I purchased a lunch box last Friday morning, only to discover the meat was rotten. Upon returning it after work, the manager, Eva, gave me attitude and insinuated that I should have specified not to receive a thigh piece. Feeling unsatisfied with Eva's response, I voiced my concerns firmly, and she eventually apologized. Despite receiving a refund, I felt that my issue wasn't taken seriously and lacked empathy considering the potential health risks. While KFC Morula in Mabopane was initially great, this experience has left me hesitant to return. All I needed was a sincere apology and a refund, as falling ill from spoiled food could have been a serious consequence of their oversight.

Dear KFC, I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had with my order on 24th December [redacted]. I ordered hot & crispy chicken via Zomato with order number [redacted]. I specifically requested fresh and hygienic chicken with only leg pieces. However, the food delivered was old, unhygienic, and even had black color inside. This is unacceptable considering how much I enjoy your food. The quality of the chicken this time was a disappointment and could potentially cause food poisoning or stomach issues. I kindly request that you take this issue seriously and ensure that such incidents are not repeated. Hello, I visited KFC NAMAO CENTRE EDMONTON and ordered a chicken wrap for my husband and a spicy veggie sandwich for myself. However, instead of my veggie sandwich, I received a crunchy chicken sandwich. I did a drive-thru order and did not ask for a receipt. When I almost got home to Morinville, I realized the mistake. I left feedback, and the manager, Heidi, contacted me saying that there was no order for a veggie sandwich that day. I provided her with my Visa card transaction details showing the date, store number, and amount. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from the manager yet. I am sharing this experience to prevent it from happening to another vegetarian person. The store number is #[redacted]. I visited on December 24 around 6:30 pm. Thank you.

I lost my money amounting to 5000Rs at KFC in Connaught Place, A block. Yesterday, after placing my order, I realized my purse was missing. When I confronted the KFC staff, they initially denied having it. After insisting on checking the CCTV footage, they miraculously found my purse, but the 5000Rs were missing, with only 1000Rs left inside. The manager at KFC was unhelpful and even used abusive language, escalating into a fight. When I returned today, the manager was still unavailable, and the supervisor mentioned the manager refusing to show me the CCTV footage. I urge for a refund as I come from a middle-class background. The manager threatened not to show the footage and was disrespectful. The supervisor used abusive language towards my father, making the situation worse.

During my recent visit to the KFC at [redacted] Dickerson Rd in Nashville, TN, I encountered a customer service issue. While ordering, the cashier named "James" made a mistake and seemed distracted by a friend, resulting in an incorrect order. James was rude and argumentative when I pointed out the error. The manager, "William," eventually corrected the mistake but was unhelpful when I requested a drink holder. Their behavior was confrontational and unprofessional, leaving me feeling disrespected as a customer. Despite requesting to speak with the manager, William failed to address the situation properly. Both employees displayed hostile attitudes, leading me to request a refund. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and decency from the staff. This experience has left me reluctant to return to this KFC location and may deter me from supporting the brand in the future.

I wish to file a complaint regarding the service I received at KFC Stanway, Colchester on 28/12/18. The establishment advertised closing at 23:30, but upon arrival around 30 minutes before closing, I found the drive-thru blocked off with cones and the front door locked. After knocking and receiving no response, I attempted to get the attention of a female employee inside, who showed no acknowledgment or politeness. The staff closed early and showed no courtesy in informing me. Despite my frustration, the employee only reacted when she overheard my exasperated comment. Her disrespectful behavior, lack of apology, and glaring at me as I left the premises has led me to never return. The employee, a woman with glasses working the late shift, needs immediate review for her conduct. Thank you for addressing this matter.

The store on El Cajon Blvd in San Diego - Yulissa, 8:30pm. The store on University Ave in San Diego - Perla, 9pm. During both visits, the service was disappointing. At El Cajon, they were out of chicken tenders, had a drive-through wait, and Yulissa was rude on the speaker, making me wait for over 3 minutes without addressing me properly. This was unprofessional and lacked the use of L.A.S.T. At the University Ave store, the drive-through order taker failed to confirm my order or add-on. When I requested to speak with Perla, she seemed unenthusiastic and missed the chance to make my visit worthwhile. Despite my feedback, she rushed through the interaction without addressing my concerns. The service at both locations was unprofessional, and despite my liking for KFC, I won't be returning to these stores.

I would like to address an issue at the Bedford VA KFC. Recently, the store underwent exterior renovations, yet the internal issues persist. I am disappointed that the menu is not prepared by 5 o'clock, specifically the extra crispy chicken, which is consistently unavailable even when the store is not busy. This is the third time I have been told to wait over 20 minutes for it. The management at this store appears to be lazy, and improvements are needed. In comparison, the KFC in Roanoke provides excellent service. However, the Bedford location falls short in meeting customer expectations by delaying food preparation.

After hearing an enticing KFC commercial, I hurried to my nearby KFC to try the new items. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon arriving, I waited 15 minutes to place my order, only to be informed of a one-hour wait for chicken tenders due to them being frozen. The cashier, Ty, lacked professionalism and rolled her eyes when I requested a receipt. Furthermore, the lack of hygiene practices, such as not wearing gloves while handling food, was concerning. Additionally, the sarcastic responses from the employees added to the disappointment. Despite the inconvenience, I remained calm, considering the presence of my children and my background in customer service. The contrast in service with a nearby Popeyes further highlighted the shortcomings at this KFC location. I believe that better training and reevaluation of customer service standards are necessary for the staff, especially individuals like Ty, to improve the overall customer experience.

