I worked at Nunnery Way KFC from April to August. My last shift was on August 6 from 9 am to 4 pm, but I have not been paid for it. I contacted my manager, Gabi, who said she would follow up. However, after two weeks of no response or payment, I messaged her again, but still no reply. I need guidance on who to reach out to via email to resolve this matter since I am yet to receive payment for this outstanding shift. Thank you, Eva Mushen

I reached out to customer service a few days ago, but I am still awaiting a response. Recently, I encountered a website crash while trying to place an order online. Consequently, I proceeded to order from KFC instead, where I successfully acquired my desired items. Strangely, I later received an email notification stating that my online order was ready for pickup. When I informed the cashier at KFC about this, she advised me to seek a refund from customer service since it couldn't be addressed in-store. Unfortunately, her demeanor came across as rude and condescending. Additionally, upon consuming the purchased chicken later on, I discovered it was undercooked.

We were informed that we would receive a credit for the 16-piece family meal, 2 large sides, and chocolate cake that was part of our order. Upon visiting the restaurant the next week, we found out they were closed for unknown reasons and only operating the drive-thru. After several attempts to collect our credit, we were told they couldn't locate our information since the manager who issued the credit had left. We are hoping to finally resolve this matter and receive the credit owed to us when we visit today.

I recently visited KFC in Kingston, NY, and found the inside closed, so we used the drive-thru. We ordered chicken and were informed the nuggets would have a 22-minute wait, so we opted for buckets of chicken instead. The chicken we received was very dark, and the biscuits were hard. Considering they only had two staff members on shift, our $78.47 purchase was disappointing. I'm inquiring about the possibility of a refund for this order. After my mother brought KFC for me, my grandmother, and me on September 30th, we had leftovers the next day. As I tried to put the coleslaw lid back on, I struggled with its tight fit. While applying pressure and spinning the container, the lid cut my finger. Although the injury isn't severe, the sharp, thin plastic edge of the lid presents a hazard. I have yet to reseal the container due to this issue. I plan to reach out to KFC regarding the dangerous lids and my injury. Using GetHuman as a third-party support to validate my complaint, I hope for a resolution where KFC transitions to producing safer, rounded lids and offers compensation for incidents like mine.

The heat level of the wings I ordered from KFC was unbearable. Shortly after eating just one, I experienced difficulty breathing which could have led to a serious accident while I was driving. I find this to be a concerning health and safety issue that should be addressed. Although KFC advertises these wings as spicy, the level of spiciness was far too extreme and customers should be forewarned. My attempts to communicate my issue through the app with Matthew failed as the app crashed and I couldn't reach a representative. My order number is [redacted]1. I am requesting a refund for this order. Despite informing KFC of my complaint and injury on October 5th, my concerns have been disregarded.

The spiciness of the wings was too much. I ordered two boxes and on the second wing, I had difficulty breathing. It was concerning while driving. I feel KFC should warn customers better about the spice levels. I tried to reach out through the app and spoke with Matthew before the app crashed. The error message "oops something ain't right" appeared, and then the app restarted, making it impossible to contact a representative. The order number is [redacted]1. I am requesting a refund for this order due to the unpleasant experience.

My order was completely incorrect, with wrong sandwiches and drinks. The employee who took the order wrote irrelevant things like "fresh" on my account and clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I had to resort to ordering by phone due to issues with the app. When the order arrived, it was messy, upside down, and even had hair in the sandwich which is unacceptable. I had ordered for children yesterday as I work evenings as a doctor. The lack of care in handling the order is disappointing.

Hello, I would like to share my recent experience at the Kentucky Fried Chicken store, located at [redacted] Murfreesboro Road in Antioch, Tennessee. When I visited, I faced some challenges with the service. Upon arrival, I inquired about hot wings and was informed there would be a 7-minute wait as they were being cooked. I ordered 48 wings and some sauce, but when I reached the window to pick up my order, there was an issue with the payment and service quality. Despite my wait for the food to cook, I was denied an additional item and felt the service was lacking. After observing other customers receiving their orders more promptly, I was dissatisfied. I had to go into the store to collect my order, and even then, my requests were not met to my satisfaction. As a former fast-food worker, I believe in good customer service. I kindly request a refund for my unsatisfactory experience and hope for better service in the future. Thank you.

I contacted you via email on 29th September regarding a party bucket I purchased at the Porth Dinas store. Unfortunately, the food in the bucket was inedible; the chicken was extremely overcooked, the southern fried was burnt, and the chicken was too hard to chew. I received a reply stating that the matter would be looked into and the manager contacted, but it has not been escalated or resolved yet. I am requesting a full refund so I can purchase the same party bucket again for my family of 6. We frequent the restaurant on a weekly basis as a special treat, being on a budget makes it difficult for us to afford another bucket or to return to the restaurant. We used the drive-through around 3:30 after picking up our children from school on the 29th of September. Thank you.

