Dear Support, I found a website called cestujsbenefity.cz where I can convert my Sodexo points into vouchers. When trying to purchase a Kiwi voucher, there is a mandatory accommodation voucher that needs booking. The accommodation options are only available in the Czech Republic, but I plan to travel outside the country. I am willing to purchase the accommodation, but I am unsure if I must use this mandatory accommodation voucher along with the Kiwi voucher. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Jigar

Unfortunately, I haven't received an email with the confirmation number for my upcoming travel plans. On December 8th, I purchased a ticket from Guatemala to Miami for January 5th. My flight from Kitchener/Waterloo was meant to depart at 9:00 am to Edmonton but was delayed until after 1:00 pm. Upon landing in Edmonton at 4:30 pm, I missed my connecting flight to Vancouver. Despite my efforts with multiple airlines, I couldn't find a seat to Vancouver and I am now stranded in Edmonton. Unable to make it to Vancouver on the 23rd, 24th, or 25th, I had to book a last-minute flight with Air Canada to Pearson for the 24th at full price. As I won't be able to use my return ticket to Vancouver, I am seeking advice on refunds for my situation. This has been an overwhelming experience, particularly as a senior. I submitted a request to change my surname last Wednesday. I already made the request on your website and waited a significant amount of time, but it has yet to be updated. I did not make a mistake when entering my surname on the form because my original surname is correct on your website. However, there was an error on my plane ticket which may prevent me from boarding. This is my first time booking a flight through your website, and I am disappointed with the service provided. I recently booked a flight with Kiwi and unfortunately, I was charged twice for a single flight. Upon arriving at the airport, my flight ended up being canceled due to weather conditions. The staff at the airport were unable to provide me with a new ticket. My confirmation number for the booking is [redacted] and it was made under the email address [redacted] I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter further. I am seeking a full refund for the duplicate charge since my flight was ultimately canceled. Thank you.

I booked a trip for December 22nd to December 31st to Sevilla, Spain with DOPPEL. Unfortunately, the flight from Munich to Sevilla with Vueling was not confirmed, and the payment of [redacted] Euros was also not processed. Please cancel this flight. The second flight from Munich to Sevilla on the 31st with Air Europa was confirmed and paid for. Since I can't fly to Sevilla twice on the 31st, please cancel the Vueling flight on December 31st at 9:00 AM.

I purchased a ticket for two people from Bucharest to Fuerteventura for $[redacted] with booking number [redacted]. The day before our trip, Kiwi informed us they couldn't check us in and directed us to check in directly with the airline using booking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I had an urgent need to speak with you on the morning of December 24th. I was stranded at Budapest airport and unable to continue my journey, so I had to return home to Italy. I paid over €2,[redacted] to you and received no response when I needed it the most. No operators available after 30 calls. It was Christmas Eve, and you didn't care about a customer who paid €2,[redacted] for a trip he couldn't take and is now back home. All gone. I will give you extremely negative publicity. Fortunately, I work in tourism and can reach hundreds of clients. I truly hope that only a few will choose to travel with you. I will advise against it to everyone. It may not make a big difference to you, and you will still live peacefully, but that's what I'll do!! Goodbye!

My booking number is [redacted]. The corresponding flights with Saudi Arabian Airlines have been canceled by the company. I contacted them, and they informed me that a full refund has been issued to Kiwi.com. I request the refund to be credited to me. The flight with Air Europa has not been canceled, so if you or I cancel it, there will be no refund. Therefore, I want this flight to remain active.

I am Shalu R. I purchased a ticket on December 31st from Vienna to Paris with a transit in Liverpool. I was unable to board the flight because I lacked a transit VISA. The requirement for a transit VISA was not clearly indicated when I made the booking. It seems unnecessary to offer the option to book a ticket with a transit point that requires a transit VISA for EU to EU travel. I kindly ask Kiwi for a refund of the ticket cost due to being unable to travel because of the transit VISA requirement. I also request that Kiwi ensures clear communication regarding transit VISA requirements in the future. I trust that Kiwi values not only customers' money but also their time.

On January 19th, my flight from Manchester MAN to BGY Milan was delayed by five and a half hours. I need to claim compensation from Ryanair, but I require the email address used to book my ticket through kiwi.com. Besides the inconvenience of missing my connecting flight in BGY, I had to stay overnight in a hotel and catch a flight the next day to Athens, my final destination. Qué mal experiencia hemos tenido con su servicio. Decidimos comprar un billete con esta compañía por primera vez, pero definitivamente será la última. Nos advirtieron sobre esto en el aeropuerto, tanto otros clientes como los trabajadores de Ryanair con los que tuvimos que tratar debido a que ustedes no cumplieron con el servicio contratado. Casi perdimos nuestro vuelo, afortunadamente Ryanair funcionó correctamente. Vamos a presentar una denuncia ante la OCU con nuestros billetes en mano y las capturas de mensajes que recibimos una hora antes del vuelo, donde aún no habíamos recibido los billetes electrónicos. Es inaceptable que permitan que empresas como KIWI revendan billetes y estafen a los clientes. Esperamos que tomen medidas al respecto, a fin de evitar más quejas y demandas de los usuarios, como se nos ha indicado. Sin duda, no recomendaremos su servicio a nadie más. Y.P.