I placed an order for 60 hot wings for my daughter's birthday party, making sure to allow enough time for preparation. When I arrived to pick up the order, there was a delay in being helped, and I was informed that they had run out of hot wings without any alternative or assistance. The lack of customer service was disappointing, especially considering the special occasion. This experience has made me hesitant to return to our local KFC due to the poor service we have encountered.

I would like to share my experience at the KFC in Hillsborough, NC. As a former KFC employee and a customer over 40 years old, I can recognize when food is fresh or expired. Unfortunately, this location consistently serves expired chicken and sides, ignoring expiration times. Despite requesting fresh chicken, I have been given old, expired food by both employees and management, even after being assured it was fresh. This disregard for food quality is frustrating, leading me to return my orders for refunds or replacements regularly. The practice of serving old food until it's gone is unacceptable. I urge the establishment to train their staff to provide fresh, quality products. My recent visits on 12/24/18 and 12/31/18 were particularly disappointing, as I received old hot wings and crispy chicken. I hope for a prompt resolution and better service quality at this location. Every time I visit KFC, I order the $5 Original Chicken Box with thigh and leg, swapping mashed potatoes for A&W fries and the biscuit for jalapenos. This time, they had jalapenos but the employee was unhelpful. When I requested a float for an additional dollar, I was charged $[redacted] instead of the correct $6 plus tax. The staff member, Elena, was uncooperative and insisted I hadn't ordered correctly. Even after explaining my order, I faced resistance. Despite frequenting this location two to three times weekly and requesting the same items, the service was disappointing. I asked for the corporate phone number, which Elena refused to provide. I recently visited the KFC location in Presque Isle, Maine to talk to my ex-girlfriend, M.H., after an argument. I approached her car, but she refused to speak with me. Returning home, I received messages via Facebook Messenger from the store manager, Crystal, and a cashier named Jennifer, both making inappropriate threats. I promptly blocked them and reported the harassment to the Presque Isle Police Department. I left the KFC premises peacefully once I saw M.H. didn't want to engage. The unprofessional behavior of the staff, involving themselves in my personal matters and making threats, has led me to cease being a customer. The involvement of the manager and subsequent threats prompted me to contact the police. I seek a swift resolution to this distressing situation. The staff's actions were unwarranted, and I am considering legal options if necessary. I hope for a resolution and do not wish to be subjected to further harassment. I had a disappointing experience at the Orem KFC drive-thru. I ordered an 8-piece chicken meal and was quoted a price that seemed high to me. When I questioned it, the lady made a rude comment suggesting I go to McDonald's for cheaper options. The lack of respect continued when no one came to address the issue. The manager, Ryan, was unhelpful and seemed to dismiss my concerns. When I overheard disrespectful comments inside and was given a phone number that turned out to be a sex hotline, I felt outraged and humiliated. The KFC near my house has poor quality control. Often, my orders are wrong. Despite improvements, tonight, I left the drive-thru missing an item I ordered. When I returned, the staff recognized me but still asked for a receipt. Frustrated with their service, I received a simple apology. This particular KFC on Van Buren and Dauchy in Riverside, CA, is notorious for running out of chicken. Dissatisfied with their lack of care, I am truly fed up. - M.P.

I visited the drive-thru, paid for my order, and was asked to pull around and wait. After waiting for fifteen minutes, I returned to the window. Unfortunately, the staff member seemed unaware of my order and asked me to wait again. I then waited an additional ten minutes. I am requesting a replacement for my entire order which was a 12-piece chicken tender meal with two large sides and four biscuits, totaling $26.

My partner and I purchased two crispy chicken strip meals. I also added a large cole slaw to our order. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. When we received our order through the drive-thru and arrived home, we discovered that the cole slaw was missing. Additionally, due to the delay, the potatoes were rubbery and cold while the biscuit was hard. This was very disappointing for us. I am seeking compensation for the missing cole slaw and our cold meals.

I recently visited a KFC in Los Lunas, New Mexico with my family. Unfortunately, our order was completely wrong even though it was correct on the receipt. When I went inside to exchange an item, the staff was unhelpful and gave me more trouble. The manager was rude and did not seem to care about fixing the mistake. This experience was frustrating, and it's disappointing to encounter such poor customer service at this location.

I recently visited store number J970002 and ordered the advertised $7.99 Crispy Colonel Big Box with a substitution of the BBQ Colonel Sandwich. However, when I received my order, it was incorrect, and the employee, Ashley McNeill, was rude during the interaction. The Popcorn Chicken was included instead of the correct item, and the chicken sandwich was dry with minimal sauce. Upon bringing up the issue, the drive-thru employee responded defensively. The manager, although nice, explained that a small amount of sauce is standard for the Smoky Mountain BBQ Sandwich. As a former KFC employee, I value good customer service and was disappointed with the experience. Despite receiving a refund, the employee's attitude has deterred me from returning to this KFC location due to the poor service received.
