On 7/25/23, I visited a KFC drive-thru and purchased a 20-piece bucket with five large sides using a $38.99 coupon. Additionally, I ordered 16 tenders and two pickles-free sandwiches but never received the sandwiches. The tenders looked like nuggets and were dry even with sauce. The 20-piece bucket contained 12 wings, 3 drumsticks, and 5 very small chicken breasts that were old, nasty, dry, and cold despite living close by. When I tried to return to the store at 9:15-20, the lights were off, drive-thru employees were inside having a good time, not attentive to customers. When I approached the doors, they were locked. I spent $[redacted] for my family of five, and my kids ended up disappointed, having to eat chicken nuggets instead.

I visited KFC with a coupon for a deal on 10 thighs and drumsticks for $14.99. Despite ordering and paying, I waited 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru and was informed they were out of thighs and drumsticks. I received a refund and went to Popeyes, but later realized KFC kept my expired coupon. To resolve this, I kindly request another $14.99 coupon for 10 thighs and drumsticks. Thank you, Cherise.

Hello, I placed an order on 03/08/[redacted] through the KFC app at 5:42 PM and went to pick it up at 8 PM. When I got there, I checked in on the app, which showed that the order was still being prepared. However, the staff informed me that they couldn't find the order since I placed it at 5 PM, and it had already been canceled because I arrived late, even though the app allowed orders until closing time. Now, my order status shows as picked up, but the staff mentioned that since no receipt was issued, I would be refunded the money.

My experience at the KFC located at [redacted] N Military Hwy, Norfolk VA was disappointing due to the rude initial greeting I received from one of the employees. The way I was spoken to when I was ready to order left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. I decided to leave the store after addressing the issue with the employee and informing her coworker about the incident. After leaving that KFC, I went to another one located at [redacted] Sewells Point Rd, Norfolk VA. Unfortunately, my experience did not improve. The order was incorrect, and the food portions in the Biggie boxes were unsatisfactory. Even after being asked to move my car for a correction, my order was still wrong, and I received no receipt for it. Both experiences left me extremely disappointed with KFC in general. The poor customer service at the first location and the subpar food quality at the second have deterred me from returning to KFC in the near future. I will be exploring other chicken restaurants for better experiences.

I work at KFC on Horizon & College in Henderson, Nevada. I requested 40 hours but I wasn't scheduled this week after only working 6.33 hours last week. I informed them of my availability from 9am to 5pm with flexibility for doctor appointments. However, they scheduled me from 1pm to 5pm. Consistent hours are crucial for me to manage my bills. I placed an order with KFC on August 2nd through their app totaling Rs [redacted]. Unfortunately, the order was canceled which led us to place a new order. The second time, we paid in cash as KFC mentioned that the initial deducted amount would be refunded within 7-10 working days. However, it has been 19 days now, and the money has not been refunded. I have been attempting to contact KFC customer service since last Saturday but have been unsuccessful. On August 24th, [redacted], around 4 o’clock, I visited the KFC drive-through in Saugus, Massachusetts. After ordering food and a fountain beverage, I paid at the window. Unfortunately, when I inspected my drink, I discovered black ants swimming on the ice under the lid, which was quite shocking and disgusting. Despite the server trying to give me my change, I requested a refund due to the issue. The process took some time, and eventually, I received my money back with what felt like a dismissive "have a great day" from the staff. The lack of apology was disappointing, and it left me feeling upset. If bugs are found in their beverages, it raises concerns about the quality of their food as well. - Shannon S.

I visited KFC in Poughkeepsie, NY at 5:47 pm on 8/26/23. I bought two family meals for $[redacted].02. Unfortunately, the chicken was undercooked with some pieces pink/red. The family size funnel fries were disgusting - thick and off-tasting. The coleslaw was not fresh, but tasted old. I was feeding my family and was upset with the food's aftertaste. Some of the bigger chicken pieces were red in color. I traveled to a different county to buy this food as we don't have a KFC nearby. I felt embarrassed serving this to my guests. Yesterday (8/29), between 5 and 5:30, I visited the KFC at State St in Saginaw, Michigan. I ordered two big box meals, both crispy, and reiterated my order twice. However, upon reaching home, I discovered they had given me original recipe chicken instead. Disappointed as neither my husband nor I enjoy the original recipe, we contacted the manager who accused me of lying and insisted I had ordered original recipe. When my husband requested the manager's last name for clarification, he identified himself as "Greg," but declined to provide his full name and hung up rudely. The service at this KFC is subpar, and the establishment itself is unkempt. This experience has deterred us from returning.