For the past three years, the KFC in Madison, North Carolina consistently runs out of chicken, particularly dark meat, on Saturdays and Sundays. Despite efforts to adjust visitation days, the issue remains unresolved. As a result, I find myself frequently having to travel to other cities for KFC. Recently, due to ongoing problems, my family, neighbors, and coworkers have started patronizing Bojangles instead. While KFC is undergoing exterior repairs, the internal issue of chicken shortages must also be addressed. The excuse of insufficient supply from the company has persisted for years, leading to dissatisfied customers and lost business. It's time for KFC to prioritize resolving this recurring problem to regain the loyalty of customers like myself who have turned to other establishments due to consistent chicken shortages.

I visited the KFC in Henderson, KY located at [redacted] US Hwy 41. I ordered a number 1 meal including two pieces of white meat, a biscuit, and mashed potatoes. My ticket number was [redacted], and it was approximately 10:42 am. The cashier, Julia, assisted me. Upon checking my order later, I discovered I had received a thigh and mac and cheese instead of the correct items. Even though the restaurant wasn't busy with only one car behind me, this error is unacceptable. I have attempted to contact the store multiple times as well as the corporate number, but no one has responded. I would appreciate a call or email back to address this issue as I am dissatisfied with the incorrect order I received after paying for two pieces of white meat. Thank you, Linda.

I'm unhappy with the 3-piece tender meal I received. The portions were small and undercooked. I asked the manager for a replacement from the menu, but he declined, stating nothing was wrong. I then requested a refund, which he also refused, claiming there was no issue from his perspective. He advised me to contact KFC. Can anyone assist me? A BAKER

I had a disappointing experience with the night staff at Airline Blvd. I placed an order on DoorDash around 8:00 pm, and unfortunately, they didn't inform me about any unavailable items. When I arrived 20 minutes later, they mentioned they don't do deliveries after 9 pm and said the order had to be canceled by the person who placed it. They turned me away, saying they were closed, even though I had made the effort to walk in the rain to get there. Regrettably, this isn't the first time I've had issues with this store. Additionally, their phone was off the hook as early as 8:30 pm.

Hello, I would like to share an experience I had today at Fisher Mall in Caloocan. I decided to have lunch at KFC there. As a person with a disability, I typically use a photo of my PWD ID on my phone when I forget the physical ID. However, today the cashier and manager at KFC Fisher Mall refused to accept the photo of my ID, even though it contains all the necessary details and expiration date. This has never happened to me before, and I had to wait 15 minutes in line only to be turned away. I hope that this issue can be addressed. I prefer not to post about this on social media, hence I am reaching out here. Thank you for understanding.

We recently ordered at the KFC drive-thru in Angono. The staff member who took our order was not attentive; they failed to confirm if some of our meals were to be ordered à la carte or as part of a meal. When we tried to upgrade one item to a meal as we paid, they made us wait in the waiting area, then gave us the order without upgrading it. I went in to get our order, and I saw them laughing behind the counter. When I asked about our order, they claimed it was already handed to us if I didn't pass by them. Why would I go to them if I had the order passed to me? I found out that my order was just left on the side and not given to us yet because they were busy chatting. Also, they didn't give us a receipt. Please address this behavior. (At KFC Angono, we ordered through the drive-thru at 12:50 pm)

My grandfather recently visited the KFC location in Jonesboro, Arkansas on Caraway Road. Due to being hard of hearing, he misunderstood the employee and gave the wrong amount of money. When he tried to pay with change, the employee rudely declined. My grandpa decided to cancel the order, but as he was leaving and looking for his keys, the employee pushed him from behind, causing him to fall to the ground. Considering my grandpa's recent triple bypass, this could have had serious consequences. If you can't handle dealing with people, you shouldn't be in customer service. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be returning to KFC in the future.

Hello, I am Simphiwe Christopher Sangweni from Tsakane. Today, I visited the Tsakane Mall KFC and used the self-service kiosk to order. I ordered 2 Box Masters with 2 Coke Zeros at 12:05. However, by 12:30, I still hadn't received my order and no one had explained the delay to me. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I asked for a refund due to the poor service. It was frustrating as I couldn't even enjoy the food. My order number was #[redacted]. The service I received today was disappointing.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of organization and professionalism from my employer. This marks the third consecutive week that my nephew's paycheck has been delayed, causing us to potentially face eviction. Despite being informed that payday is every two weeks and that direct deposits should be received on Thursday night or Friday, it is Sunday and the payment has still not been made. When my nephew reaches out to his manager and Human Resources, they provide no clear answers and simply give him excuses. This situation is truly unacceptable and needs to be resolved promptly.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at the KFC drive-thru. During my visit, I ordered 5 pieces of chicken, a single serving of coleslaw, and a medium Pepsi, specifying only these items and nothing else. I requested 4 drumsticks - 2 original recipe and 2 extra crispy - along with 1 original recipe breast piece. The woman who took my order was impatient and repeatedly asked me to confirm my order. When I reached the window, I was charged $27.27, which seemed incorrect. Upon inspection, I noticed biscuits had been added to my order without my consent, inflating the total cost. Despite my disagreement, I reluctantly accepted the order due to my niece and nephew's anticipation of the meal. The receipt attached to this email shows I was overcharged for 2 drumsticks and a biscuit at $7.49, which is unacceptable. Moreover, my earlier experience at the drive-thru was marred by a premature closure due to staffing shortages, indicating poor management. As someone with a background in customer service, I value respectful treatment of clients.
