phuket on January 1st in the late morning. On December 14th, I missed my flight from Paris (CDG) to Halifax, NS due to a medical emergency. Upon entering the airport, I had a seizure and was denied boarding.