I recently had a disappointing experience at KFC. The employee at the window was rude to his colleagues, using inappropriate language like the F bomb. When I confronted him about it while placing my order, he became aggressive and used profanity towards me. I informed him his behavior was unprofessional, but he dismissed my concerns. Feeling uncomfortable, I warned him this could lead to consequences, but he seemed unconcerned. This encounter was unpleasant, and I have reached out to corporate for assistance.

I finished a 50-hour shift at 7:30 pm on September 1st and was too exhausted to cook, so I decided to go to the KFC in Shepherd's Bush located at [redacted] Uxbridge Road, The Vale, London W12 9RA. I ordered 2 pieces of chicken with beans and was surprised to be charged £5.49 when I usually paid £3.99 or £4.50 for a meal. The beans were considered an extra charge. When I got home, I found the chicken was burnt and oily, the chips were tiny, and the beans were not good. I was too tired to return to the store. This is the third time I am complaining about the Shepherd's Bush Uxbridge Road branch where the staff's limited English makes it hard to communicate, and they often get the food temperature wrong. My KFC experience today was disappointing, with poor service and food quality – it seems like there might be a lack of training in both areas.

As a DoorDash delivery driver, I faced a concerning situation at the Emporia, KS KFC. Upon arrival to pick up an order, the manager, who I believe is called Alice, rudely claimed there were no orders despite DoorDash sending me there. Despite trying to show her the information on my phone, she responded with hostility. After a brief exchange where I noted her disrespectful tone, she reluctantly prepared the order. The interaction culminated in her telling me not to return, to which I mentioned she also has a boss to report to. Witnessing her unprofessional behavior towards me and the male employees, including inappropriate physical contact, left me with a negative impression of her representation of KFC.

I recently visited the Eureka, California location and ordered a 2-piece meal. Unfortunately, I received a rock-hard biscuit, the smallest leg I've ever seen, a thigh much larger than expected, and only two teaspoons of coleslaw, all for $10.27. The biscuit was so hard that I couldn't eat it; blending it might have been the only option, but I don't have a blender! I am not interested in receiving coupons for more hard biscuits and tiny pieces of chicken. It seems like there might be issues with the quality of the chickens at your farms.

My daughter interviewed at KFC Thorne two months ago. She mentioned she was in college, got offered the job, completed the online paperwork, but kept being asked for a start date. After waiting two months, she was finally told she wasn't needed because she couldn't work during the week. It's upsetting they made a 16-year-old wait so long just to turn her away. The way they handled this is truly disappointing.

I have not received my KFC delivery. Order #[redacted]7 was placed around 8:38 pm on 9/10. The delivery driver, A., stated he left it at the complex mailboxes despite receiving oral directions from me. Unfortunately, the order was not there. The photo he sent is unfamiliar to me. I attempted to contact the store at Tates Creek Center Drive, Lexington, KY, but was informed the order had been picked up. I then tried to reach Door Dash for assistance, facing technical issues with their chat. When I called KFC, the manager, T., mentioned that refunds are processed by Door Dash, which seems perplexing since KFC received payment. I contacted a Door Dash agent named Ankita, who assured me a refund was in progress, but I have yet to see any action reflected in my bank account.

I am concerned about the management at KFC H.Concepcion Cabanatuan, as their treatment towards their employees seems unfair. Witnessing a loved one struggle with mental health issues due to the behavior of the managers is distressing. It is disheartening to see an employee who has dedicated almost 5 years to the company facing such challenges. I urge the company to investigate this situation closely and ensure that both the employees and managers involved face appropriate consequences for their actions. It is crucial to support and care for the well-being of all staff members. I will not ignore the plight of the employee who is being pressured to resign without a valid reason simply because the managers are frustrated. During my time at the KFC in Stone Mountain, Georgia ([redacted]), specifically located at [redacted] Memorial Drive, I faced a situation where a customer filed a complaint about an incident that occurred nearly three to four months ago. Although I had a minor altercation, I believe it was the responsibility of the manager, Maharis Johnson, to address and resolve the issue. However, instead of handling it promptly, Maharis neglected the complaint. Subsequently, I found myself involved in inappropriate relationships with him at work, feeling pressured due to my job security. After expressing my discomfort and deciding to end the situation, Maharis unexpectedly contacted me late at night regarding the old complaint. Despite my offer to make amends, he terminated my employment unprofessionally over the phone. I suspect his actions were personal, especially considering his knowledge of my personal relationships within the workplace. I have evidence to support my claims, including messages and videos. Despite being offered a transfer to another location within the company, I feel that the situation was mishandled and unfair.
